  • As consumers participate in sharing their experiences, they become a powerful information source in online shopping malls. Previous studies have investigated information service in the company-created information perspective and trust in the company perspective. This study extends the perspective of company-consumers to consumers-consumer perspective in information satisfaction and trust. Also, this study suggests loyalty as voluntary behaviors and adds helping behavior to the loyalty. Our results show that information satisfactions influence trust in the information sources such as company and consumers. Moreover, trust in company and trust in consumers influence loyalty differently. While trust in company influences recommending stronger than trust in consumers, trust in consumers influence helping and repurchasing stronger than trust in company.

  • Online financial technology products are an important consumer finance innovation. While a large body of previous research has focused on initial adoption and consumer willingness to use these products, little research explores the continued use of these products beyond the initial adoption phase. In particular, special attention should be paid to how users' trust and perceptions of privacy and security affect continued use behavior. This paper integrates the expectation confirmation model of information system continuance (ECM-ISC), the information system success model (ISSM) and the security and trust literatures to investigate continued use of online financial technology. To test the research model, we collected 398 valid questionnaires from Ant Credit Pay users. The research results show that system and service quality positively impact users' expectation confirmation, while information quality has no significant impact. Expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness positively affect user satisfaction. Moreover, the user's perception of privacy and security plays a vital role in user satisfaction. Satisfaction and perceived trust jointly promote users' continuance behaviors. Findings of this study indicates the importance of the information system success factors and security factors due to their influence on the continued use of Fintech products. This conclusion has implications for enterprises in improving the product qualities and enhancing the degree of security to meet user needs.

New silver consumers are qualitatively and quantitatively different from the previous generation and are considered to be 'the single most consumption-leading generation.' The number of new silver consumers using department stores and traditional markets has increased. SPSS ver. 21.0 was used with the methods of frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), device master record test, and regression analysis. This research studies consumer satisfaction of new silver consumers on department stores and traditional markets among retailing. The improvement of the parking environment is the most urgent issue for traditional markets because the long-term assessments of parking areas indicate that it is necessary to provide improved convenience for consumers. Salesman satisfaction has improved and consumer satisfaction ranks salesman satisfaction high for traditional markets; however, price satisfaction is low and the distribution system should be improved to supply products at a lower price. Salesman and price satisfaction should be improved at depart stores. Traditional markets should also promote consumer satisfaction through consistent management to make consumers trust information in regards to quality control and production and distribution; in addition, department stores should increase consumer satisfaction by maintaining store systems such as product diversification and display, cleanness, and atmosphere.

  • Existing literature on the CRM [Customer Relationship Management] has emphasized the marketing strategies between the franchisor and franchisee. In this study, we focused instead on factors involved in forging relationships based on marketing strategies between franchisee and the customers. A survey questionnaire was completed by 250 customers of Korean-style food franchises located in Seoul and Inchon. Each questions is based on a 5-point likert-type scale. After initial data recording, 41 questionnaires were deleted from the data set because of missing or insincerely answer. Finally, the sample data of 209 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 13.0 software to assess consumer satisfaction, trust, and support/reputation on flexibility and commitment. Regression analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between flexibility and commitment. Satisfaction and support/reputation significantly influenced flexibility, both satisfaction and trust significantly influenced commitment, and both flexibility and commitment significantly influenced the restaurant-consumer relationship.
