Force monitoring of Galfan cables in a long-span cable-truss string-support system based on the magnetic flux method

  • Magnetic flux sensors are commonly used in monitoring the cable force, but the application of the sensors in large diameter non-closed Galfan cables, as those adopted in Yueqing Gymnasium which is located in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China and is the largest span hybrid space structure in the world, is seldom done in engineering. Based on the construction of Yueqing Gymnasium, this paper studies the cable tension monitoring using the magnetic flux method across two stages, namely, the pre-calibration stage before the cable leaves the rigging factory and the field tension formation stage of the cable system. In the pre-calibration stage in the cable factory, a series of 1:1 full-scale comparative tests were carried out to study the feasibility and relability of this kind of monitoring method, and the influence on the monitoring results of charging and discharging voltage, sensor location, cable diameter and fitting method were also studied. Some meaningful conclusions were obtained. On this basis, the real-time cable tension monitoring system of the structure based on the magnetic flux method is established. During the construction process, the monitoring results of the cables are in good agreement with the data of the on-site pressure gauge.The work of this paper will provide a useful reference for cable force monitoring in the construction process of long-span spatial structures.

  • With the social demands for tall building, the level of techniques for construction become high and there are various building materials. Also, the construction system become very complicated with the increase of worker. In spite of above facts, the method of construction management depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager, and there are many unreasonable elements. These elements prevent well-going in construction process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a new system of construction management which is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristic of production system and the present condition of construction management were investigated with the help of survey. Thus, the new method of construction management which can clear the previous problems was proposed.

  • 낙동강의 화원-교령교-현풍 수위관측소 구간에 대하여 수리학적 하도추적을 통하여 조도계수를 추정하였다. 세 관측소의 연속 수위자료와 하천 종횡단 측량자료만이 이에 사용되었다. 하도추적에 의해 계산된 유량자료로부터 수위-유량 관계식을 작성하였으며 이는 기존의 수위-유량 관계식보다 나은 결과를 보였다. 수위측정 오차가 유량계산에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였으며, 측방유입류를 억제할 수 있도록 하도길이를 제한하는 방법도 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 설계초기단계에 적합한 VE 적용방안을 제안하고자 하였다. VE방법론은 설계단계 초기에 적용할 경우 더욱 효과적이므로 본 연구는 설계 프로세스 초기단계의 설계YE에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 관련 연구문헌의 고찰과 실무경험을 바탕으로 국내 건설산업에서 설계VE의 문제점을 도출하였다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구는 (1)설계단계별 VE실시시기를 구분하고, (2)건설산업에 적합한 VE대상선정 방법을 제안하며, (3)기능분석 프로세스를 보다 합리적이고 실용적으로 개선함으로써 (4)전체 설계VE 수행절차를 효율적으로 개선하고자 하였다.

Knowledge and Perception Level on Building Equipment Required of CMrs at the Project Design Stage

  • With the rise in the functions required in modern building structures, the role of the building equipment that maintains the functions of a building has been emphasized and increased. Effective management in this area is only possible when the construction manager (CMr) is qualified and has the knowledge of building equipment that is needed. Therefore, in this study, a questionnaire survey was carried out on equipment engineers and CMrs, in order to determine the level of building equipment knowledge required, and to identify the perception level of CMrs about the building equipment in the construction project at the project design stage. The results of this study revealed that the CMrs surveyed had a lower level of knowledge on the building equipment than the level that was desired by the equipment engineers. This indicates that CMrs currently have a weak capacity for the management of building equipment. It is thus necessary for CMrs to undergo systematic training in order learn more about building equipment and thus be able to manage construction projects more efficiently.

  • 앵커리지 (Anchorage)가 주케이블을 지지하는 전형적인 현수교에서는 행거를 가설한 후에 보강형을 순차적으로 가설하기 때문에 시공시 행거에 별도의 긴장력이 필요없다. 이와는 달리 자정식 현수교는 가교각으로 보강형을 지지한 후 행거를 설치하게 된다. 따라서 행거 가설시 초기 긴장력을 가할 필요가 있으며 이 후 계속되는 시공과정에 의해 장력이 지속적으로 변화하게 된다. 따라서 행거의 가설방법을 변화시켜가며 이에 따른 행거장력의 변화 양상을 파악하여 가장 효율적으로 행거를 가설할 수 있는 방법을 결정할 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 해석적인 방법을 제시하였다. 현수교 시공의 진행에 따라 단계적으로 변화하는 구조계를 모사할 수 있는 사공단계해석 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 또한 자정식 현수교에서 발생할 수 있는 기하비선형 해석모델을 제시하였다. 실물 교량을 대상으로 제시된 해석방법에 따라 가장 효과적이라고 생각되는 시공방법을 제시하였다.

시공단계를 고려한 교각기초의 수화열해석 (A study of the Bent of Hydration Analysis Underground Pier Footing by Constrution Stages)

  • 최근 들어 매스콘크리트 구조물의 해석에 대한 연구가 증가 추세에 있다. 대형 콘크리트 구조물은 일괄 타설하지 않고 분할하여 타설하기 때문에 서로 다른 발열특성 및 시간의존적 특성을 지닌 콘크리트로 구성된 구조물이 됩니다 따라서 실제 구조물과 근접한 수화열해석 모델을 만들기 위해서는 시공단계를 고려한 모델이 필요합니다. 본 연구에서는 교각 기초의 온도균열을 방지하기 위하여 열응력 검토를 실시하였으며, 이때 기초는 보통 콘크리트를 사용하고 $12m\times14m$의 면적과 3m 높이를 가지는 것을 모델로 하였다. 2단계로 분할하여 타설된 기초구조물에 대해서 별 해석을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석합니다.

  • A making a decision of construction cost has important meaning and function for both contractor and owner in construction projects. Especially, it should be premised that estimating the construction cost in efficient and rational way in public construction, which is invested by government funds, for efficient execution of the budget and investment as a side of government. The systematic methodology for estimating construction cost approximately of a river facility construction project has not yet been established because of its unique characteristics including its relatively small project size in terms of cost. On this study, It collect and analyze a river facility construction historical cost data for develop an approximate cost estimating model for river applied by typical embankment section method and rate application of the others activity type. And it verify suitability of model through a that result of application of real river facility construction statement at developed model. By this study, it is expected to reasonable and systematic estimating construction cost through application of developed model.

  • There is no disagreement that the construction sector will play an important role in inter-Korean economic development cooperation. However, very few studies have been made at North Korea's construction technology. North Korea shows a lot of differences from South Korea, from the quality standards of building materials to construction technology. It is clear that these differences will be a stumbling block to the promotion of construction projects in the inter-Korean cooperation stage. Therefore, the start of inter-Korean economic development cooperation should be preceded by work to clearly recognize each other's differences and lay the foundation for integration or compatibility. The purpose of this study is to compare the construction technology of rebar concrete construction. We compared the differences with Korea's construction method based on the construction books recently published in North Korea, and derived the characteristics of North and South Korea for each detailed process of reinforced concrete construction.
