  • Adopting ASP applications in the construction industry can minimize the resource and cost of an enterprise. And it also can overcome defective management ability and poor management environment. Thus, This paper develops and evaluates a model of business functions and factors which have influence on the assessment of ASP for the construction industry. The findings of this study can provide the basis of ASP research in the construction industry, and help the construction firms to make decision for adopting ASP

  • As the instability of oil prices rose because of the situation in Libya, oil prices worldwide recorded the highest level due to the interference in supply. And so, in the 21st century, increasing efforts are being made to use clean new renewable energy centered on solar energy in accommodation of the cycle of nature instead of being reliant on the oil exporting nations. In order to reduce city energy internationally, the implementation of a low carbon city under the combined cooperation of industrial. construction, new renewable energy and transportation sectors with continuous development centered on low carbon green urban planning is now becoming established as the paradigm of the times. Recently, the government has begun carrying out the One Million Green Home Project, which is a project where the government with the goal of providing one million renewable energy homes by 2020 gives renewable energy subsidization for a partial amount of the standard unit price of installation when solar ray, solar heat, geothermal heat, small wind power or fuel cell energy is used. Thus, through this thesis which studies the state of and surveys the green village at Shingok-ri Songhak-myun Jaecheon-shi, it is the desire that the One Million Green Homes Project will be more efficiently developed and plans for improvement formed so that a high level of satisfaction in the product will be provided.

  • This paper deals with the after-tax economic feasibility analysis of the hydrogen fueling station considering dynamic utilization. We selected an off-site hydrogen station in which the hydrogen is supplied by a central by-product hydrogen plant as a case study. Also, we made some sensitivity analysis by changing input factors such as the discount rate, the hydrogen station construction cost, the hydrogen demand and the hydrogen sale price. As a result, the hydrogen station will not be economical in 2020 due to the relatively high price of the hydrogen station construction cost and the low price of hydrogen sale price. In order to realize the economic feasibility of the hydrogen station in the early stage of the hydrogen economy, the subsidies on the annual operating cost as well as the construction cost are needed.

  • Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.

  • Recently, domestic datawarehouse marketplaces take up the most important part of information technology investments with ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), EC(Electronic Commerce) construction projects in spite of a business slowdown for IMF environment. Therefore, in industrial fields as finances, communications, manufactures, distributions, and so on, datawarehouse was constructed or is under construction, and datawarehouse success stories was showed around some enterprises that has constructed previously datawarehouse. This study is intended to be henceforth an index and direction for an actual proof study by discussing a study of methodology for datawarehouse construction in order to compare and analyze Top-down & Bottom-up approach for datawarehouse that has constructed in actual enterprises.

  • 현재 어느 기업이든 업무 환경을 e-Transformation하는 쪽에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이의 성과는 곧 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 밀접한 관계에 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 건설산업에 있어서도 예외일 수 없으며 오히려 국내외 현장에서 Business가 이루어지는 건설산업에서는 더욱 업무환경을 e-Transformation화하는 것이 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 많은 기업들의 노력에도 불구하고 If의 실제적 가시효과는 크지 않은 것이 현실이며 Best Practice도 국내외의으로 많지 않고 이에 따라 건설업에서의 17 활용 수준은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 국내외에 널리 알려진 ERP Package도 국내의 건설 업무 Process에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 Solution은 없어 많은 기업에서 IT 적용의 방향 수립을 제대로 못하고 있는 상황이다: LG건설은 이러한 건설환경에서 IT를 활용하여 모든 업무를 공사과 손익이 연결된 사업관리를 이루고 언제 어디서든지 IT를 활용한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 통합정보시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있으며 현재 많은 성과를 거두고 있다. 또한 핵심 기술에 대하여는 정보화 사업 전략하에 건설업계에서는 드물게 정보화 사업도 추진 중에 있으며 이러한 성공사례를 공유하고자 한다.

  • According to the results of analyzing the formation enterprise of beautiful public latrines, which Chungcheongnamdo is promoting, the conclusions of this study are as follows. The design for construction form should be suitable well for the surrounding environment according to the installation place of public latrines. Construction scales and sanitary appliances should be decided according to the location, use personnel, use frequency, and user type of latrines. It is not desirable to decide working expenses on the basis of pyeong irrespective of construction scale. In the purchase of building sites, because the building sites owned by the nation or the public bodies are difficult to apply the related laws, it is difficult to construct public latrines as eternal facilities. Because the building sites owned by individuals are very expensive, the execution of enterprises is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to simplify the administrative procedures and increase the working expenses.

  • 공공시설 자산관리는 기존의 대응적 유지보수 개념의 시설물유지관리체계에서 예방적 유지보수 개념으로 전환한 시설물 유지보수의 새로운 개념이다. 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 자산관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 참조모델을 시스템의 상호운영성과 정보의 호환성을 확보하기 용이하도록 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 자산관리 참조모델이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The value of intangible assets of a company attracts attention in enterprise management environment drastically changing. Following such a trend, many companies have adopted knowledge management. Especially in construction industry of which success of a project is easily affected by the capacity of various participants and work performers, we may find many cases to which the knowledge managements have been adopted. However, the domestic design companies have tended to be late to introduce the knowledge management or have difficulty in effective use of KMS already constructed. This study suggests KMS based on BPM (Business Process Management) and drives its effects to improve problems mentioned above. We drives the expected effects by studying the existing studies and surveying domestic design companies and suggests Prototype for introducing a real system.

  • The dissertation presents the portfolio construction method using the score sheet so that general investors can utilize it easily. This study draws the significant variables to contribute the enterprise value and suggests the combined models by applying the single methodology, which private investors can easily utilize. The results of the research can be classified into 2 areas. Firstly, the significantly affecting variables were selected for analyzing the enterprise value. The variables and the method for the enterprise value analysis were studied from the existing researches to choose the optimal variables. The variables were identified by using AHP method and the structure equation method from the investigation of the previous researches. And the critical variables were added extracted from the common denominator of variables which the 3 grue investors used for their investment. The final variables identified are dividend yield, PER, PBR, PCR, EV/EBITDA, ROE, net income, sales growth rate, net current asset, debt ratio, current ratio, rate of operating profits, ratio of operating profit to net sales, ratio of net income to net sales, net profit to total assets, EPS growth rate, inventory turnover ratio, and receivables turnover. Second, the new methodologies for forecasting enterprise value modifying the existing methods were developed. The result of the Logistic regression analysis for forecasting showed that the equation could not be suitable as the accuracy with 91.98%.
