외식업체 조리 기술지원 및 경영 컨설팅을 통한 경영성과 향상에 관한 연구: 경기지역 레스토랑을 중심으로 (A Study on the Management Performance Improvement through Cooking Skills Support and Management Consulting for Restaurants: Focused on Restaurants in Gyeonggi Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of 30 restaurants targeted for customized-visit consulting. For this process, experts visited restaurants and conducted consulting to improve the effectiveness of management for restaurants. A frequency analysis was used for general details, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to consult employees and customer groups. The analysis and consulting results were as follows: Firstly,menu need to be improved through restaurants' sanitary state and menu quality improvement. New menu should be developed through continuous training for restaurant operators, the relevant organizations, and cooking skill experts. Secondly, restaurants' cooking skill and knowledge should be secured by training of restaurant operators from the relevant organizations and experts to acquire cooking skills. In conclusion, restaurants' capability needs to be consolidated through persistent and cyclical process to maintain competitive menus and cooking skills. The results also showed that employee group's MOT, foods, menu, and facility education/training should be fortified. In order to reinvigorate the restaurant industry, marketers need to offer continuous education/training and consulting for employees to improve their satisfaction.

  • This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

  • According to result of this paper, shipping companies tend to choose a third party logistics company that is able to provide consulting services that is the core of the administration of distribution. Shipping companies expect that the consulting services would be able to increase the efficiency through utilizing not logistics functions of shipping, unloading, storage, and information but performance indices of logistics activities. Because shipping companies generally regard that third party logistics not only has no expertise but also is small, in order to activate third-party logistics industry, the consulting services should be improved.

Effects of the Characteristics of Founders and Governmental Support on Start-up Performance through Entrepreneurship and Network

  • Purpose - There have been many studies regarding the preceding factors required for success of start-up. The purpose of this study is to verify one of the paths by which the individual characteristics of founders and governmental support lead to enhanced start-up performance, via entrepreneurship and network building. Research design, data, methodology - Data for this study was collected from surveys of 332 founders throughout South Korea, and statistical analyses of this data were performed using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. To verify our hypothesis, path analysis was performed using a structural equation model. Results -The variables, entrepreneurial self-esteem and experience were found to have positive effects on the entrepreneurship and networks. Secondly, governmental support did not have significant positive effect on entrepreneurship, but it did have positive effect on networking. Thirdly, entrepreneurship and networking were confirmed to have positive effects on both the utilization of opportunities and financial performance, which are variables indicating start-up performance. Conclusion - Although founder's characteristics are important for success of start-up, it is also critically important to actively utilize governmental support. Notably, many founders suffer from inadequate networks. They would be able to enhance their start-up performance by utilizing various governmental support programs to reinforce their network capabilities.

  • This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

수업컨설팅 및 식생활수업에 대한 가정과교사의 인식 조사 (A Survey of the Cognition on Teaching Consulting and Dietary Class of Home Economics Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 가정과교사의 수업컨설팅과 식생활 수업에 대한 인식 조사를 위하여 가정과교사 139명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사로 실시되었다. 수업공개에 대하여 62.6%의 교사가 부담을 많이 갖는다고 응답하였고, 자신의 수업에 대해서 만족하고 있는 교사는 29.5% 뿐이었다. 수업컨설팅을 받아본 경험이 있는 교사는 56명(40.3%)이었으며, 받아본 적도 해준 적도 없는 교사는 48명(34.5%)으로 30대와 50대 이상의 수업컨설팅 비율이 유의적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). 대부분의 가정과교사가 수업의 질 향상을 위해서 수업컨설팅이 필요하다고 하였고(65명, 46.8%), 수업컨설팅의 기회가 주어진다면 받고 싶다고 응답한 교사가 78명(46.1%), 보통이다 46명(33.1%)으로 대부분의 가정과교사는 수업컨설팅에 대해 긍정적인 자세를 가지고 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, 컨설팅을 받고 싶은 사람은 106명(76.3%)의 교사가 전문적 지식과 경험을 가진 동료교사에 의한 컨설팅을 원하였다. 식생활 수업에서 주로 사용하는 교수매체는 시청각자료가 가장 많았고(47.5%), 개인차에 대한 피드백은 학생의 반응관찰로 가장 많이 실시되고 있었으며(73.4%), 강의식 수업이 58.3%로 가장 많이 실시되는 수업형태로 조사되었다. 식생활수업 진행 시 갖는 어려움의 정도는 2.60/5.00점이었으나 개인차를 고려한 수업진행의 어려움이 3.26점으로 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 학생참여 유도(3.11점), 적절한 교수매체 선정(2.88점), 매체 제작(2.88점), 교사 및 학생활동 계획(2.85점) 순이었다. 따라서 자신의 수업에 대한 만족감을 높이고, 수업공개에 대한 부담을 줄이며, 사회적 요구가 증가하고 있는 식생활교육에서 가정과교사의 선도적인 역할을 위해서 가정과교사는 수업반성, 자기장학, 수업컨설팅을 통하여 자신의 수업을 정확하게 분석하고, 끊임없는 훈련과 노력으로 식생활 수업역량을 강화하여 학교 식생활교육을 선도적으로 이끌어 가야 할 것이다.

지하수 내 중금속 모니터링을 위한 diffusive gradients in thin films의 적용 가능성 평가 (Feasibility of Diffusive Gradients in Thin Films for Monitoring Heavy Metals in Groundwater)

  • Diffusive gradients in thin films (DGT) are passive sampling devices used to determine the time-weighted average concentrations (TWAC) of contaminants. To ensure accurate performance in groundwater, it is crucial to identify environmental characteristics and maintain optimal operational conditions. This study examined the deployment time required to reach effective capacity, the thickness of the diffusive boundary layer (DBL) under stagnant water conditions, and biofilm formation on the DGT surface using groundwater samples. When using DGT with Chelex gel (A=3.14 cm2), the effective capacity was 0.7 ㎍ for Cd and 250 ㎍ for Zn, with a deployment time of 24 h. Lower Cd accumulation was due to the competition effect of coexisting ions. The DBL thickness under stagnant conditions was 0.074 cm, 93% of the diffusion gel's thickness (0.08 cm). Neglecting DBL thickness in TWAC calculations led to a 79% decrease in the determined concentration. No biofouling was observed during the 28-d DGT deployment in groundwater. In conclusion, it is essential to consider the appropriate deployment time, DBL thickness, and biofilm formation to ensure accurate DGT performance in determining contaminant levels in groundwater.

전문가의 지도가 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The effects of expert's consulting on management performance in small and medium sized enterprises)

  • 오늘날에는 기업의 규모에 상관없이 생산성향상과 원가절감을 도모하기 위하여 외부의 전문가를 활용하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 기업지도에 따른 경영성과 제고에 지도위원이 어느 정도 기여하고 있는지를 확인하고 그 역할 관계성을 살펴보기 위하여 2011년도에 제품품질혁신을 위한 지도에 자발적으로 참여한 중소기업 235개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 토대로 분석하였다. 수집된 설문조사 자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후, SPSS의 Amos를 이용한 구조방정식 분석과 함께 각 연구 가설과 연구모형을 검증하는 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지도 대상기업의 여건뿐만 아니라 지도위원의 역량이 지도의 성공을 이끄는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 전문가의 지도가 성공하기 위해서는 지도위원의 성실성, 전문성뿐만 아니라, 회사 여건에 적합한 지도내용이 따를 때 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

지식재산권이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구: 특허권을 중심으로 (An empirical study on the impact of intellectual property rights on the management performance of companies: focusing on patent rights)

  • 그동안은 규모가 큰 기업 위주의 분석과 과거 경영실적과 특허권의 관계위주의 분석을 했으나, 본 연구에서는 실증분석을 통해 중소기업을 대상으로 특허를 보유한 기업의 미래 매출액 변동성에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 지식재산권인 특허권의 양적가치와 질적가치가 기업경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 특허의 양적가치로는 특허의 수를, 질적가치는 특허평균점수를 기업경영성과로는 평균매출액증가율을 사용하였다. SPSS를 이용한 판별분석을 통해 2가지 독립변수 모두 평균매출액 증가율이 2배 이상인 기업과 2배 미만인 기업을 구분하는데 유의적인 변수임을 확인하였다. 따라서 특허권 보유 중소기업에 대해 보증심사나 여신심사시 본 연구결과를 이용하여 향후 매출액이 어떻게 변경될지에 대한 분석의 틀을 이해관계자에게 제공한다는데 의의가 있다.

  • This research is interested in organization members' knowledge contribution, along with the requirement for the effective knowledge management as a critical corporate asset. We consider the performance appraisal and reward system on knowledge sharing as a key issue for the successful knowledge management. Analyzed will be the interactive relationship among the performance appraisal and reward system, individual knowledge contribution, and organizational knowledge contribution effectiveness. This case study is based on in-depth interviews in the consulting industry recognized as a knowledge-integrated industry. The purpose of this research is to examine how firms evaluate and reward organization members' knowledge contribution, to define how fim1s utilize IT for the knowledge management, and to show how the performance appraisal and reward system influence organizational knowledge contribution effectiveness. Besides, other determinants for knowledge contribution effectiveness are defined. It is recognized that knowledge contribution effectiveness is positively related to non-monetary rewards and informal appraisals. As for the future study, we recommend the empirical research based on several propositions developed in this study.
