UCI/ICN과 국제표준 식별체계간의 연계방법과 시험모형개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on Development of Test Model and Linkage Method among International Standard Identification Systems and UCI/ICN)

  • 국내에서는 한국저작권위원회 주관으로 디지털콘텐츠 식별을 위한 국가디지털콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)와 통합저작권관리를 위한 ICN(Integrated Copyright Number) 식별체계를 운영하고 있다. 그러나 UCI나 ICN은 국제표준 식별체계인 ISRC (International Standard Recording Code)나 ISWC(International Standard Works Code), ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) 등과 같은 국제적인 표준 식별체계와의 연계가 되어있지 않다. 따라서 국내 콘텐츠의 해외시장 진출을 위해서는 해당되는 국제표준의 식별체계 와 연계를 위한 추가의 별도 작업이 요구되고 있으며, 외국에서 판매되는 콘텐츠에 대한 정산을 포함한 통계자료는 국내시스템으로는 통합관리가 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 UCI/ICN과 국제 표준의 식별체계와의 연계를 위해 국내/외 식별체계 동향을 조사하고, 조사한 국제표준 식별체계 들의 메타데이터와 표준을 분석하여 UCI/ICN과의 연계 방안을 제시한다. 또한 시험 모형을 개발 해봄으로써, UCI/ICN과 국제표준 식별체계와의 연계방법에 관한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Effect of Nitrogen Fertilization on Oxalate Content in Rhodesgrass, Guineagrass and Sudangrass

  • An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of nitrogen (N) level on the dry matter (DM) yield, N concentration and oxalate content of some tropical grasses, namely Rhodesgrass (Chloris gayana), Guineagrass (Panicum maximum) and Sudangrass (Sorghum vulgare). Three levels of N as urea were applied (Standard- 260, $Standard{\times}2$- 540 and$Standard{\times}4$- 1,060 kg N/ha for Rhodesgrass; Standard- 380, $Standard{\times}2$- 770 and $Standard{\times}4$- 1,570 kg N/ha for Guineagrass and Sudangrass) in a completely randomized design and grasses were harvested twice at approximately two-month intervals. Dry matter yield tended to be higher with increased rate of N fertilizer in all species, while further additional N ($Standard{\times}2$ or $Standard{\times}4$) did not significantly (p>0.05) further increase DM yield, when compared with the Standard level of N fertilizer application. There was also a trend towards higher N concentration in plants as N fertilization increased in all species and it was increased significantly in Rhodesgrass and Sudangrass (p<0.05 or p<0.01, respectively). Further additional N ($Standard{\times}2$ or $Standard{\times}4$) application showed no significant (p>0.05) differences on oxalate content in plant tissue within species, when compared with the Standard level of N. The Rhodesgrass contained 0.11, 0.13 and 0.15% soluble oxalate and 0.23, 0.25 and 0.27% total oxalate with Standard, $Standard{\times}2$ and $Standard{\times}4$ level of N application, respectively. The Guineagrass contained 0.54, 0.50 and 0.42% soluble oxalate and 1.60, 1.56 and 1.45% total oxalate with Standard, $Standard{\times}2$ and $Standard{\times}4$ level of N application, respectively. The Sudangrass contained 0.06, 0.15 and 0.12% soluble oxalate and 0.22, 0.22 and 0.21% total oxalate with Standard, $Standard{\times}2$ and $Standard{\times}4$ level of N application, respectively The results from this study suggest that these grasses do not use further addition of N fertilizer ($Standard{\times}2$ or $Standard{\times}4$) to form high content of oxalate salts, when compared with the Standard level of N. In addition, the levels of oxalate present with these grasses are quite low as far as toxicity to animals is concerned.

Comparison of Physicochemical Properties between Standard and Sow Pork

  • This study was conducted to investigate the dressing percentage and physicochemical characteristics, such as fatty acid composition, water holding capacity (WHC), shear force, meat color, cooking loss, and sensory evaluation, of experimental pork obtained from a total of 12 standard pigs and sows. The water content of tenderloin (73.38%) was the highest in standard pork (p<0.05). A statistically significant difference in crude protein content was shown between standard pork and sow pork (p<0.05). There were significant differences between standard pork and sow pork in shear forces of loin and tenderloin (p<0.01). There was a significant difference in WHC between standard pork and sow pork in loin, tenderloin, and hind legs (p<0.05). The CIE $L^*$ and CIE $b^*$ values of standard loin were significantly higher than those of sow loin (p<0.05). The CIE $a^*$ values of sow loin were significantly higher than those of standard loin (p<0.05). The contents of arachidonic acid for standard pork and sow pork were 0.33% and 0.84%, respectively (p<0.05). However, there was no difference in the total content of unsaturated fatty acid between the two groups. There were no significant differences between standard pork and sow pork after sensory evaluation, except for color and tenderness. The overall acceptability of standard pork was significantly higher than that of sow pork (p<0.05).

  • There are the national science and technology standard classification system used in Korea, the classification according to the standard classification system for educational organization units, and the Korean standard education classification by the National Statistical Office. It is not suitable for calculation or evaluation, and classification is still mixed depending on the purpose of use. Therefore, in this study, the current status of academic standard classification, issues related to the standard classification system such as research foundation associations and research institutes, and issues related to the academic standard classification through the analysis of existing prior research issues, etc. As a result of the research, first, it is necessary to maintain and strengthen the linkage of the academic classification system, such as maintaining the linkage between the relevant departmental classification systems and strengthening the linkage with the relevant classification system, as a result of analysis of major issues in the academic standard classification system, and the systematic improvement cycle of the revision process and management system and settings are required.

유동세포분석에 의한 참전복(Haliotis discus hannai) 세포내 DNA 함량 분석 최적화 (A flowcytometric determination of DNA content in Pacific abalone, Haliotis discus hannai cell)

  • DNA 함량 조사는 진화의 유전적 기작을 예측하여 종분화를 파악하게 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 참전복(Haliotis discus hannai)의 DNA 함량을 측정하고 유세포분석기(flowcytometry)로 고정(fixation) 없이 DNA 함량 측정에 최적인 조직들을 파악하는 것이다. DNA 함량 (pg nucleus-1)에 있어, 원생생물에 오염된 아가미조직(2.5±0.08)은 3.2±0.02 pg nucleus-1의 DNA 함량을 보인 근육조직과 외투막조직에 비하여 유의하게 낮았고(p<0.05) standard reference보다도 낮은 반면, 근육조직과 외투막조직은 standard reference보다 높았다. 본 연구 결과들을 고려 시, 참전복에서 고정 없이 유동세포분석에 적절한 조직은 근육과 외투막이며 본 연구에 적용된 고정 과정이 없는 유세포분석법은 참전복 DNA 함량 분석 시 정확하고, 신속한 방법임이 판명되었다.

청과물의 수분과 당도와의 관계 구명 및 응용 (Study and Application of the Relationship between Water Content and Sugar Content in Fruit and Vegetables)

  • This study was carried to find out relationships between water content and sugar content in fruit and vegetables and present the possibility of estimating sugar content by measuring water content. Water content and sugar content of melons, peaches, and apples were measured. Both F-test and linear regression analysis on the experimental data were done. The regression models were developed and validated. The results were summarized as follow : 1. According to the F-test, the coefficients of determinant were greater than 0.8, and significance probability was less than 0.0001 in each materials. 2. According to the regression analysis of melons, peaches, and apples, the standard errors of calibration(SEC) were 0.67 brix%, 0.82 brix%, and 0.72 brix%, respectively. 3. The standard errors of prediction(SEP) were 0.76 brix%, 1.03 brix%, and 0.77 brix%, respectively. 4. The relationship between sugar content and water content in apple was successfully applied to measure the sugar content from hydrogen NMR spectrum of apple samples.

주약의 혼합비율이 정제의 함량균일성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Mixing Ratios of Active Ingredient on Content Uniformity of Tablets)

  • The effect of mixing ratios of active ingredient on the content uniformity of tablets was studied using caffeine as active ingredient and hydroxypropyl starch as diluent. In the case that caffeine content was not more than 1%, the standard deviation of individual tablet assays was inversely proportional to caffeine content. In the case of more than 1%, the standard deviation was constant independently of caffeine content. In the case that the designed tablet weight was not more than 200mg, the standard deviation of individual tablet assays was inversley proportional to tablet weight designed. In the case of more than 200mg, it was constant and the results for weight variation against the designed weight showed same tendency.

미디어 융복합 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발대가 산정기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standard Policy for the Development Cost of Media Convergence e-Learning Contents)

  • 지금까지 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발의 대가 기준은 실제 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영하지 않은 채 기존의 유사한 산업의 산정표나 가이드라인에 따라 산정되어 왔다. IT와 교육이 융합된 이러닝 산업에서 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준의 부재는 이러닝 산업을 이끌어 가는 기업들에게 큰 애로사항으로 인식되어 왔다. 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영하지 못한 개발 대가의 산정은 콘텐츠의 품질에 큰 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 이는 이러닝 산업의 성장과 발전을 저해하는 요인이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 이러닝 산업의 특성을 고려한 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발에 적합한 대가 기준을 제시하였다. 본문에서는 이러닝 산업의 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준 책정에 대한 문제점과 그 특성을 분석하고, 기존의 대가 기준 산정 방식을 응용하여 이러닝 산업을 위한 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준을 분류하고 정의하였다. 발주기관의 설문조사를 통해 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영한 개발 대가 기준의 산정과 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준 산정에 필요한 연구 방법론을 제시하여 이러닝 산업의 발전과 콘텐츠의 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 정책을 마련하고, 실질적으로 반영하여 사용함으로써 이러닝 산업이 보다 발전할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

고주파 저항방식 함수율계의 보정식 개발 및 특성평가 (Development of Correction Equation and Characteristics Evaluation for Moisture Meter of Microwave Resistance Type)

  • This study compared moisture content measured by moisture meter of microwave resistance type(MMMRT) and standard moisture content of paddy, and developed the correction equation using linear and curvilinear regression analysis, and to explore its significance test. The correction factor according to the range of moisture content was developed to improve the measurement precision of MMMRT. The results were as followings. The coefficients of determination of correction equation by linear and curvilinear regression analysis with comparing the MMMRT and standard moisture content were 0.946 and 0.968, respectively. The moisture content error of MMMRT and standard moisture content measured after the MMMRT were corrected by moisture content rate of every 5% using the correction equation by curvilinear regression analysis appeared with 0~0.5% and 0.9~1.8% respectively in the moisture content range of 15~20% and 20~25%.

대두종자의 발아시간에 따른 Monosaccharides와 Oligosaccharides의 변화에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Changes of Monosaccharides and Oligosaccharides during Germination of Soybean Seeds)

  • 대두에 함유되어 있는 Stachyose를 소화성당으로 변화시켜 식품으로서의 가치를 제고시킬 목적으로 대두 '평양'품종을 표준발아와 Hypochlorite를 처리한후 발아과정중 종자내에 함유되어있는 Monosaccharides 및 Oligosaccharides의 함량변화를 Thin-Layer Chromatography법으로 실험하였다. 1. Monosaccharides의 함량변화: 표준발아시 전기간중 Fructose가 제일함량이 많았고 Glucose, Galactose순으로 함량이 적었고 시간이 경과함에 따라 점점 감소되었다. Hypochlorite처리시 전기간중 Galactose는 전연 나타나지 않았다. 두 처리간에는 144시간을 제외하고 표준발아시켰을때가 Monosaccharide의 함량이 많았다. 2. Oligosaccharides의 함량변화: Sucrose는 표준발아시 함량은 적으나 전기간중 나타났으며96시간까지는 증가되었다가 약간씩 감소됐다.
