물류자동화 시스템의 효율적 구축을 위한 컨설팅 방법론 제안 : K기업의 사례를 중심으로 (A Proposal on the Consulting Model for Efficient Construction of Material Handling Automation System : Focused on K Company's Case)

  • Companies build the factory automation system to improve management effectiveness and productivity as prime strategies for sustainable growth. But most companies undergo various trials and errors while carrying out the project without elaborate preparation stage for factory automation. In this study, we tried to verify what factors are critical to effectively building distribution automation system, which is a branch of factory automation system. A consulting model for setting up a Material Handling Automation System by utilizing the Stage-Gate Process, which is product development process was studied. 29 material handling automation projects carried out between the year 1990 to 2013 at K-Company were selected. Interviews with the project managers, operators and maintenance personnels, various records and current status of the projects were used as data for structural equations based on the Milan consulting model and existing researches of factory automation, CIM for material handling automation. Creating effective basis of production, material handling system and energy saving system with expert review, when preparing a material handling automation project, help promote the project planning thus contributing to the performance of the resulting system, which appears though rather weakly in our data. Also the effect of material handling automation can be enhanced through sufficient and effective links to the relevant environments such as production logistics management and automated warehouses. More detailed planning characteristics of project promotion or some time-series data of effective Material Handling Automation System could enhace furthur studies. We propose a consulting model for setting up an efficient material handling automation system.

웹 기반의 경영시뮬레이션 게임 개발 방법론 (A study on development methodology of web-based business simulation game)

  • 디지털 시대로의 급격한 변화와 경영환경의 복잡성 증가는 미래에 대한 불확실성을 높여왔다, 이에 기업들은 미래를 대비하고 경쟁력을 강화하는 방법의 일환으로 교육에 대한 꾸준한 투자를 해 왔으며 경영 교육의 하나로 경영 시뮬레이션 게임이 활용되었다. 본 연구에서는 저자가 직접 개발에 참여했던 웹 기반의 에듀테인먼트 경영 시뮬레이션 게임들(제조, 유통, 금융)을 중심으로 그 설계와 개발 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 개발 방법론은 크게 나누어 비즈니스 시뮬레이션 게임 설계 방법론과 비즈니스 시뮬레이션 게임 개발 방법론으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 기존의 개발 방법론 연구 모형이 존재치 않아 개발 사례를 중심으로 경험적 바탕으로 개발 모형을 제시 하였다. 본 논문에서는 전체적인 컨텐츠 개발 방법을 제시하였고, 그에 따른 세분화된 과정의 방법론을 제시 하였다.

아이템 네트워크를 활용한 기술 중심 사업 다각화 기회 탐색 지원 방법론 (Technology-Focused Business Diversification Support Methodology Using Item Network)

  • Recently, various attempts have been made to discover promising items and technologies. However, there are very few data-driven approaches to support business diversification by companies with specific technologies. Therefore, there is a need for a methodology that can detect items related to a specific technology and recommend highly marketable items among them as business diversification targets. In this paper, we devise Labeled Item Network for Business Diversification Consulting Support System. Our research is performed with three sub-studies. In Sub-study 1, we find the proper source documents to build the item network and construct item dictionary. In Sub-study 2, we derive the Labeled Item Network and devise four index for item evaluation. Finally, we introduce the application scenario of our methodology and describe the result of real-case analysis in Sub-study 3. The Labeled Item Network, one of the main outcome of this study, can identify the relationships between items as well as the meaning of the relationship. We expect that more specific business item diversification opportunities can be found with the Labeled Item Network. The proposed methodology can help many SMEs diversify their business on the basis of their technology.

청정생산방법론에 의한 염료생산 공정의 청정화 (Pollution prevention in the process of dye production by cleaner production methodology)

  • 청정생산방법론을 적용하여 염료생산공정의 청정화를 꾀하고자 하였다. 본 고에서는 반응중에 사용되는 공정수와 유기용매인 DMF의 회수방안을 모색하고, 고급산성염료 제조공정 보완을 통한 제품질 향상 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 청정생산방법론의 적용순서는 기업경영진의 결정, 대안도출, 대안평가 및 우선순위 결정, 실행, 모니터링 및 지속적 실행단계의 절차를 따라 수행하였으며, 이의 수행결과 DMF의 회수와 함께 용수사용량을 25% 이상 절감할 수 있었으며, 고급산성염료의 경우 2배 이상의 용해도 향상을 통하여 제품의 가치를 상승시킬 수 있었다.

  • CO2 emission makes up more than 80% of whole green gas. Therefore CO2 is recognized as the main culprit of global warming. IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) is advising the 3 methods measuring CO2 emission. TIER1 is measured CO2 emission by criteria the energy consumption, TIER2 measure by criteria the emission factor according to the emission control technique each kind of vehicle, TIER3 is measured by criteria the distance each kind of vehicle. Currently, the most of CO2 emission measurement is used by TIER1. But it is not standardized that CO2 emission measurement method have the factor as work condition each distance. Specially, it is not suggest that methodology has the condition changing load of equipment according to site condition and the same position work as construction equipment. So, this study is suggested the CO2 emission measurement methodology of construction equipment.

  • This paper investigates the structural analysis and design of mechanical heart valve through the numerical analysis methodology. In a numerical analysis methodology application to the thickness minimization structural design of mechanical heart valve, fluid analysis is performed for the blood flow through a bileaflet mechanical heart valve. Simultaneously the kinetodynamic analysis is carried out to obtain the appropriate structural condition for the structural analysis. Thereafter the structural static analysis is also carried out to confirm the thickness minimization structural condition(minimum thickness shape of leaflet).

  • The real estate management includes not only the brokerage, property management, development, investment and consulting which are related to real estate handling, but also the human resources who deal with the real estate business. The level of management quality of Korean real estate business is rather poor. This paper deals with management innovation of real estate management using Six Sigma methodology The main focus of this Paper is to develop strategy Planning, and is to select critical success factors for each strategy to make an advanced management system for real estate business. This paper is a case study, and the target company for this innovation is ERA-Korea Company. Seven strategies are proposed, and for each strategy several critical success factors are suggested. Through this case study, the authors hope that a management quality model for real estate business is proposed, and an improved management method can be adopted in the other real estate companies.

  • The goal of this project is to estimate the instream flow of the Han River Basin to ensure the adequate supply of suitable quality water for preservation and enhancement of aquatic ecosystems. A applied model is Physical Habitant Simulation System(PHABSIM) of Instream Flow Incremental Methodology(IFIM). The parameters which are needed to simulation by PHABSIM such as flow depth, velocity distribution and channel cover with cross section data are obtained by field survey. The Habitat Suitability Criteria with the application of univariate curve on Zacco platypus as a target species was able to be established by conducting the field investigation. The estimated results of ecological recommended instream flow by this study has important meanings that the future river management have to seriously take into account for the natural environment and functions of river system.

  • As railway signaling system is computerized, the significance on safety demonstration and assessment has been increased. Therefore, railway signaling system should reflect the needs for safety assessment technique. Various studies on safety assessment technique for railway signaling have been made in Europe and standardization of the requirements for safety acceptance has been initiated by IEC. In order to develop and establish the safety assessment techniques for railway signaling in Korea, we try to review safety assessment activities for signaling system via reviewing relevant case studies and consulting with experts. And also we propose the safety assessment activity/methodology for Korean railway signaling system.

  • According to the computerization of railway signalling systems, the safety demonstration and assessment of railway signalling system is very important. For this reason, railway signalling systems reflect the needs of methodology to assessment the safety. Then many studies of safety assessment methodology for railway signalling systems centering on the Europe, have been made continuously, and the requirements for safety acceptance are currently standardized by IEC. To develop and establish the safety assessment technology for railway signalling system in Korea, we are reviews the safety assessment activities for signalling system through the reviews of related std., case study and consulting by experts.
