The purpose of this study is to measure the overall level of consumer consciousness and behavior environmental problems of college women students and to analyze influencial factors. Five hundred and sixteen college women students were selected randomly, in Kwangju area. The methods of data analysis were Frequency Distribution, Mean , Percentile, one-Way ANOVA , Scheffe-test . Pearson's Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Major finding are as follows; 1) The consumer consciousness and behavior an environmental problems of college women student showed significant differences according to the grade, age, major, socio-economic status, consumer education experience environmental problems, and frequencies of contacting mass media. 2) The consumer behavior on environmental problems of college women students had a positive relationship with consumer consciousness on environmental problems. Based on the above findings , this study suggests the followings; first the consumer education as a formal program is needed for the improvement of the consumer consciousness and behavior of college women student. In this study, the influence of consumer self-confidence on clothing purchase behavior was investigated. A total of 284 data sets were analyzed after collecting questionnaires from college students in Seoul using convenient sampling method. For data analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance, reliability test and factor analysis were performed by SPSSWIN program. The results were as followed. First, the clothing purchase places were affected by the consumers' level of self-confidence. The more confident consumers preferred internet shopping and Dongdaemun market to large-scale shops. The discount stores were selected by the less confident consumers. Second, information search was one of the main reasons to visit internet shopping mall by the more confident consumers. Third, the more confident consumers showed the higher level of clothing involvement than the less confident consumers. Finally, unplanned purchases, such as pure impulse buying and reminder buying were more likely to occur by the more confident consumers with less purchase conflicts.
The purposes of this study were to research the clothing shopping orientations and the utilizations of information sources according to values of male consumer aged between the 20's and the 30's. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, x2- test, Pearson's correlation. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Male consumer's values were classified into 2 factors, and consisted of three groups. 2. There were significant differences among groups according to demographics variables. 3. Clothing shopping orientations were classified into 6 factors and information sources were classified into 3 factors. 4. There were relationships between male consumer's values, clothing shopping orientation, and utilization of information sources.

The questionnaires were distributed to the 179 high school students. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t- test and one- way ANOVA with scheffe test. As the results of this study were followed: 1. The content of consumer education was organized into four areas: choice making, financial management, buymanship, consumer citizenship All areas of the content were perceived more effective in daily life by vocational school students Especially choice making and buymanship were perceived more effective than the other areas 2. This study focused on consumer information search activity and consumer's post-purchase satisfaction. For these purpose, a survey was conducted suing questionaires on 430 homemakers that lived in seoul. Statistics used for data were Frequency Distribution. Percentile, Mean, One-way AAANOVA., Scheffe-test, T-test, Pearson's correlation. Multiple Regression Analysis and Multiple Classification Analysis. The major findings were ; 1) The level of each amount information search was lower than average. And the level of consumer's post-purchase satisfaction was a little higher than average. 2) On amount of "noncommercial-personal" information search, the influencing variables were desire to seek information, education, brand royalty in turn. These three variables explained 7% of dependent variable's variance. 3) On amount of "noncommercial-media" information search, the influencing variables were desire to seek information, amount of internal information, education, occupational status in turn. These variables explained 14% of dependent variable's variance. 4) On amount of "commercial-personal" information search, the influencing variable was desire to seek information, and this variable explained 3.1% of dependent variable'a variance. 5) On amount of "commercial-media" information search, the influencing variables were desire to seek information, education, amount of internal information in turn. These three variables explained 12.1% dependent variable's variance. 6) Resulting from multiple classification analysis, influencing variables on consumer's post-purchase satisfaction were amount of noncommercial-media information search and printed media search, and brand royalty. These three variables explained 9% of dependent variable's variance. Furthermore, througout all the subareas of consumer's satisfaction, the amount of noncommercial-media information search was the most influencing variable.
the main purpose of this study was to inves-tigate the consumer dissatisfaction and com-plaining behavior in purchase and use by con-sumer value. The subjects participated this study were 204 female students. They were classified into 3 groups by important degree of instrumental value which is one of the 2 value categories that divided by the Rokeach. In order to assess consumer dissatishaction in purchase and use of clothing by those groups. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory was used and The Consumer Complaining Behavior Inventory was adapted to asses consumer complaining behavior. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory has 4 subscales(Price related factor Produt and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor Purchase decision-mak-ing related factor)and The Consumer Complaining behavior Inventory consisted in 3 subscales(Do nothing Private complaining Public complaining) Using SAS package in order to examine Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory scores anaslysis of variance (MANOVA) was excuted And turkety test a kind of post-hoc multiple comparisons methods was adapted to compare Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction In-ventory scores of each groups. in order to in-vestigate consumer complaining behavior by each groups and grade major pocket money a month the mean purchse price of clothing a month x2-test Frequency Percent were executed. Conclusion eached in this study are as fol-low: 1. Each group had differences in price re-lated factor Product nad Quality related fac-tor Information and Service related factor ex-cept Purchase decision -making related factor Groups which made much of value tend to dis-satisfy in price related facor Product and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor. 2. Group that made much of value had more high scores in private complaining complainto third party and the middle group had more high scores in private complaining . Group made little of value tended to do nothing. 3. Grade major pocket money a monty the mean purchase price of clothing a month didn't have difference signficantly in consumer behavior. but major had difference on private complaining.

This study examines the impact of consumer ethics on the CSR motive attributions and, the subsequent consumer perception of the firm's ethicality. Data of 512 adults were collected nationwide using a self-administered questionnaire online. Exploratory and confirmative factor analysis were employed to identify six underlying dimensions of consumer ethics, as follows: actively benefiting from illegal actions, passively benefiting from illegal actions, no harm/no foul, economic benefiting from illegal actions, intellectual property infringement, and pro-environmental behavior. In order to examine the relationships between consumer ethics, CSR motive attribution, and consumer perceived ethicality, a structural equation modeling test was conducted. The results demonstrated that actively benefiting from illegal actions, economic benefiting from illegal action, and pro-environmental behavior had impacts on CSR motive attributions such as strategy-driven attribution, value-driven attribution, and stakeholder-driven attribution. Consequently, strategy-driven attribution and value-driven attribution influenced the consumer perception of the firm's ethicality, whereas stakeholder-driven attribution did not. This study provides an understanding of the CSR attribution mechanism from the view of consumer ethics that are multi-dimensional. The ethical judgements on different types of consumer behavior lead to attributions of CSR motives and subsequently their perception of a firm's ethicality.
