최근 정보통신기술은 급격하게 발전하고 있으며 급변하는 정보화 추세에 탄력적으로 대응하고 유연하게 반응하기 위해서는 적시에 최적의 정보시스템의 구현, 활용. 효율적 유지 관리를 통한 활용의 극대화가 필수적이다. 이는 체계적이고, 과학적이며, 정확하고, 지속적인 점검, 분석 및 평가를 통해 이루어질 수 있으며, 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 현 정보화 수준을 포괄적이고, 체계적이며, 실용적인 관점에서 평가하고, 결과를 정보화 구현과정에 환류(feedback)시킬 수 있는 통합평가체계를 개발하는 것이다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째. '정보화수준 성숙단계'를 개발하고, 정보화 수준 '평가절차'와 평가영역' 및 절차와 영역을 연결하는 '평가방법'을 포함한 통합평가체계를 개발하며, 마지막으로 실 사례 적용을 통하여 개발된 정보화수준 통합평가시스템의 '적용성'과 '실효성'을 입증하였다.

The u-City construction project has become a hot topic in the construction market because it seems economic value-added field for construction firms. However, construction firms don't willingly participate in the u-City construction market because environments of the future business for the u-City are very uncertain. Scenario planning is a very powerful method in managing this uncertain planning situation and is based on scenarios that help each enterprise appropriately adapt itself to its own business environments. Therefore it is based on the main principles of systems thinking and multiple futures. For the purpose of dealing with such uncertainties, this paper attempts to develop the possible market scenarios of the u-City construction market in S.Korea through a scenario planning approach. From this perspective, we considered various aspects of the u-City construction such as market demands, technology development, policy level and management environment. After considering the relevant issues, we identified the main trends and key uncertainties. Finally, we developed three coherent u-City construction market scenarios. Construction firms can use these scenarios as a basic reference for market analysis and business strategy. Therefore, this paper is able to enhance the participation of construction firms in the u-City construction market.

Comparatively, the construction industry has, on average, a higher rate of fatal and major injuries, work induced ill-health and damage to properties than other industrial sectors; and this is a source of concern to industry stakeholders. The study showed that although subcontracting could be contributory to an increase in workplace accidents in the construction industry, contractual aspects of subcontracting arrangements (such as the power imbalance that exist along the client-customer interface) also present opportunities for improvements in health and safety management (HSM) practices in organisations. This conclusion was reached after an analysis of a questionnaire survey (with a 27% response rate) that assessed the attitudes and perception to health and safety issues.

The planning phase of construction project success or failure of the enterprise decision the 1st dangerous duration which occurs very there is a possibility of making with the phase which is important, of construction project in life cycle most many risk. But the risk management from planning phase well does not become accomplished is the actual condition from existing construction project. Consequently, it classifies the risk event from project initial planning phase of construction project from this study which probably is substantial risk event the possibility of accomplishing from a planning phase successfully in order to be.

Recently, plant construction industries are enjoying a favorable business climate centering around developing countries and oil producing countries rich in oil money. This paper proposes a methodology of implementing case-based reasoning(CBR) system for managing knowledge like lessons learned and various documents accumulated in performing power plant construction projects which are receiving a lot of order from foreign countries such as the Middle East, etc. Our methodology is consisted of 10 steps : user requirement gathering, information modeling, case modeling, case base design, similarity function design, user interface design, case base building, CBR module development, user interface implementation, integration test. Also, to illustrate the effectiveness of proposed methodology, the real CBR system is implemented for the plant business division of 'H' company which has international competitiveness in the field of plant construction industry. At present, the implemented CBR system is successfully utilizing as storing, sharing, and reusing knowledge which is accumulated in performing power plant construction projects in the target enterprise.

Downtown traffic culture of the car focus of our country have developed. But, it was been interested in railroad to saturation of situation, environmental problem. Also, it is getting interest which is international by departure point of network connecting from Europe to Northeast Asia. Private capital project of railroad is activated but Construction companies payability is real that is worsen day by day. Therefore, Construction companies is destroying element enterprise's inefficiency and the waste, be interested in Project Management Information System as part of information. I wish to approach in efficiency of railway construction by presenting professional construction company's Project Management Information System.

In recent years, academic scholars and practitioners have given increasing attention to the importance of strategic performance measurement systems including both financial and non-financial performance metrics. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is known as integrated performance management framework that helps an enterprise to translate strategic objectives into relevant performance within an organization. While the current literatures and management articles offer BSC design and implementation. there are few reports of detailed validation of using the rationalized sets of CSF (Critical Success Factors) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for the Korean construction industry. This paper first propose the perceived sets of CSF/KPI using current literatures and validate with a major construction company's executives and senior managers in Korea. The paper then examines whether the perceived sets of CSF/KPI have co-relationships with the firm performances. The results of the research contribute in heightening of competitiveness of the Korean construction companies in strategic and performance management.

In recent years, dramatic advances in information technology have motivated the construction industry to improve its productivity. Computer-based information technology includes Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Digital Mock-Up (DMU) and Product Data Management (PDM). Most construction industries are trying to apply these technologies for quality improvement, reduction of construction time and cost. PDM is very useful for managing data and process related to product design and manufacturing. PDM system has various functions such as drawing and engineering document management, product structure and structure modification management, part classification management, workflow management, and project management. In this paper, PDM system was applied to the design of steel-concrete composite girder bridge. To make a practical guidance for PDM implementation to bridge design, the procedure for its implementation was presented. Consequently, this paper could be useful to enhance the efficiency of bridge design.

창업교육의 일환으로 인터넷 창업교육이 공공과 민간영역에서 다양하게 진행되고 있지만 수요자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키고 창업성공에 이르게 하는 데는 부족함이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 창업교육의 현황을 고찰해보고 전자상거래지원센터에서 진행중인 인터넷 창업교육 실태조사를 통해 교육생 만족도 및 교육내용에 중요도와 실제 교육반영도 조사를 통해 창업교육 진행상의 문제점과 발전방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 도출된 시사점은 첫째, 교육생들의 연령, 학력, 교육동기와 창업교육 경험유무에 따라 교육만족도가 다르게 나타나, 이들의 요구에 기반한 다양한 형태의 맞춤식 교육이 요구되었다. 둘째, 현재 진행되고 있는 기술적 요소에 대한 교육과 더불어 창업리더쉽, 사업수행능력 등 인적 요소, 사업추진환경과 사업아이템 등 사업환경적 요소에 대한 교육 보강이 요구되었다. 셋째, 창업후 사후지원과 컨설팅, 수료생 커뮤니티 구축, 수료생간 아이템 연계 지원, 상호네트워킹, 멘토링 등 교육후 관리의 중요성이 부각되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 조사분석을 통해 인터넷 창업의 성공적 지원을 위한 교육진행과 사후 연계체제 구축을 통해 창업교육의 고도화 및 내실화 방안을 모색하였다.
