This study examines the relationship between service provider's authenticity, customer voice, and customer behavior in failure situation. This study employed questionnaire survey and collected 216 data. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used to test the hypotheses of the study. As a result, the service provider's authenticity has a significant positive effect on the constructive voice of the customer and a negative effect on the destructive voice in the failure situation. In addition, constructive voice had a significant positive effect on relationship retention intentions and destructive voice had no significant effect on relationship retention intentions. This study suggests the importance of customer voice as well as the factors to increase customer positive voice in the failure situation and provides an opportunity to be interested in customer voice.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for human resource management and efficient hospital management of organization by checking the effect of psychological contract of nurses on voice behavior. It is a descriptive research study that survey nurses who consented responded to the research questions. As a result, nurse practitioners showed a low level of perceptions of organizational commitment, psychological contracts, transactional contract and relational contract. There was a positive correlation between transactional contract and constructive voice(p<.05), and there was a negative correlation between relational contract and destructive voice(p<.05). Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system in which internal and external compensation can be made according to changes in roles of nurses in order to carry out new polices and organizational changes. It is also necessary to improve the organizational culture so that nurses can actively participate in policy and organizational change.

In China, enterprises are increasingly shifting the focus of their reforms toward stimulating the development of organizational effectiveness under the guidance of the long-term planning system. Innovative ideas and constructive suggestions originating internally are likely to inject new vitality into their ongoing development, allowing them to better face new global opportunities and challenges. Therefore, this study verifies the impact of voice endorsement and outcomes for the workers in china and selected perceived organizational support as a mediator variable. Based on theoretical research, this study proposes and tests 6 key research hypotheses using structural equation modeling(SEM). Data were collected from employees in China by the survey method. The analysis results reveal that perceived organizational support plays a mediating role in the relationship between voice endorsement and the outcomes of job satisfaction, job commitment, and job performance except for job stress.

This study aimed at the analysis, from the perspective of rationality, of policy making process in the separation of prescribing and dispensing. This study is to identify the characteristics and problems of the policy process to introduce the new durg-prescription system, and make policy recommendations. In terms of separation of prescribing and dispensing, the development of policy making process can be divided into two periods; periods before and after the inauguration of the govemment of people. In the period before the govermment of poeple, one of the major characteristics of policy decision on the new system was the poweful influence of interset groups. At that time, the ministry lacked the problem-solving ability and commitment on the policy. Consequently, during the former period, the policy making process had been driven by interest groups. Therefore, the original purpose of the policy to secure the pulic health was lost. During the latter period, there was also the strong influence of interst groups, complexity of interest, the ministry's inability of problem solving. However, in this period, it is notable that this has drawn nation-wide attention, severl civic grouos have participated in the policy making process, and that the number and voice of these groups have remarkably increased. With regards to rationality, incrementalish model is highly sutable to explain the policy making process in the former period. But in the latter period when the new drugperscripition system became a national issue and civic groups began to participte in this matter more actively, rational model is more explanatory that incrementalism to understand the process. During the latter period, the original goal of this policy was not distored by a few interest groups thanks to the rapid development of civil movement and therebly a big influence of civic groups on the policy making. For that reson, a jigh level of rationality is found in the policy-making process of the latter period. Some suggestions to achieve the rationality in the policy making process based on the results of this study are as follows; Frist, the public's participation should be enered in the policy making process. Second, the govermment should make contiuns efforts to enhance its ability of long-term planning and policy implementation, and increase rationality of policy making process. Third, balance among interset groups should take place in the process of policy making. Forth, sound, constructive, and logical activity of interest groups is necessary to express and promote their interests.

The roles of the characters of 3D animation Toystory3, which was released in 2010 and achieved worldwide success, can be classified into typical, simple and easy-to-understand roles such as hero, villain, princess, and assistant. However, the process, in which each character's role is finally recognized by the audience, is embodied in a very colorful and exquisite manner and makes the curiosity of the audience continue effectively. The stream of the diverse role changes of the characters of Toystory3 is represented through "visual rhythm of the lighting design" and such rhythm can be confirmed most clearly in the digital colorscript stage. This researcher analyzed the characters' role changes in the work based on Propp's folktale character analysis theory, and extracted the core scenes that lead to inference, doubt, performance, reinforcement by character in order to grasp how the audience gasps major characters' role changes. The visual differences of the lighting design, which the four core scenes of each character show, were represented in graph and analyzed, and the results showed that the changes that one character has constituted rhythmical, visual contrast gradually and the rhythms of each independent character achieve visual contrast and harmony each other like the voice part of polyphony. This researcher calls this "the visual counterpoint of character's changing" and derives the conclusion that a dual visual counterpoint is hidden in the character production of the full-length animation Toystory3. Along with this, this researcher proposes the production of full-length animation that actively utilizes constructive aesthetics.

In church tradition, cultural misappropriation has often legitimized unjust hierarchy rather than to challenge it. Under the rubric of culturalism, Christian Education has served to justify the oppressive system and maintain status quo as well. A feminist theologian, Rebecca Chopp argues that the contemporary Western culture has intensified narcissistic individualism and self-referentiality and has supported the powerful, while forced the marginalized to be silent. Chopp insists that the role, nature, and mission of Christianity is to provide Word and words of emancipatory transformation. She advocates poststructural feminist theology and aims at renewal of the socio-symbolic order in society by criticizing assumptions underneath language, culture and politics. In this study, we will review the interview with an Asian-American couple and disclose the underlying assumptions and hegemony which have contributed to maintain the male domineering system. I suggest that Christian education for emancipatory transformation should encourage the oppressed women to reflect critically the existing order and to restore their own voice through constructive intervention facilitating "plurivociy" and "problem-posing" dialogue. Proclaimation of transformative Word can empower the marginalized people to revision the world alternatives to monotheistic patriarchal modernism.
