Recent 2 decades, including in vitro maturation (IVM), assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs) achieved noteworthy development. However the efficiency of ARTs with in vitro matured oocytes is still lower than that with in vivo oocytes. To overcome those limitations, many researchers attempted to adapt co-culture system during IVM and consequently maturation efficiency has been increased. The beneficial effects of applying co-culture system is contemplated base on communication and interaction between various somatic cells and oocytes, achievement of paracrine factors, and spatial effects of extracellular matrix (ECM) from somatic cell surface. The understanding of co-culture system can provide some information to narrow the gap between in vitro and in vivo. Here we will review current studies about issues for understanding cu-culture system with various somatic cells to improve in vitro maturation microenvironment and provide bird view and strategies for further studies.

Since the days of early Confucianism, the nature(性) and the emotion(情) have been the methodological tool to explain the original nature of the human being, by dividing the human mind into the nature and the emotion. This study examines the interconversion(相成相資) theory of the nature and the emotion mentioned in the "Sadanron(四端論)" chapter of "Dong-uisusebowon." We have contemplated how Gi(氣) of sadness and anger mutually create each other, that of pleasure and enjoyment do as well, transforming sad nature[哀性] of the Taeyang-in(太陽人) into anger emotion, anger nature of the Soyang-in(少陽人) into sad emotion[哀情], pleasure nature[喜性] of the Taeuemin(太陰人) into enjoy emotion[樂情], enjoy nature[樂性] of the Soeumin(少陰人) into pleasure emotion[喜情] considering the circumstances in which the nature changes into the emotion based on the original texts of "Dong-uisusebowon", "Sasang-uihakchobon-gwon(四象醫學草本卷)" and "Gyeokchigo(格致藁)".

Objective : The explanations regarding the function, region, and related internal organ and meridian of Jonggeun as discovered in historical texts were studied in an attempt to understand the true concept of Jonggeun. Method : Texts were searched to extract sentences that are relasted to Jonggeun, and these were used to categorize and analyze the area, related meridian and organ, function, and disease symptom. Thereafter, how Jonggeun affects the whole body and the regions of Jonggeun were contemplated. Result & Conclusion : Jonggeun can be divided into what is related to sexual intercourse, and into sokgol and Ligigwan. Here, things related to sexual intercourse explains the function of penis arousal. The functions of Sokgol and Ligigwan signifies that they serve as the base points for the body when it exercises, and they cooperate with Chungmaek to provide blodo and vitaility to body joints. There are two major differing opinions regarding the region of Jeonggeun. One explains that it exists within the genitalia, and the other sees fit to believe that it exists within small abdomen. Considering the functions of Sokgol and Ligigwan, it is right to view that Jonggeun exists around Gigahyeol, and the view limited to genitalia only considers Jonggeun around sexual intercourse.

The Pennzoil case and the SME case illustrate the difficulties which originate from inadequate drafting of letters of intent. In both cases the judges had to face the crucial question as to whether or not a given letter of intent had a binding nature; they had in other words to decide whether the wills expressed in such letters still belonged to the pre-contractual stage, or whether their incorporation into a pre-contractual document meant that negotiations were over and binding obligations had already arisen for the parties. In other words, some problems may occur when a party has documented a stage in the negotiations by letters of intent. The letters may well explicitly spell out if, and to what extent, the parties should be bound by what they have already agreed or to carry on negotiations in order to reach the final contract. But if the letters are silent, some problems would arise. Contracting parties are, therefore, well advised to spell out if, and to what extent, they should be bound by such preliminary agreements. Here again, it might be prudent to explicitly set forth that the parties should not be bound until there is a final written contract signed by authorized representatives of the parties but that they shall abstain from such measures which may defeat their stated objective to reach final agreement, e.g. by diminishing the value of performance under the contemplated contract.

Korea Supreme Court has given thirty-nine time's judgments on enforcement of Arbitral awards for thirty-six arbitration cases and made four time's decision on the arbitration cases since Korea arbitration act was enacted in 1966. Most of the arbitration cases appealed to the Supreme Court was to obtain the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards or to set aside the arbitral awards according to the Korea arbitration Act article 36 and article 37, by reason of (a) a party to the arbitration agreement was under some incapacity under the law applicable to him or the said agreement is not valid under the law to which the parties have subjected it, or failing any indication thereon, (b) a party making the application was not given proper notice of the appointment of the arbitrator or arbitrators or of the arbitral proceedings or was otherwise unable to present his case (c) the award deals with a dispute not contemplated by or not falling within the terms of the submission to arbitration, or contains decisions on matters beyond the scope of the submission to arbitration. However, 5 cases of these arbitral awards were refused to obtain the enforcement of Arbitral awards and have been cancelled finally by the Supreme Court only by the New York Convention of 1958.

당밀로부터 ethanol을 생산하기 위한 균체순환식 연속발효를 실시하였다. 균주는 Saccharomyces uvarum ATCC 26602를 사용 하였으며 발효온도는 35$^{\circ}C$였다. 발효중 ethanol에 의한 저해를 줄이기 위하여 이단계발효를 시행하였는데, 첫번째 단계에서 공기는 0.12vvm으로 공급하였고 두번째 단계에서는 혐기적상태로 발효를 진행하였다. 당농도를 14%로 희석했을 때 다른 무기물을 추가하지 않아도 ethanol 발효가 진행되었으며 단지 균체증식이 목적일 때는 phosphorus 첨가가 필요하였다. 균체순환식 연속발효로 14%의 당을 함유한 당밀희석액을 발효시키는데 14.5 시간이 소요되었다. 이때의 최종 ethanol 농도는 8.4~9.0%(v/v)로서 ethanol 생산비율은 이론식의 88.1~94.4% 이었다.

이 연구는 사회적 갑을관계, 비정규직, 노동조합, 파업, 임금 등 시의성 있는 사회 이슈를 다룬 웹툰 <송곳>을 원작으로 제작된 드라마 <송곳>의 스토리텔링을 기호학적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 소쉬르가 제시한 계열체, 통합체 개념을 바탕으로 드라마의 서사적 구조와 인물 및 소재의 특성을 파악하였다. 나아가 드라마가 사회적 이슈를 어떠한 방식으로 재현하는지, 어떠한 담론 요소를 구성하는지 알아보고자 작품 속에 투영된 이데올로기를 고찰하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 비판적 다원주의(Critical Pluralism) 접근방식으로서 기존의 지배 이데올로기를 비판하는 저항 이데올로기가 강하게 드러났다. 둘째, 성역할, 영웅, 가족 이데올로기와 같은 고전적 이데올로기를 강화하였다. 마지막으로 자기이해와 상호이해, 이기적 편향 등의 인간 성찰적 이데올로기가 확인되었다.

미디어 파사드(Media Facade)는 건축물의 내 외 공간을 겸하며 건축에 디자인, 동영상, IT 기술 등이 융합되어건축물을 새로운 의미 공간으로 변모하게 하는 종합 정보 전달 매체이다. 현재 미디어 파사드는 건축물의 외부 에 한정되지 않고, 영상 매체 설치가 가능한 다양한 공간에서 관객들에게 새로운 경험을 선사하고 있다. 또한 인터렉션 미디어 파사드는 단방향 커뮤니케이션에서 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션으로의 변화를 가져와 관객들에게 현장감을 더해 주고, 참여도와 몰입도를 증가시켜 효과를 극대화하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터렉티브 미디어 파사드(Interactive Media Facade)의 미학적(美學的) 특징에 대해 다각도로 살펴보고, 관련 사례들을 분석해보았다. 국내 외 사례를 바탕으로 향후 국내 인터렉티브 미디어 파사드의 지향점에 대해 고찰해보았다.

최근 반송장치 시스템의 구동원으로 전기자 분산배치를 이용한 영구자석 리니어 동기 모터가 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 전기자 분산배치를 이용한 영구자석 리니어 동기 모터는 구조상 필연적으로 단부가 존재하게 된다. 이러한 이유로 전기자의 철심과 가동자의 영구자석 사이에 단부 코깅력이 발생한다. 본 논문은 유한요소법을 이용한 2차원 수치해석을 통해 단부 코깅력을 고찰하였다. 또한, 단부 코깅력을 최소화하기 위해 가동자에 보조극을 설치한 형상을 제안하였다.

Haute couture denotes a luxurious made-to-order dressmaker's shop. In principle, it refers to a place that is registered with the Paris Apparel Association and has met the size and criteria specified by the association. The features of modern fashion expressed in haute couture have been contemplated by categorizing them into mixed impression appearing in haute couture work pieces. turning the collection event into a spectacle and commercialization for the succession of haute couture. Mixed impression manifested in the haute couture has engendered (1) the creative and dynamic feature (2) eclecticism with popular culture (3) mixed impression of reactionism (4) ethnic characteristics. From the above considerations, one could say that the factors drive the very existence of haute couture and comprise three elements of impeccable backgrounds, They are (1) organizing ability and protective policies of the French fashion industry, (2) relentless experimental spirit of the haute couture designers and (3) Paris that supports creativity and fashion fabrication, have coincided with rising up of the value of persistence on originality of work pieces in accordance with diversifying cultural transformations. consumer-oriented patterns by way of capital symbolized by consumers and restructuring of company operation by each shop. This report describes comprehensive understanding of haute couture, creativity and dynamic power of the haute couture work pieces. Akin to the efforts to maintain the existence of high-grade cultures throughout the overall cultures themselves, haute couture, on the basis of these factors, should also become the motive power through which luxurious culture in fashion is created in the days ahead.
