  • Brand Relationship Quality(BRQ) reflects the intensity and viability of the enduring association between a consumer and a brand so it is assumed to be the indicator which can affect brand performance such as brand satisfaction, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural equation model showing the path between BRQ and brand performance. The subjects were women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas. 482 copies of questionnaire were analyzed by reliability, Pearson's correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS 11.0 Package and AMOS 5.0 Package. The results showed that BRQ had positive influence on the brand performance-brand satisfaction, brand attitude, brand loyalty. As for the total effect about brand loyalty, BRQ was the most influential variable compared with other variables- brand satisfaction, brand attitude. The indirect impact of BRQ on brand loyalty is bigger than the direct impact of BRQ and brand satisfaction emerged as the important intermediate variable between BRQ and brand loyalty. Therefore, effective marketing strategy can be accomplished according to differential impact of the BRQ facets to induce consumer's satisfaction, which can lead to brand loyalty.

With the consent of the store managers of each family restaurant brand, students of Dongguk University helped respondents fill out questionnaires and collected the data. There were three major findings of this research. First, the benefits that consumers wanted were found to have a significant effect on their perceived brand identification and brand attachment. Second, the perceived brand identification of customers was found to have a significant effect on their perceived brand attachment. And third, the perceived brand attachment of customers was found to have a significant effect on their perceived brand loyalty. Also, consumer's benefits sought affected their perceived brand attachment through their perceived brand identification, and consumer's benefits sought and brand identification respectively influenced their perceived brand loyalty through their perceived brand attachment. • The brand equity is defined differently as each view of careers such as consumers, producers, distributors, however, the brand loyalty can be thought to be made from consumers, which means that it can be more reasonable to be looked into as part of consumer rather than financial affairs or account. The brand equity based on the customers' perception can be called the preference that it be made after the presence of brand. The value of the brand that consumers feel emotionally is as important as the value of the brand in the real market. It is possible to increase the brand loyalty in the future by the consumers' inclinable feeling to the brand. This inclinable feeling to the brand can be connected to the purchase, however, it shows that the importance of consumer's emotional attitude to the brand is less considered in the existing studies. This study showed that the brand awareness and the brand experience after using it, the identity as perceived quality, brand personality, consumption emotion, the brand image and how the consumer emotionally feel the brand, the brand loyalty for fashion brand. The purpose of this study was how to build the value of the fashion brand equity after investigating into those factors.

  • Purpose: Fast food franchise companies are trying a variety of innovative services to increase their competitiveness in response to changes in population composition in the fast food market and rapid changes in consumption trends due to technological development. From this point of view, franchise companies that have focused on offline store operations are providing O2O (offline to online) service as a core service for customer convenience. This new attempt is a strategy to increase loyalty by applying an interaction method based on understanding the characteristics of new generation consumers. However, existing studies are focused on the relationship between O2O service and acceptance, so very little is known about how O2O service affects customer loyalty. Therefore, this study examines the impacts of customer involvement and relative advantages of fast food O2O service on customer brand engagement (cognitive and affective engagement) and store loyalty for MZ(Millennials - Z) generations. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to achieve the purposes of this research, several hypotheses were developed. The data were collected from 247 questionnaires in their 16-30s and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 program. Measurement model analysis was carried out to assess convergent and discriminant validity. Also, common method bias was tested using the values of VIF (variance inflation factor). The hypotheses was tested using structural equation modeling. Result: First, involvement has a positive effect on cognitive and affective engagement. Second, relative advantages have has a positive effect on cognitive and affective engagement. Third, cognitive influences affective engagement. Finally, both cognitive and affective engagement affect store loyalty, but affective engagement has a stronger effect on store loyalty than cognitive engagement. Conclusions: In the process of consumer-brand interaction, it was confirmed that store loyalty was influenced by cognitive and affective engagement sequentially. However, the results show that affective engagement has a relatively stronger on store loyalty than cognitive engagement. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an O2O service strategy to maintain long-term loyal customers by inducing cognitive participation with high-involved consumer, as well as affective interaction, in order to obtain new customers and increase customer loyalty.
