건설 산업분야와 관련된 다양하고 방대한 정보의 효과적 관리를 위한 건설정보 분류체계에 대한 연구가 최근 활발히 진행되고 있다. ISO/DIS 12006-2, MasterFormat 등의 분류체계가 국제적 표준으로 제안되었고 국내에서는 이를 국내실정에 적용한 통합건설정보분류체계가 건설교통부를 통하여 제안되었다. 그런데 건설 산업의 규모가 커지고 복잡해짐에 따라 보다 높은 수준의 정보 표현 방식이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 통합건설정보분류체계에 기반한 건설정보 온톨로지를 구축하고 그 활용 방안을 제안한다. 온톨로지 기술은 개념들 간의 의미적 연관성을 명확히 표현함으로써 건설 정보의 효과적 관리뿐만 아니라 상이한 정보 시스템들 간의 의미적 상호운용을 지원해줄 수 있다.

건설사업 수행 과정에서 발주청과 시공사, 감리단 등의 현장 업무담당자간에 공사현황, 공정보고 등 각종 현장보고자료가 교환된다. 이들 현장보고자료는 표준화가 되어 있지 않아 발주청이 요구하는 양식이 매번 다르거나 현장 업무담당자가 임의적으로 양식을 만들어 자료를 작성하고 FAX, e-mail, 종이문서 등 서로 다른 매체로 보고하고 있다. 이 때문에 현장 업무담당자는 동일한 정보를 발주청이 요구하는 양식에 맞춰 재작성하는 경우가 많고 발주청은 현장별로 보고된 자료를 수작업으로 취합하여 집계함에 따른 과중한 업무의 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 월간공정보고와 공사현황보고를 대상으로 전자문서 일원화 체계를 마련하였다. 아울러 기존에 운영 중인 건설사업 관리시스템에 전자문서 일원화에 따라 현장보고업무를 전자 처리할 수 있는 기능을 개발하였으며 개발된 시스템의 현장 적용성 검증을 위해 도로건설현장을 대상으로 시범 적용과 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 현업에 적용할 경우에 현장보고 업무의 효율화 ${\cdot}$ 간소화를 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Alibaba.com has developed very fast and created a miracle in the international e-business community since it was established just three years ago. The paper at first introduces its rapid development from its establishment, the construction of its websites and its e-products and e-services, its mode of operation and corporate culture. Secondly it analyses the reasons why it has not only survived, but also developed very fast and begun to make profits despite the cut-throat competition in the e-business community in the tough e-environment in China. Then it displays and analyzes its competitive edges and the challenges it is confronted with. Finally it predicts its promising future.

The farming type in Korea is predominantly a small farm managed by family members. This study mainly examines the current usage of the website of family farms as a management tool for small farm business and discusses the strategies for effective utilization of the website. A county that currently employs governmental project of information system was purposely selected. Among all the websites operated by small farm businesses in that county, websites of which purpose is introduction of the business, advertisement, or e-business were included for analysis; it yielded total seven websites, The study was conducted with two phases; on-line website analysis and interview with business owners. The websites were analyzed based on four categories; content, interface, design, and site management. With regard to the content of the websites, the lack of connection between domain names and product names was found. Moreover, the problem relevant to site management was shown as low utilization of bulletin boards and delayed upload of new information. However, design and interface were comparatively well presented. Business owners reported that the motivation to initiate the websites was mostly supports from the governmental project for the agricultural information system. The barriers to effective management of websites were found i) business owner's misinterpretation of business website with e-business ii) very limited opportunity for website management education in small farm business, and iii) lack of regional infrastructure for information system. Based on the findings, this study suggests as followed; i) construction of infrastructure should be preceded to make effective management for websites; ii) education for website management should include small business management strategies as well as computer skills, iii) the education should be provided in diverse ways considering subject's characteristics iv) small farm business owners should be informed that their websites could play a role only to provide information about the products and hand over the practical load for e-business to retailing web sites such as portal shopping mall; and v) wives' participation should be encouraged.

This study aims to develop an approach to construct IWSDB for National Defense CALS. Along with the introduction of Korean version of CALS conception, it is essential to analyze the national defense system with a new information technology for the construction of IWSDB. A long-tenn goal of CALS is to construct fully Integrated Data Environment (IDE) and establish IWSDB for the application of CALS conception to the life cycle management of weapon system. IWSDB is a set of databases that contain digital data. It supports common interface of data objects and databases throughout the life cycle management of weapon system, including design, engineering, analysis, manufacturing, operation, and logistics. etc. The goal of this study is threefold. First, we propose a right direction for the establishment of Integrated Data Environment. For the integrated database technology, we use the five schema architecture and the distributed object oriented technology that will lead to the "share of data." Second, we present the most effective IWSDB architecture for defense CALS, which will provide the efficient data sharing by business process modeling. Third, we suggest that IWSDB should be constructed based on the process which is related to the acquisition and logistics of weapon system for the national defense, and at the same time it should be implemented with GITIS for government agencies and CITIS for the industries in order to obtain the efficient data sharing.

Electronic catalog is a kind of electronic document to exchange product and service data for B2B or B2C EC(electronic commerce). Up to date a lot of selution/service providers which develop EC systems such as shopping malls, have constructed electronic catalogs. However, they use different contents, formats, and exchange methods without a standardized concept and consistent definition of components. This causes problems that time and cost to develop catalogs are duplicated and data exchange across e-marketplaces is difficult. In order to resolve these problems, standardization works for electronic catalog are carried out inside and outside the country. In this paper, we introduce types of standards concerned with electronic catalog, trends of standardization activities, and domestic standardization activities by industry such as electronics, automobile, shipbuilding, heavy industry, steel, electricity, construction, distribution, biomedical, and textile.

코로나의 영향으로 더욱더 앞당겨진 메타버스에 대한 관심이 뜨거운 상황이다. 특히 사람들이 모이기 어려운 비대면 상황에서 MICE산업은 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이에 MICE산업의 사업분야의 하나인 전시부스를 메타버스 기법을 활용하여 3D 전시부스를 개발하였다. 전시회를 가상의 공산에서 개최하고 참가업체의 기본정보를 바탕으로 부스를 구성하였다. 특히 비대면 상담이 가능한 External Service를 제공하여 비대면 접점을 높였다. 본 연구를 통해 코로나로 인해 직접 만나지 못하는 상황에서도 실제와 같은 부스를 제공하여 효과적인 MICE의 사례로 활용할 수 있다.

This paper presents a fundamental study to establish a standardization system of the Construction Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support(CALS). States of standardization in the Construction CALS were reviewed to find some defects in developing CALS system in construction industry. It is analyzed that three of major parts were needed to put up a standardization system for the Construction CALS. Firstly, the range of Construction CALS standardization is set up by identifying of Construction CALS and defining the standard and standardization. Secondly, the strategy to enable more effective implementation of Construction CALS standardization and the relationship of the concerned system presented can be used for establishing the Construction CALS standardization system. In addition, the spread and application device is proposed for using Construction CALS standards at public institutions and construction related companies. Conclusively, a classification system of the Construction CALS standards was proposed and some objects to be standardized were presented in the classification system. What were studied in this paper will provide the primary information and guidance to develop a guideline for standardization of the Construction CALS.

The first full-scale u-City operation has started in Dongtan u-City. As local cities take over and operate the u-City, unexpected issues arise such as securing the budget of operating costs and self-providing the costs with business models utilizing the u-City assets. The paper presents a strategy for solving these issues. The strategy provides a foundation(infrastructure) for long-term operation models which may reduce the long-term operating costs. In order to establish the economic operating framework of u-City, suggested are some cost-reduction models based on the operating costs structure. For each model, a base framework with comparative analysis of operating costs is provided. With these models, each u-City may select a relevant model according to the characteristics of it. We hope that the framework provides the foundation for efficient and sustainable u-City operations.

The construction of the students knowledge in e-Learning systems, namely the student modeling, is a core component used to develop e-Learning systems. However, existing e-Learning systems have many problems to share the knowledge in a heterogeneous student model and a distributed knowledge base. Because the methods of the knowledge representation are different in each e-Learning systems, the accumulated knowledge cannot be used or shared without a great deal of difficulty. In order to share this knowledge, existing systems must reconstruct the knowledge bases. Consequently, we propose a new a Case Markup Language based on XML in order to overcome these problems. A distributed e-Learning systems fan have the advantage of easily sharing and managing the heterogeneous knowledge base proposed by CaseML. Moreover students can generate and share a case knowledge to use the communication protocol of agents. In this paper, we have designed and developed a CaseML by using a knowledge markup language. Furthermore, in order to construct an intelligent e-Learning systems, we have done our research based on the design and development of the intelligent agent system by using CaseML.
