Recently, with coming of various channels, the public are communicating with unspecified massive consumers through personal broadcasting. It is becoming more popular as a positive response. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of personal broadcasting contents on perceived value, perceived value on continuous use intention and the interaction effect of novelty seeking. As a result of verifying the effects of information quality, information trust, and entertainment on the perceived value, the characteristics of personal media contents all showed a significant positive effect and perceived value has a positive effect on continuous use intention. But The interaction effect of novelty seeking and perceived value is not significant. Therefore, content creators should make efforts to create content as much as to the trust of content as entertainment elements in content and composition. In the future, it will be meaningful to proceed with the research on the direct effects of the novelty trend and the various factors affecting viewers' characteristics using personal media contents.

Online communities are an important source of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). However, few studies have examined the use of such messages within the Middle Eastern context. This study focuses on Saudi women as members of an online beauty forum. Previous work suggested a mediating effect of gender, with women being more likely to trust word-of-mouth and follow it up with a purchase. A conceptual model with a theoretical underpinning from existing contributions in literature provides the basis of a coding framework for the message characteristics that influence members' e-WOM adoption. A total of 310 threads and 2200 messages coded into 5725 units were content analyzed to demonstrate cases where e-WOM was adopted and indicate further continuance intention with members returning to the forum. A new category of 'community bonding' was created from the content analysis given the prevalence of emotional aspects in messages. Emotion expressed in messages, often expressed in religious terms, is as influential and important as the cognitive aspects of community bonding.

The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for the effective operation of Web-Based Training (WBT) for early childhood teachers. Based on content analysis and questionnaires administered to the 174 current trainees, this research analyzed (1) the educational effectiveness and learner satisfaction, (2) the operation and management, and (3) the system, interface, interaction and communication, motivation and content design of $WBT^{***}$. Results showed that most trainees were very satisfied with the WBT because the program provided plentiful professional information enabling them to pursue their educational objectives along with flexibility of time and space. On the other hand, system stability, communication, motivation, and content design need to be improved. Based on the research results, 8 strategies of effective management of web-based early childhood teacher training were proposed.

Since the two-way interactive broadcasting service began, remote controllers have been fitted with 4 color buttons, which enable interaction and convenience to grow between users and content. With Currently, diverse studies on IPTV are in progress. Particularly, as the mobile market rapidly grows, studies on mobile IPTV and on linkage with other media are constantly increasing. Yet, mobile IPTV has never been studied as of now. In that sense, the present study attempted to design a mobile-based IPTV UI that is fitted with more usability and functionality of 4 color buttons and multi-dimensional search based on consistent criteria for content search. The UI designed in this study was estimated using user interface design guideline. The guideline is comprised of consistency, user centered, ease of use, forgiveness, feedback, functionality, aesthetic integrity.

This research explored the impact the thoughts and opinions of lecturers teaching university general English courses have on their virtual classes and discussed the differences and similarities in their perspectives. As a research methodology, the Q-method was used, which usually consists of five steps: Q-population, Q-statements, Q-participants, Q-sorting, and factor analysis using PQMethod, a computer software program. A total of 30 statements were finally selected and 26 people directly involved in teaching online university general English courses were selected as participants in this study. Based on the results of the factor analysis, this research discovered three different factors, which were interaction & content-oriented, online teaching favored, and content-oriented. The results of this study can contribute to developing the future directions of virtual university general English classes to help learners improve their English skills and prepare lecturers for the future.

This study was performed to identify the effect of lactic-fermentation of peanut milk on n-hexanal content. Changes in viable cell populations, pH and titratable acidity indicated that there was a synergistic interaction between Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus during fermentation. The analysis of headspace volatiles revealed that n-hexanal nearly disappeared due to fermentation. S. salivarius subsp. thermophilus was more effective than L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus in reducing the n-hexanal content.

The major factors that control the performance of reinforced soil structures is the interaction between the soil and the reinforcement. Thus it is necessary to obtain the accurate bond parameters to be used in the design of these structures. To evaluate the behavior of flyash + clay soil reinforced with a woven geotextile, 36 Unconsolidated-Undrained (UU) and 12 reinforced Consolidated-Undrainrained (CU) triaxial compression tests were conducted. The moisture content of soil during remolding, confining pressures and arrangement of geotextile layers were all varied so that the behavior of the sample could be examined. The stress strain patterns, drainage, modulus of deformation, effect of confinement pressures, effects of moisture content have been evaluated. The impact of moisture content in flyash + clay backfills on critical shear parameters was also studied to recommend placement moisture for compaction to MDD. The results indicate that geotextile reinforced flyash + clay backfill might be a viable alternative in reinforced soil structures if good-quality granular backfill material is not readily available.

A series of copolymer membranes of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA) with selected hydrophobic monomers were prepared without crosslinking agents. The equilibrium water content, the partition coefficient, and the permeability of the solutes such as urea, methylurea, 1,3-di-methylurea, and acetamide via these membranes were measured. The partition coefficient data show that as the hydrophobicity of solutes increased, the partition of solutes were dictated by hydrophobic interaction between solute and polymer matrix. Diffusion coefficients obtained in these experiments decrease as the water content of polymer membrane decreases. This decrease is blunt as the excess heat capacities, ${\phi}C^0_p$ (excess) in aqueous solution at infinite dilution of solute increases. To investigate the relationship between water content and diffusion coefficient, the results of the diffusion experiments were examined in light of a free-volume model of diffusive transport. The remarkable increase of urea mobility in the polymer network containing relatively larger bulk water can be considered as water structure breaking effect.

Since caffeine inhibits the active uptake of Ca by the sarcoplasmic reticulum, the action of caffeine on the fragmented sarcoplasmic reticulum of rabbit skeletal muscle was studied. Caffeine seemed not to bind tightly to the sarcoplasmic reticulum. The determination of sulfhydryl content of the fragmented sarcoplasmic reticulum, however, suggested that caffeine in some unknown manner influences the protein moiety and thereby increases the sulfhydryl content. The inhibition of Ca uptake by caffeine therefore might be considered as due to the result of this change in protein sulfhydryl content.

This study explored at the potentials of exhibition appreciation classes using the metaverse platform, and identified what types of interactions could occur when elementary students participate in the exhibition appreciation education using metaverse platform. We had a user observation research and FGI through implementation of actual elementary class and we analyzed problematic experiences from the viewpoint of user to content and user to user interaction. As a result, fifteen UX improvements were derived by Delphi technique for solving the problematic experiences and improving learner's interactivity.
