  • This study presents a new method to derive the constraint coefficient from the degree of angular deformation caused by welding, as measured experimentally by varying the shape of welded joints and the magnitude of constraints and from analysis results given by the elastic FEM method. The equivalent load was then calculated with this constraint coefficient. The validity of the numerical analysis involved in this new method was confirmed by its agreement with the experimental results. As for the effects of the constraints based on the shape of the welded joints in the case of Butt welding when the constraint coefficients are not considered, the deformed quantity produced by analysis is larger that produced by experiment and consequently is largely affected by the constraints.

  • Every language employs its own morphological and syntactic ways of expressing gradable concepts and making comparison between properties of two objects. Korean uses the adverb te 'more' and the post-position pota 'than' to express such relations objects, but displays quite different grammatical properties from a language like English. This paper shows how a constraint-based grammar, HPSG, can provide a robust basis for the grammatical analysis of Korean comparative constructions.

  • This thesis investigated the behavior of super structure by varying the factors such as the change of pile rigidity, the characteristics of soil and the constraint condition of support. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The pile rigidity in the Fig 3.3 computed by the rotating deformed plane method becomes the elastic range at approximately about 5.1 m (D : 1.0 m) below the ground level. This result is consistent with the previous study that the pile deformation occurs approximately 3 to 6 times pile diameter from the pile head. 2. The values of forces and deformations for the structure-pile system in Y-direction appeared larger than that in X-direction, since the pile rigidity and constraint condition of support were changed as shown Fig.3.5 to 3.8. 3. The current practice for the analysis of structure-pile system has not considered the variation of pile rigidity and the constraint condition of support. So, the analysis of structure-pile system with large difference in super-structure rigidity must includes these factors in both X and Y directions.

  • Basic constraint equations derived from orthogonality conditions between a pair of body-fixed vectors and a body-fixed vector or a vector between two bodies are reformulated by using relative coordinate kinematics between two adjacent reference frames. Arithmetic numbers of operations required to compute derivatives of the constraint equations are drastically reduced. A mixed formulation of relative and cartesian coordinates is developed to further simplify derivatives of the constraints. Advantages and disadvantages of the new formulation are discussed. Possible singularity problem of para llelism constraints is resolved by introducing an extra generalized coordinate. Kinematic analysis of a McPherson strut suspension system are carried out to illustrate use and efficiency of the new formulation.

  • This paper focus on lane recognition performance test using a road lane constraint with transport infrastructure information. The constraint is determined through the relation of the drive direction and vehicle position. The road lane constraint sets large limit for first and last lane. To analyze the performance of the proposed method, simulations are carried out. The results show that the lane recognition performance using a constraint is improved 40% at four-lane, 25% at six-lane, 15% at eight-lane.

  • This paper proposes a transformation-based approach to design constraint-based analyses for Java at a coarser granularity. In this approach, we design a less or equally precise but more efficient version of an original analysis by transforming the original construction rules into new ones. As applications of this rule transformation, we provide two instances of analysis design by rule-transformation. The first one designs a sparse version of class analysis for Java and the second one deals with a sparse exception analysis for Java. Both are designed based on method-level, and the sparse exception analysis is shown to give the same information for every method as the original analysis.

  • The purpose of the current study was to investigate the difference in recreation specialization levels based on the levels of leisure constraint negotiation and to examine the effect of leisure constraint negotiation on recreation specialization. A total of 374 skiers Kyonggi and Kangwon provinces was selected using the cluster sampling method. All respondents were divided into 3 groups based on the levels of leisure constraint negotiation and one-was ANOVA and regression analysis were conducted. The main findings were as follows: First, skiers were divided into 3 groups(high, middle, low) by the K-mean cluster analysis. Second, there were differences in past experience, centrality of life, financial investment, and overall recreation specialization based on the levels of leisure constraint negotiation. Finally, leisure constrain negotiation had a positive effect on recreation specialization.

  • This paper presents a new modeling technique for the simulation of cloth specific characteristics with a set of hard constraints using an implicit constraint enforcement scheme. A conventional explicit Baumgarte constraint stabilization method has several defects. It requires users to pick problem-dependent coefficients to achieve fast convergence and has inherent stabilization limits. The proposed implicit constraint enforcement method is stable with large time steps, does not require problem dependent feed-back parameters, and guarantees the natural physics-based motion of an object. In addition, its computational complexity is the same as the explicit Baumgarte method. This paper describes a formulation of implicit constraint enforcement and provides a constraint error analysis. The modeling technique for complex components of cloth such as seams, buttons, sharp creases, wrinkles, and prevention of excessive elongation are explained. Combined with an adaptive constraint activation scheme, the results using the proposed method show the substantial enhancement of the realism of cloth simulations with a corresponding savings in computational cost.

To attain the goal of this study described above paragraphs, the peoples dwelling in Chungnam, 2007 year were set as a collected group. Then, stratified cluster random sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 400 people in total. The result of reliability check up was here below; over Chronbach's ${\alpha}=.687$. To analyze materials, reliability analysis, CFA and SEM were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. First, constraint influence on the motive of participation in sport for all. Second, motive influence on the degree of participation in sport for all. Third, constraint influence on the degree of participation in sport for all.
