  • Purpose - This study focused on consumers' perception about regulations for sales enforced by national and local governments in Korea. The study examined the relationship between perceived regulatory restrictions and subjective well-being (SWB), and perceived regulatory restrictions and shopping value, respectively. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Data were collected from 135 college students and consumers in Gyeonggi Province to verify the relationships, moderating effects, and mediating effects, thus testing the theoretical model and its hypotheses. Results - First, consumers' positive perception of regulatory restrictions enabled enhancement of their SWB. Second, consumers' positive perception of regulatory restrictions had no significant positive influence on hedonic value but had a significant positive influence on utilitarian value. Third, utilitarian value exhibited a full mediating effect on the relationship between regulatory restrictions and SWB. Conclusion - This study showed that consumers' positive win-win attitude is based on social norms. Further, we expect that consumers experiencing discomfort due to regulatory restrictions resolve this by going to other distributors. Finally, to increase distributors' competitiveness and consumers' utilitarian value, it is suggested that distributors require a variety of marketing strategies.

For the thematic analysis, 'Social psychological components of the brand' based on social psychology was used for analyzing the cognitive aspects, the relational aspects, and the attitudinal aspects. The most common study was the study of the cognitive aspects, and relational aspects, and lastly the attitud inal aspects in order. The strategy was the most common research for the brand associated study. The ultimate point of the strategy is to get 'attitude'. From social psychology perspective, there is a cycle in the minds of consumers, 'Identification', 'Internalization', 'Conformity' and 'Compliance'. • The trend in which an apartment is regarded as not only a substantial property or 'residence' but also as a 'means of self-expression' for consumers is increasing in the present housing marketing, and thus, the apartment brand image has become an important field of marketing management. Therefore, the present study aimed to verify the difference between the image of a housing brand and the self-image of consumers in order to propose a singular direction of strategies for the formation of a differentiated brand image. As a result of research, analysis showed that there is a trend in which consumers show a more positive attitude towards a brand apartment that has a brand image closer to an ideal selfimage. Even if this trend is weak, it was confirmed that the consentaneity between a brand image and the self-image of housing products can become a variable having some influence on brand attitude. The survey method compared a brand image and a self-image by using Likert's 5-point scale on the apartment brands of the top three companies according to the study result of a national brand competitiveness index (NBCI). Self-consentaneity was determined by using the distance measurement model of self-consentaneity proposed by Sirgy (1982). The study data was collected from 210 persons and the PASW program was used for statistical data analysis.

  • Korean Internet shopping malls, which provide customers not only with convenient shopping experiences but also with purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services, have been playing a significant role in rapidly transforming Korean consumers into global consumers especially in purchasing fashion goods. Utilizing Ajzen and Fishbein(1980)'s Behavioral Intention Model, which postulates that behavioral intention is determined by attitude and subjective norm, this study identified behavioral intentions toward purchasing foreign fashion goods through Korean Internet shopping malls and the differences of behavioral intentions according to consumers’purchasing experiences on the Internet shopping malls. The data were gathered by surveying female university students living in the Seoul metropolitan area, Korea, and 222 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, t-test, cross tabulation, and $\chi$$^2$ analysis were used. The results indicated that purchasers had more favorable attitudes and subjective norms and higher behavioral intentions than non-purchasers. With respect to attitude, there were significant differences in behavioral beliefs and evaluation of outcomes for the variety and scarcity value factor. With respect to subjective norm, there were no significant differences in normative beliefs and motivation to comply toward friends, people who had purchasing experiences, fashion magazines. and celebrities between the two groups.
