지역개발사업의 효율적 관리 및 활용을 위한 관리체계 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Construction of Management System for Efficient Management and Application of Regional Development Project)

  • 본 연구는 '지역 개발 및 지원에 관한 법률' 시행에 맞춰 이전보다 강화된 지역개발사업 관리방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 그동안 지적되어 온 지역개발사업 관리의식의 부족, 통합관리체계의 부재, 사업관리 정보의 신뢰성 부족 등을 개선하고자 다음과 같은 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 지역개발사업의 관리는 관계법령에 기초한 사업평가관리 체계로 운영할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 지역개발사업의 다양한 정보를 DB화하여 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체에서 활용 가능한 정보시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 셋째, 지역개발사업 관리의 효율성과 전문성을 제고하기 위해 전문위탁 기관 등을 활용한 사업관리 체계마련이 필요하다. 마지막으로 담당 공무원의 전문성 및 책임성을 제고하기 위한 업무환경 개선이 필요하다.

상용자동차 정비업체의 입지선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location of Bus & Truck Automobile Maintenance Company)

  • Automobiles are largely divided into passenger cars with less than five passengers and commercial vehicles such as construction machines, trucks, mixers, special lorries, and large buses. Automobile maintenance companies are also divided into passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Because commercial vehicles are the livelihood vehicles of individual carriers engaged in cargo transportation, passenger transportation, and construction, fast and accurate maintenance is important. Access to the expressway is also important because the car is large and uses highways. In addition, the time required for troubleshooting is long, so sufficient space must be secured for parking the vehicle, and ease of entry and exit of the vehicle in the maintenance shop should be fully considered. For this reason, commercial vehicle maintenance companies have higher initial investment costs than car maintenance companies, and it is difficult to supply and maintain maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully examine and analyze various related factors for successful commercial vehicle maintenance company selection. However, most existing commercial vehicle maintenance companies often choose their location based on the empirical judgment of the founder, the customs and the case, without a clear analysis. In this study, we show how to derive the location selection factors to be considered when establishing professional maintenance company for commercial vehicles and to select the optimal location by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.

청주국제공예비엔날레 전시회장 조성에 관한 평가와 분석 (An Analysis of evaluations of Exhibition Design for Cheongju International Craft Biennale)

  • Cheoungju International Craft Biennale is not just an art exhibition but more like a pubic festival which is including an experiential learning and a public participation section as well as a special exhibition and an international competition section. Thus it is strongly required to present an appropriate meaning and mood corresponding to each exhibition hall. The paper has examined the exhibition topics during the last 10 years and the plannings and contents to install the exhibition hall according the yearly topic and it has analyzed the comprehensive evaluations after the exhibition. The research scope is limited to the part related to the exhibition hall and facilities, which is including calculation of dimensions and layout, access and movement system, the appropriateness of the design and construction period, measure of applied technology appropriateness, post management as well as planning intent, estimation of the number of the visitors, preliminaries. With the results shown in the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, the paper has presented two issues, the one related to the procensure and preparation and the other related to the facilities. It is showed that both problems are due to the lack of expertise and it is necessary for the experts to participate from the first step of the procedure including planning for the successful exhibition. For the appropriate exhibition hall corresponding to the exhibition planning and scale, it is required to have the professional considerations of successful space and visitor's movement management, display environment, construction method, and post management. The study presents that architectural and interior design have to take an active part in constructing exhibition design in overall stage including the initial, practice, and evaluation stage.

발주자 및 설계자의 DFS 업무수행능력 분석 및 향상방안 (An Analysis on the Design for Safety Work Performance of Owner and Designer and Its Improvement Measures)

  • 국내에 DFS (Design for Safety) 제도가 도입되었지만 이를 수행하는 발주자 및 설계자의 인지도는 아직까지 매우 낮은 수준이며, 대부분의 발주자 및 설계자는 추가적인 업무수행, 전문 인력 부족 등 다양한 사유로 인해 부정적인 입장을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 DFS업무의 효율적인 수행을 위해 DFS 업무프로세스를 표준화하고, 현재 발주자 및 설계자가 수행하는 각 업무별 업무수행수준을 분석하여 DFS 업무수행능력 향상방안을 제안하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 발주자 및 설계자의 DFS 업무수행능력 향상을 위해서는 위험요소 및 저감대책 발굴, 위험성 평가 등의 핵심 업무를 지원하며, DFS 보고서를 원활하게 작성할 수 있도록 해당 정보를 제공하는 업무지원시스템의 개발을 제안하였다.

발전량 비교를 통한 창조식 조력발전의 기동낙차 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination of Starting Head by Comparing The Generating Power in Single Action Tidal Power Plant)

  • Because of its predictability of the energy cycle and huge scale power output, the ocean energy from tidal power utilization has always received attention as a great energy source, even though its development cost, including the embankment construction, is so much higher than that of any other energy source. Nevertheless, nowadays many projects are being planned on account of institutional support from the government and the recent advance of construction technology. In Korea, the new industry field operating and managing the tidal power plant has already opened. But we are facing a number of problems for optimal operation of tidal power plant that are a lack of operation experience and a skill of professional management and others. This paper suggests a novel way to determine the starting head of power generation by generating power comparison method For this new method, the paper discusses many factors including changing the volume of the basin, the number of operating turbines and gates and forecasting the tidal amplitude and the characteristic curve of turbine and gate. Finally we verified that it can increase about 2% an annual power generation compared with the conventional method using the original operational function made in the plant design process.

건설공사 품질관리자의 인건비 및 배치규모 개선 (Improvement of Personnel Cost and Placement Scale of Quality Manager for Construction)

  • 건설공사의 품질관리비를 산정하기 위해서는 관련 법 규정에 따라야 하며 세부적으로는 품질시험비와 품질관리활동비 등 여러 항목의 비용 산출이 요구된다. 품질관리비 중에서 인건비는 건설공사 품질관리 업무지침의 품질시험비 산출단위량을, 인건비의 노임단가의 적용은 대한건설협회 및 한국엔지니어링협회가 조사 공표하는 노임단가를 적용하도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 관련 법 규정에서 품질관리자와 품질시험자의 인건비 적용기준이 서로 모호하게 규정되었으며, 건설공사의 품질관리비 산정 및 인건비 적용 등에 혼란을 유발 하였다. 또한 품질관리자의 배치기준에 대하여 공사규모에 따라 규정하고 있으나 품질시험자의 배치기준에 대한 규정은 없으며, 건설현장에서는 품질관리자 외 품질시험자의 배치인력이 없거나 매우 적은 인력을 배치하는 등 소극적인 행태로 인하여 품질시험자가 실시해야 할 품질시험 업무를 품질관리자가 실시하고 있어 과중한 업무로 인하여 품질관리 활동의 저조와 품질확보가 어려운 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 건설공사의 품질확보 및 부실공사 방지를 위하여 품질관리비의 인건비 산정과 품질관리자 및 품질시험자의 배치기준을 다음과 같이 정립하고 제시한다. 관련 법 규정에서 모호하게 규정하고 있는 배치기준을 품질관리자와 품질시험자로 구분하여 공사규모에 따라 배치하도록 규정하고, 한국엔지니어링협회의 노임단가를 기준으로 하여 품질관리자 및 품질시험자의 인건비를 각각 기술자(기술사, 특급, 고급, 중급, 초급) 및 숙련기술자(고급, 중급, 초급)의 노임단가를 적용하도록 제시한다.

Research on Current Execution of Knowledge Management in Taiwan's Medical Organizations

  • Since the execution of National Health Insurance system in Taiwan, the competition of medical industry is becoming more and more severe. The ways the hospital operate knowledge management (KM) concept, combine current human resources and professional knowledge by information techniques and upgrade the competitiveness through reinvention of organizational culture have become the important issues. This research is based on the relationship between KM and organizational operation, integrates the characteristic of medical institutions and framework of medical knowledge cycle and starts the research subject by questionnaires from three dimensions: current situation of KM construction in medical organizations, executive effect of KM activities and the challenges faced by KM; subsequently, from qualitative interview, this research attempts to understand how a medical organization executes and adjusts in the consideration of theory and reality as well as quality and costs when actually operates the organization. This research accesses to KM system application of medical institutions and the empirical executive benefits and difficulties through questionnaires. The research results are as follows: (1) having initial understanding toward current KM establishment of medical institutions; (2) confirming the most important items of KM establishment of medical organizations; (3) understanding the most difficulty which the medical organizations encounter when executing KM; (4) establishing medical knowledge cycle figure of the hospitals receiving interviews. Through case interview, this research profoundly accessed to the actual operation of KM application of medical organizations. The target hospitals intended to try many medical KM measures; however, during to complicated hospital organizations and cultural characteristics, the promotion was not successful and the results were not apparent. The most difficulty was to change the employees’ behavior. The targets believed that only the continuous promotion of KM can allow it to be an important aspect of organizational culture and the competitiveness could constant be upgraded.

민간경호업의 질적 발전 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Qualitative Improvement of Private Security Industrial)

  • The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

주택산업 변화에 대응한 주거학 교육 (Strategies for Housing Education Toward Current fronds in Housing Industry)

  • The purpose of this paper was to suggest new strategies available for the housing education considering the enhancement of professional practices in the housing industry. The purpose was accomplished examining the businesses of housing industries and the undergraduate programs in housing. The housing industry was considered in following areas: housing department of construction company. comprehensive marketing. management/lease and building/environment examination. And the undergraduate programs of nine universities offering housing as a whole or a half portion of the department were analyzed. Both the examination results and the suggestions including course recommendations, the educational-industrial cooperation programs, and the accreditation housing education program could be valuable informations for the housing educators.

  • Project management information systems (PMIS) have been implemented to support cooperation among the participants of construction projects. Unlike other information systems used by members from an organization with similar culture and business environment, the PMIS are members from one-off fragmented project organization with diverse professional background. Successful operation is significantly affected by the tendencies of client's side and individual awareness of participants. In this regard, it is imperative to evaluate the success of the system based on the individual characteristics of PMIS users. Thus, this study proposes a method for determining the system success by analyzing the extent of the effects of system factors such as System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality and individual factors such as a user's IT application ability, Extrinsic Motivation to achieve User Satisfaction, and loyalty. Accordingly, a structural equation model (SEM), an effective tool to examine of the comprehensive structure of a causal relationship, is applied for analysis because the internal awareness of individuals is established as a variable.
