In Korea, it raised the need of the specification of unit modular construction, because there are no standard or manual. And it is urgent that the specification of unit modular construction is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the manual framework of the construction method. In the future, this framework will be based on the development of the manual on the unit modular construction method.

The existing design materials by document type are restricted in searching and acquiring necessary design information because the materials consist of huge information and various document types. This study suggests a methodology to develop an electronic technical manual that can manage construction design materials by XML-base integrated information system. Electronic technical manual for design materials can provide visualized information through various multimedia tools such as multi-link, virtual reality and animation. Using an integrated electronic manual for construction project can prevent to miss necessary design information. The results of this study includes a data flow diagram to develop an interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) for construction design information. Finally the study suggests some scenarios for practical use and quantitative analysis of application effect analysis by AHP method.

건설 산업이 대형화 복잡화 되어감에 따라 사업 전체의 업무 절차를 파악하고, 요구되는 다양한 정보들을 제공하는 데 어려움이 많아지고 있다. 이에 따라 기존에 정비 제조 분야에서 업무 정보를 제공하기 위하여 사용되고 있는 IETM(대화형 전자매뉴얼; Interactive Electornic Technical Manual)을 건설 산업에 도입한 건설 전자매뉴얼을 통해 사업정보 관리를 지원하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 건설 사업의 경우 사업 환경의 변화에 따른 관련 정보의 변경이 빈번하게 발생하므로, 관리자가 매번 변경된 정보를 수집하고 조직화하는 작업을 수행하기에는 작업 빈도가 높고 정보의 수집이 어렵다는 문제점이 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 전자매뉴얼의 정보 관리 주체를 관리자에서 사용자 전체로 확대하여 정보를 실시간으로 재구성하는 집단지성 개념을 활용한 정보 관리 모델을 제안하고, 이를 도시환경정비사업의 전자매뉴얼에 적용하여 활용 가능성을 검증하고자 한다.

Following natural disasters, there is a need to develop temporary housing through the rapid installation of mass-produced prefabricated housing. This study has developed a model construction manual for prefabricated temporary housing installable in underground spaces. First, the temporary housing prototype was drawn based on opinion poll results from earlier studies. $4.32m^2$ was calculated as the basic unit of the temporary housing living space for one person. Units included panel type, box type and mixed-type, for a variety of field conditions and scales. In order to enable space expansion and movement desirable to the user, the prototype was combination of panel and box types. The drawn prototype was utilized as the basic design template for producing prototypes and for the manual. Second, the possibility of utilizing subway stations as temporary housing was verified through the production of the prototype, and the construction process was summarized in the manual. The manual was developed in the form of a checklist to provide a guideline for users to build with prefab materials.

The construction of green building has distinct charicteristics by work classification by applying green technologies. Thus if the new technologies are applied to construction, unskiiled worker can experience construction time delay, reconstruction occurrence and quality decrease because of mistakes during the construction and work progress. For this background, we establish the work progress manual to secure quality and performance during the construction phase of green building and provide method to be used in the construction sight operation.

본 연구에서는 최근 군 건설사업의 추진과정에서 그 중요성이 부각되어 온 환경친화적 관점에서 폐기물 관리방안에 대하여 고찰하였다. 그동안 건설사업을 추진하면서 발생되는 환경관련 문제에 대한 해결은 발생한 환경오염 요소의 처리와 사후관리에 중점을 두고 있었다. 즉, 환경오염요소의 발생단계에서부터 원천적으로 발생량을 최소화하는 사전 예방적 접근에 대해서는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 폐기물 분야의 환경관련법에 대한 체계적 분석과 이를 통한 각 사업단계별 중점 검토사항의 설정으로 환경관련규정을 준수하고, 발생 폐기물의 친환경적 관리를 위한 도구로 평가 매뉴얼을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 관리를 효과적으로 이행할 수 있는 도구로서 새로운 형태의 체크리스트 및 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

With the recent global trends in environmental preservation, the importance of sustainable construction is being highlighted in Korea. In particular, the trend is being discussed about life cycle of the apartment houses in various aspects. However the Korean construction market and housing policy have been increasingly focusing on supplier. Structures become progressively obsolete after a certain period, but their durability can be extended with proper maintenance management. Accordingly, if maintenance management on the structures is made efficiently, waste of construction energy and damage to the environment and economic loss due to early demolition and reconstruction can be effectively prevented. Therefore, this study aims to suggest the user manual design for the efficient maintenance in apartment housing

초고층건물의 외장재로 많이 사용되고 있는 자재는 경량이면서도 실내환경 영향요소의 흐름을 조절/차단하는 필터기능이 탁월한 알루미늄 커튼월이다. 초고층건물 커튼월의 설계와 관련된 CMr의 역할에는 커튼월의 구조적 적정성 검토가 포함되며 이를 위해서는 커튼월을 구성하고 있는 각종 자재들의 물성, 다양한 커튼월시스템 구성방식의 이해와 더불어 구조설계가 필요한 구조부재의 종류, 구조설계 프로세스, 적정성 판단 설계요소 등에 대한 복합적 이해가 필수적이다. 본 연구는 CMr가 커튼월 구조설계의 적정성을 간편하게 검토할 수 있는 구조설계 검토프로세스를 도출하고 커튼월 구조부재인 멀리언 (수직재), 트랜섬 (수평재) 구조설계의 적정성을 쉽게 검토할 수 있는 구조설계검토 매뉴얼 개발을 목적으로 한다. 개발된 매뉴얼의 적용성을 검토하기 위해 동 매뉴얼을 실제 커튼월 설계프로젝트에 적용하여 보았으며 커튼월 설계전문가 및 CMr와 워크샵 설시하여 매뉴얼의 개선방향을 모색하였다.

전자매뉴얼 (IETM)은 시방서와 같은 기술지침서를 단순히 온라인체계로 만드는데 그치지 않고, 시공공법 등의 기술적 정보들을 시각적 정보로 실시간 제공해 주는 시스템이다. IETM을 사용하면 이러한 시각적 정보는 현장실무진들에게 실시간으로 전달될 수 있다. 또한 설계단계의 설계기준 외에 공법 이 적용되는 현장상황 및 공사관련 이력정보들을 실시간으로 현장에서 이용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설공사의 설계 및 시공단계에 적용 가능한 전자매뉴얼 구성을 위한 개발 방법론을 구성하여 제안하고, 가상적 활용상황을 설정하여 제안된 설계정보 IETM의 활용성을 검토하였다.

The construction waste concrete produce from the demolished concrete structures. These waste concrete materials are useful and valuable for fill and subgrade and are considered to use as the subgrade material of the road. To use the subgrade of the road with the waste concrete, the several experiments involved with compaction test and laboratory C. B. R. etc. are performed. These experiments are compared with criteria of the road construction manual. It is shown that the quality of the construction waste concrete satisfies that of the subgrade mentioned in the road construction manual.
