This study compared and analyzed middle and high school's homebase and media space which are installed along with the introduction of subject classroom system operation method, with regard to the position of arrangement, the type of arrangement, and the change of area, etc. which were changed and applied per the phase of project. For this, design competitions were implemented since 2006 targeting the cases which participated in design directly-indirectly in the researcher's architectural firm, present construction documents among the selected BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) were completed, and the examples of 10 schools(design competitions 2 schools, BTL selected plans 8 schools) were analyzed, which were operating variation type.

EDI의 발달은 국가간 교역량 규모확대 및 무역절차 간소화 문제의 해결.원활하고도 신속한 무역업무의 처리 및 비용.시간의 절감 효과 외에도 기업의 대외경쟁력 강화 등에 매우 큰 역할을 담당하고 있다. 우리나라는 IMF위기로 기업의 신용과 국가 이미지가 크게 하락한 시점에서 수출증대를 통한 국가신인도의 회복에 주력하고 있으며 이러한 일환으로 무역EDI를 통한 수출증대에 중점을 두고 있다. 따라서 본고는 EDI의 확대에 따른 수출기업의 추진 전략을 모색하는 데에 목적을 두고 연구한 결과, \circled1즉각적 선택안을 제공해 줄 EDI시스템의 개발 \circled2 전사원적 차원에서의 정보마인드화 \circled3 마켓팅 전략 도구로서의 웹사이트 개발 \circled4 Cyber Shopping Mall의 구축 등이 매우 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we conducted a study to understand the impacts of safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication, which should be managed for the establishments' safety and health control on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction to utilize that as a material for preparing policy support and preventive measures. For this purpose, we conducted a statistic analysis with 2,970 establishments, utilizing the material, "2015 Occupational Safety and Health Company Survey". As a result, in the manufacturing industry, it turned out in the establishments with more than 300 workers, safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication of the cooperative firm of the prime contractor were high. In addition, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the manufacturing industry and safety and health delivery and communication had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the construction industry and other industries. As for the relationship between companies, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on that between the parent company and a cooperative firm of a prime contractor while safety and health delivery and communication on that between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to build up safety and health behavior and safety and health delivery and communication systems for the characteristics of the company, and it is expected that the effect of the safety and health control will increase when policy support is made accordingly.

프로젝트 수행시 명확한 업무 프로세스를 정립하고 이의 운영을 평가해 보는 것은 조직의 업무 효율성 향상을 위해 필요하다. 설계사무소 역시 프로젝트 규모의 대형화에 따라 효율적인 프로세스를 적용하여 높은 품질의 성과물을 산출하고 생산성 향상을 추구하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위한 한 방안으로 본 논문에서는 설계업무 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계를 제안한다. SW 개발업체의 역량 성숙도를 평가하기 위해 개발된 CMMI의 프로세스 평가체계를 벤치마킹하여, 설계 프로젝트에 있어서 업무 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 설계 업무 수행 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계가 확립된다면, 설계프로젝트의 역량을 높여 설계사무소에는 업무 효율성을, 발주자에게는 만족할만한 품질의 설계 성과물을 가져다 줄 수 있을 것이다.

현재의 지식 근로자는 전통적인 근로자와는 달리 지시를 받는 것이 아니라, 자율성을 요구한다. 그런 동기요인을 충족시키기 위해 지식 근로자는 그의 기반인 지식을 습득하기 위해 계속적인 학습과 훈련을 기대한다. 그리고 자신의 직무에 관련하여 전문가임을 자처하고 있다. 이런 지식 근로자의 경향은 건설 근로자들에게도 나타나고 있는 현상이다. 그들은 사회적으로도 자신의 직무에 대한 자부심이 강하다. 이런 이유로 기업은 건설 지식 근로자에게 그들이 기입에 필요한 존재임을 인식시키면서(자신을 인정하고 있음을 느끼게 한다.) 자율성을 확보해주고, 새로운 지식을 환기시키는 교육을 해야한 것이다. 이는 직무만족과 자아실현의 관계에 비춰보면 더 확연하다. 직무만족도가 높을수록 개인과 조직에게 주는 생산성의 영향이 크며, 그것은 나아가서 자아실현에 이르는 길임을 세 가기 이론에 근거하여 살펴본다. 따라서 각 건설 기업은 이제까지 근로자에 대한 인식을 새롭게 해서 제시한 자아실현의 가능성 성취감, 교육 및 학습조직, 일의 흥미, 창조적 능력 발휘, 사회적 인정의 다섯 가지를 보완해주는 방향으로 인력관리를 한다면 커다란 성과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 수도권을 대상으로 입지를 변경한 기업들의 거리감쇄효과를 실증분석하는 것이다. 기업은 이전할 때 이전비용부담과 해당지역의 고객확보, 관련업체와의 협력 등으로 해당지역과 근접한 지역으로 재입지 하려는 경향을 나타낸다. 따라서 기업의 입지변경 시 이동거리는 기존 입지지역과 최대한 가까운 지역에 재입지하려는 거리감쇄효과가 발생한다. 본 연구는 수도권 소재의 서비스업과 제조업, 건설업 기업들의 기업이동 거리감쇄함수를 구축하고 그 효과를 실증분석하였다. 실증분석결과 서비스업과 제조업, 건설업 모든 기업의 거리감쇄효과가 있음을 확인하였으며, 구축한 거리감쇄함수의 설명력($R^2$)은 제조업은 .802, 서비스업은 .812, 건설업은 .728로 높은 설명력을 나타냈다. 이는 기업이동에 대한 거리감쇄효과가 있음을 실증한 것이며, 또한 건설업과 서비스업, 제조업 순서로 거리감쇄효과가 큼을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to desirable curriculum for interior design major in vocational high school in order to enhance their competitiveness. The study has been carried out by surveying the cognition and requirement among the people who are working in interior design field. The major findings from the survey research are summarized as follows : 1) Hiring vocational high school graduate is positively responded over sixty percentage. The main reason to hire interior design major in vocational school is because of firm believing their capabilities and their own specialties rather than academic degree. 2) It is believed that new vocational high school graduate is lacking behind in most area at the beginning comparing with new college graduate. However it is believed that high school graduate will become equal to the college graduate after a few years and they are more specialized in certain area that college graduate. 3) The most recommendable area for the vocational high school graduate are CAD and Interior Construction Work. 4) The appropriate text book content of (:AD and interior construction work based on the requirement from the industry are as follows ; Regarding to CAD, a specialized textbook for CAD should be written. It is desirable to) educate how to express plan, elevation, perspective drawing and how to develop the presentation skills. Regarding to the Interior Construction Work desirable to develop a specialized textbook and include on the job training program. On the job training is expected to give a practical knowledge and experience by monitoring and drawing by himself every steps from the architectural area to the material selection.

본 논문은 건설기업 미청구공사 정보의 가치관련성이 해당 건설기업의 효율성 정도에 따라 차별화되는지에 대하여 연구하였다. 미청구공사는 국내 건설기업의 IFRS 도입에 따라 재무상태표의 자산에 표시되는 계정으로서 매출채권적인 성격을 가지는 항목이기는 하지만 추정된 진행률에 연동되어 계산된다는 점 등에서 그 자산성에 의심이 가는 항목이다. 본 논문에서는 미청구공사의 가치관련성이 해당 건설기업의 경영효율성에 따라 차별화된다는 가설을 설정하고 이를 검정하였으며, 검정결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미청구공사는 기업가치와 유의적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 기존 선행연구의 결과들과 일관된 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 미청구공사의 가치관련성은 경영효율성의 정도가 높은 기업에서 더욱 높게 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 결국 이 논문은 미청구공사가 단순히 가치관련성을 가진다는 점뿐만 아니라 기업의 효율적 운영정도에 따라 차별화 될 수 있다는 것에 대한 증거를 함께 제시하였다는 점에서 선행연구와 차별화된 연구라고 할 수 있다.

이 연구는 우리나라 대표적인 기업도시 중 하나인 광양시를 사례로 2001~2010년간 인구이동과 인구 구조의 변화를 고찰하였다. 광양시 인구는 1981년 이후 지속적으로 증가해 2001년 138,468명에서 2010년 145,512명으로 늘어났다. 인구증가로 2010년 인구구조에서 30대와 40대 비중이 전체의 35%를 차지하였다. 2001~2010년 동안 순이동은 -2,925명으로 전출초과를 보였지만, 2008년 이후에는 19세 이하 연령층을 제외한 모든 연령층에서 전입초과를 나타냈고 전입 사유는 직업(49.5%)이 가장 많았다. 광양시 인구증가와 전입 초과에 영향을 미친 요인은 광양제철소와 제철관련 기업의 입지, 광양컨테이너부두 건설과 개항, 광양만권경제 자유구역 지정과 관련된 개발사업, 이들 대형 국책사업과 연계되어 추진한 광양시의 지역정책 등이었다. 결과적으로 광양시에서 행해진 각종 지역개발사업으로 제조업 관련 사업체가 증가하였고, 사업체 증가는 젊은 전입자 증가와 출생자 증가로 전이되어 광양시 인구가 증가하였다.

국내 CM은 2001년 건설산업기본법에 의해 개념과 범위가 정의된 후 지속적인 성장을 계속해 오고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 CM 제도에 기반한 성장에도 불구하고 국내에서의 CM 적용성과는 기대치에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그 주요원인의 하나로 국내 CM제도가 책임감리에 비하여 업무범위가 넓지만, 대가기준은 책임감리에 비해 낮기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 국내 CM 대가체계의 합리적인 기준을 정립하는 것이 시급할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 CM 대가체계의 합리적인 기준을 마련하기 위하여 CMAA, ASCE, DOE, DOL 등의 다양한 해외사례 벤치마킹 연구를 통하여 국내 CM 대가체계를 비교하여 대가 상승요인을 추정하고 대가산정 개선방향을 제시하였다. 분석결과 대가수준은 해외에 비하여 현저하게 낮은 수준인 것으로 판단되었으며, 업무범위는 해외와 비교하여 그 폭이 좁으며 획일적인 구조를 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 글로벌스탠다드에 따르는 국내 CM 대가체계를 개선하기 위하여 실비정액보수가산(Cost Plus Fixed Fee) 방식을 제시하고, 입 낙찰 전반에 걸친 CM 대가체계에 대한 기준(Framework)을 제시하였다.
