4CM기반의 건설사업관리 시스템 개발 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of Project Management Information System based on 4CM)

  • As information and communication technology advances driving the rapid evolution of e-commerce and e-business becomes on effective marketing means for both business and institutions, the industry deals with these changes and has a profound, positive impact on production and operations management. But the construction industry falls behind compared with other industries in productivity, informationalization, automatization and globalization. Especially even though the informationalization is inevitable in any developing society, a number of construction industries can hardly cope with it properly. As the construction industry gets informationalized and advanced, the introduction of PMIS (Project Management Information System) is making progress actively for the effective construction project control and productivity improvement in construction. With the government officials' political promotion and the rising desire for construction informationalization of enterprises, many are attempting to develop integrated systems or to replace a previous system with a more advanced alternative. Construction Industry, however, has the peculiar properties that the period for the completion of construction is limited and on top of that, most of its data processing systems are seen as being an early stage in the design of management information systems. As a result, there are extremely few applications in the construction industry. In this paper, we propose the PMIS system based on new model 4CM that improves on previous models.

국내 B2B e-marketplace의 활성화방안 (A Study on Promotion Plans of B2B e-Marketplace in Korea)

  • Nowadays, the spreading of electronic commerce using internet demands a lot of change in business environments, as it is called B2B. Especially, the B2B based EC have a majority rates over the 10% of whole EC markets. As the approach way and the core axis of e-Marketplace in B2B markets are changed more by the business section and industry section than by each company sections, all of the world leading company including Korea are trying to take a prior occupation in e-Marketplace market. In korea, B2B e-Marketplace are mainly leaded by ministry of commerce, industry and energy which choice the company, run a trial managed company. Above MOCIE efforts are now having a lot of trial and error. Accordingly, this thesis are focused on researching the construction trends of B2B e-Marketplace, the future prospects, and promotion plans.

The consequently quick doctor decision and efficient manufacturing environment construction are demanded and Product Life cycle becomes shortening, the e-Business from the digital management environment which changes suddenly the necessity is plentifully raising its head with plan of competitive power security of the enterprise and management renovation. Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.

  • 기존의 건설산업에서는 건설산업의 전 생명주기 동안 발생하는 모든 설계도면과 시방서 및 문서를 방대한 분량의 종이로 관리하여 왔다. 그 결과 유사 공사 실적자료의 재사용, 설계자와 시공자간의 정보교환ㆍ공유에 있어 공사의 실적저하, 예산낭비 등의 문제를 가져왔다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 건축 정보의 교환ㆍ공유에 기존의 형식인 종이대신 전자화 된 도면과 문서를 사용하도록 하는 업무개선의 요구가 있어왔고, 이러한 문제를 총체적으로 해결하기 위하여 정부차원의 건설분야 전자거래프로그램이 요구되게 되었다. 본 논문은 건설CALS/EC(Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support/Electronic Commerce)와 관련된 요소기술의 국내외적인 적용사례를 바탕으로 하여 도면전자납품을 위한 건설 CALS/EC에서 표준기술이 되는 요소기술의 활용방안과 향후 개발 방향에 관하여 제시해 보고자 한다.

  • The dynamic nature of the A/E/C industry, rapidly changing global market environments, and lowest cost competitive bidding make it difficult to survive in global design markets. To understand the global design markets, a case study has been undertaken. The top 150 global design firms represented in the ENR (Engineering News Record) from 1995 to 2003 are classified into three groups for the case study. First group is the firms which advanced in rank from 1995. Second group is the firms which maintained its rank from 1994 until 2003. Third group is the firms which went down in rank from 1995 until 2003. However, finding key factors and changing business strategies of successful top design firms are the fundamental goals in this paper. After examinations of case studies, this paper concludes and suggests that professionalization, M&A strategies, patrons of the government, and academic support are needed to be successful in the global design & engineering industry.

ebXML 환경에서의 지식기반 검색 시스템 (Knowledge Based Search System In the ebXML Environment)

  • As B2B (Business to business) develops swiftly, at home as well as in other advanced countries, plans for activating Electronic business are made and proceeded in a national viewpoint. However, it is essential task for the construction, advancement and activation of B2B framework to make an efficient search for differently built -up data from B2C and thus to look for optimal business partner suitable for his/her own business. For this, in the last Aug. of 2001, government has also referred to ebXML, the exchange model for electronic business data based on XML, as a suggestion for B2B framework. The purpose of this study is to develop search system for efficient choice of business partner and this will play an important role for data processing and competitiveness strengthening of small and medium enterprises. Meanwhile, this system is built up by using systemic characteristics registered in ebXML Registry/Repository and ‘question-expanding’ searching ways based on the particulars of business profiles for both objectiveness and maximum efficiency of search result.

  • As a result of the policy for enforcing the information technology led by government and the effort of companies to get over economic crisis through the reformation of business process, the ERP market is being active. However, because imported ERP products that are supplied currently are designed for standard and rationality, they have a limit to support custom processes of domestic companies in South Korea. On the contrary, ERP products by domestic companies in South Korea are unable to support a consistent methodology of constructing ERP system. This is main reason why much time and costs are consumed than that of an original plan. To succeed in ERP construction, the purpose of ERP setup must be defined. To accomplish this end, it is required to analysis business process completely and to make a plan in detail. For ERP providers, they must support a characterized ERP construction methodology and lower the construction cost by improving an ERP package easy to customize[5].

  • This study aims to provide conversion process to acquire IETM and fundamental IETMDB construction necessary for IETM. As the weapon system and other equipments are highly advanced and electronically sophisticated, the amount of information necessary to operate and maintain the systems is being dramatically increased. Thus, it is theoretically and practically impossible to maintain the huge amount of information in the paper-based manual. Furthermore, the vast amount of paper based-technical information makes it difficult to share them in real time. This paper discuss how to solve these prolems by using highly advanced information technology such as network, database, data communication, etc First, we propose an effective conversion process for the decision of IETM classes from Class 1 to Class 5. Second, we also propose a construction of IETMDB and IETM system by using CALS standard and Content Data Model (CDM).

3D 공간정보를 활용한 터널 설계 자동화 기술 개발 및 적용 사례 : 남해 서면-여수 신덕 국도 건설공사 BIM기반 설계를 중심으로 (Development and Application of Tunnel Design Automation Technology Using 3D Spatial Information : BIM-Based Design for Namhae Seomyeon - Yeosu Shindeok National Highway Construction)

  • 정부는 건설산업의 생산성 혁신을 위해 BIM 기반 스마트 건설기술 활성화방안을 지속적으로 발표하고 있다. 설계단계에서는 BIM 데이터와 다른 첨단기술을 융합하여 설계 자동화와 최적화 수행을 목표로 한다. 국내 해저터널 사업인 남해 서면-여수 신덕 국도 건설공사 기본설계에서는 터널설계 프로세스에 따라 3D 공간정보를 이용한 터널설계 자동화 기술을 개발하여 BIM 기반의 설계를 수행하였다. 터널의 선형설계에 제너레이티브 디자인 기법을 사용하여 만 여건 이상의 케이스를 36시간 내에 도출하고, 설계자가 정의한 목적함수의 정량적 평가를 수행하여 설계자가 요구하는 조건의 최적 선형을 도출했다. AI 기반의 지반분류와 3D Geo Model을 구축하여 최적 선형의 경제성 및 안정성을 평가하였다. AI 기반의 지반분류는 시추 코어 1공당 약 30종의 지반분류를 수행하여 그 정밀도를 향상시켰고, 3D Geo Model의 경우 시공 중 추가되는 지반 데이터를 누적할 수 있다는 점에서 그 활용도를 기대할 수 있다. 3D 발파설계의 경우 Dynamo 상에서 노선상의 모든 보안물건을 검토하여 최적 장약량을 5분 만에 도출하고, 직관적이고 편리한 시공관리를 위해 3D 공간상에 설계 결과를 시각화함으로서 시공 중에 직접 활용할 수 있도록 했다.

건설업 업역구조 변화에 관한 연구 (Prospects on Changing Business Structure in the Korean Construction Industry)

  • 현재 건설산업의 업역은 크게 건설용역업과 건설업으로 구분되며 건설용역업은 건축설계업, 엔지니어링, 감리업 등으로 구분되고 건설업은 일반건설업과 전문건설업으로 구분되고 있다. 이런 건설산업의 업역화는 무자격업체가 무차별적으로 건설시장에 진입하는 것을 방지하여 건설업체의 전문성을 유지하고 소비자를 보호하는 긍정적 측면이 있는 반면에 업역화중에서 가장 논란의 대상이 되고 있는 일부 업역간의 겸업을 제한하고 있는 현행제도로 인해 발생되는 문제점들, 즉 건설생산 효율성의 낙후와 지대의 발생 등의 문제점을 야기시키고 있다. 따라서 향후 업역 제한 제도가 폐지되고 의무하도급제 등 건설기업의 의사 결정을 제약하는 각종 규제조치가 폐지될 경우 각 건설주체는 자신의 핵심 역량, 소비자의 니즈, 개별 상품시장을 시도할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 건설시장 구조를 전망해 보고 이에 대한 각 건설기업들의 건설시장에 대한 진출전략을 제시하고자 한다.
