본 연구는 우리나라의 건설자재 품질 및 정보 표준화에 대한 건설수요자들의 의식을 조사하여, 건설자재 표준화의 개선안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 조사결과, 응답자들은 KS규격의 질적 수준을 67점(100점 만점대비)으로 평가하고 있었다. 또한, 응답자의 38%는 표준정보의 부재로 인한 애로사항을 겪은 경험이 있었다고 응답하였으며, 대표적인 비표준화 자재로는 혼화재료, 방수재, 보강섬유, 콘크리트, 골재, 접착제, 목재, 가설재, 단열재 등을 응답하였다. 정보표준화에 대한 의식조사결과, 응답자들의 71.2%는 건설자재 정보화가 필요하다고 응답하였으며, 구체적인 요구항목으로는 품질, 규격, 가격, 시공, 도면, 법령 정보의 순으로 제시하였다.

본 연구는 9개 도 지자체 "기록관리기준표"의 현황을 조사 분석하고 향후 지자체 "기록관리기준표"의 단위과제 및 보존기간 설정을 위한 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 진행하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 사례연구, 전문가 평가 방법을 이용하여 국내의 공공기록물 체계와 지자체의 기록물 평가체계를 조사하고 사례연구를 통해 9개 도 "기록관리기준표" 대기능 '건설건축'을 대상으로 단위과제와 보존기간의 현황 조사와 3개 도 이상에서 사용되고 있는 단위과제와 보존기간을 비교분석을 진행하여 단위과제와 보존기간의 특징과 문제점을 도출하였다. 사례연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 새로운 단위과제와 보존기간을 개발하였고 실무자와 전문가를 대상으로 전문가 평가를 진행하여 최종적으로 수정 설계안을 제시하였다. "기록관리기준표" 대기능 '건설건축' 수정 설계안으로 4개의 중기능 항목과 4개 도이상 운영되고 있는 소기능 18개 항목, 47개의 단위과제 항목을 제시하여 총 69개의 항목을 전개하였다. 본 연구는 향후 지자체 공공기록물의 독자성과 고유성, 기관의 업무 기능과 조직에 근거한 "기록관리기준표" 제정을 위한 참고 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The proxy re-encryption allows an intermediate proxy to convert a ciphertext for Alice into a ciphertext for Bob without seeing the original message and leaking out relevant information. Unlike many prior identity based proxy re-encryption schemes which are based on the number theoretic assumptions such as large integer factorization and discrete logarithm problem. In this paper, we first propose a novel identity based proxy re-encryption scheme which is based on the hardness of standard Learning With Error(LWE) problem and is CPA secure in the standard model. This scheme can be reduced to the worst-case lattice hard problem that is able to resist attacks from quantum algorithm. The key step in our construction is that the challenger how to answer the private query under a known trapdoor matrix. Our scheme enjoys properties of the non-interactivity, unidirectionality, anonymous and so on. In this paper, we utilize primitives include G-trapdoor for lattice and sample algorithms to realize simple and efficient re-encryption.

최근 바이오 정보처리의 중요성이 인식되면서 국내외 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어 시장이 급격히 증가하고 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어의 고신뢰성과 고품질 소프트웨어의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어의 품질인증을 위해서는 평가항목 및 평가기준이 마련되어 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 패키지 소프트웨어의 품질요구와 시험에 관한 표준인 ISO/IEC 12119, 소프트웨어 제품평가를 위한 표준인 ISO/IEC 9126, 평가모듈의 구성을 위한 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 14598-6을 기반으로 하여 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어 시험을 위한 평가모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어의 품질평가 방법을 확립하고 품질향상을 위한 기반을 구축하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

도시 규모가 변화하고, 생활공간이 입체적으로 변화함에 따라, 국토교통부는 3차원 공간정보, 실내공간정보, 지하공간정보, 정밀도로지도 등 다양하고 양질의 공간정보를 지속적으로 구축하고 있다. 그러나 도시의 대형화 복잡화에 따라 각종 재난과 안전사고는 급증하고 있지만 공간정보를 활용한 안전관리는 비교적 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 대표적인 공간정보 구축 사례를 비교 분석하고, 공간정보표준 기반의 재난안전 서비스를 제공하기 위한 데이터모델을 제안한다.

When building with concrete in cold weather, an insulation method of heat curing must be determined, and a holistic curing plan that considers the characteristics of structures, the heat loss coefficient of a curing sheet, the joint condition of the curing materials and the quantity of heat produced by a heating apparatus is an essential prerequisite for protection against early frost damage. But on a number of national construction sites, there have been serious problems in cold weather concreting due to the unreliability of the information obtained from practical experience. In the construction field in Japan, there is a specification for heat curing prepared by Japanese Architectural Society, which provides an equation for calculating heat quantity. It is also necessary to adopt a detailed specification for a standard heat curing method that is applicable to all national construction sites. In this study, the effect of bubble sheets on the economic feasibility of cold weather concrete is investigated through a comparison with the blue sheets commonly prescribed in national construction sites. In conclusion, this study found that bubble sheets had the effect of reducing the cost of curing materials and the fuel cost consumed by a heating apparatus, compared to the use of blue sheets.

It was on the rise importantly to provide the efficient management process of the organization for dealing with the change about information and business management quickly and consistently. It was suggested with the architectural model on information technology to provide it in theoretically. The Federal Government and budget organization of the USA used it on actual business and the terms of EA (Enterprise Architecture) and are raising the efficiency of management. NCA (National Computerization Agency) of Korea published the book - "The Research about establishing ITA (Information Technology Architecture) and appling the standards". After being applied the model on MOGAHA (Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs) and MIC(Minisstry of Information and Communication), the concrete case was made. MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) drove the leading model. The report ascertained the basic contents of ITA and researched the case of USA, MOGAHA, MIC, and tried to analyze the contents of appling maritime and fisheries area. The report contained the definition of purpose through analyzing environment and establishing the vision and the principles based on them. The report also contained the contents of architecture based on the standard of NCA - "The Government Standard Meta Model version 2.0" - and researched the MOMAF's Reference model using Government Reference model. The report established the investment architecture and the process of information technology asset management. It ascertained the characteristic of maritime & fisheries area and the subject of developing the MOMAF's ITA sustainably.

다본 논문에서는 DMB TPEG 데이터 서비스에 대한 텔레매틱스 터미널 이베디드 시스템 구조에 대한 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법에서는 터미널을 설계하였으며, 또한 모바일 미들웨어에 기반을 두고 사용하는 WIPI를 사용하였으며, 윈도우 CE에서 사용되는 TPEG 디코딩을 사용하였다.

In this work we deal with the problem of how to squeeze multiple ciphertexts without losing original message information. To do so, we formalize the notion of decomposability for public-key encryption and investigate why adding decomposability is challenging. We construct an ElGamal encryption scheme over extension fields, and show that it supports the efficient decomposition. We then analyze security of our scheme under the standard DDH assumption, and evaluate the performance of our construction.

건설CALS 1998년부터 국토해양부에서 추진하고 있는 정보화사업으로 시스템의 개발 운영과 표준의 개발 운영의 2개 분야로 사업을 진행하고 있다. 건설CALS 표준은 건설정보분류체계, 전자도면작성표준, 도면정보교환표준, 전자문서표준, 디지털 수량산출 교환표준, 건설정보모델(BIM) 작성 납품 공통기준이 있다. 향후 건설CALS 표준은 건설정보 호환을 위하여 정보분류체계의 확장개발과 건설용어의 표준화, 토목분야의 BIM 활성화에 대비하는 토목BIM 표준의 개발이 필요하다.
