Many urban-plan facilities were settled by the government in the need of infrastructure due to the rapid urbanization. The Constitutional Court judged that the exclusion of land-owners' private right to use their land did not accord with the Constitution, and the infringement of their right because of currently unexecuted facilities became the urgent task to be solved due to the revision of the Urban plan law revised on January 28, 2000. Accordingly, the government needed to establish a complete plan to review and rearrange the long-term unexcuted urban plan facilities. For this plan to be successful, we have constructed the database of unexecuted urban plan facilities by using GIS analysis technique in this research. Further, we will construct a basic database to manage the unexecuted urban plan facilities by utilizing the database we have constructed, computerized geographical information files of LMIS, urban plan facilities data of UPIS, and other information.

Ad Hoc network not only can be the constitution of multiple piconet, but also can be the extension to the scatternet. By changing the length of the packets, it will transmit packets according to the amount of the transmission. There are two forms of the bluetooth. The one is the DM which is slower in speed but higher in reliance than the DH. The other is the DH which is faster in speed but lower in reliance than the DM. This paper tries to compare and analyze the performances of mobile hosts according to the forms of the packets in bluetooth Ad Hoc network.

Sasanag Contitution Medicine(SCM) is the traditional medicine theory based on constitutional medicine in Korea. It is most import ant that a personal SCM type is determined accurately ahead of applying any Sasang treatments. For this, many researches have been studied to diagnose the SCM type using constitutional clinical data. The decision tree is a tree-structured data-mining methodology. Recently, in the Korean traditional medicine society, there have been several efforts to find diagnosing tools using the decision tree method. So, we developed a decision tree program based on web for analyzing constitutional clinical information. It can use various clinical data as input data, offer filtering function to select clinical data to be used. We can find useful factor to be influential on SCM types using this program.

기존의 생체 특징은 얼굴, 지문, 홍채등을 이용하여 출입 관리 및 제어등과 같은 인증(verification)등에 주로 적용되어 왔다. 그러나 얼굴과 같은 생체 특징들은 신체의 주요 장기 부분과 밀접한 관계가 있어 이를 이용하여 한방에서는 신체의 질병을 자동 진단하는데 사용하고 있고(망진 : 望診)도한 사상 의학에서 사상 체질 분류를 위해 사용되고 있다. 또한 향후 초고령화 사회르 맞아 UNS등의 핵심 기술이 될 것 으로 여겨진다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 얼굴내 특징 추출에 의해 자동으로 사상 체질을 분류할수 있는 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 이는 망진에도 폭넓게 이용 가능한 기술이 될 수 있기 때문에 한방 의료 진단 기기 개발에 가장 중요한 핵심 기술이 되리라 여겨진다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze how obesity of Taeeumin have been treated. Methods We searched clinical studies from the databases including Koreanstudies Information Service System(KISS), Oriental medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS), Research Information Sharing Service(RISS), National Discovery for Science Leader(NDSL), Korea Citation Index(KCI) and pubmed with the keywords relevant to treatment of Taeeumin obesity. Results A total of 14 studies were analyzed. Herbal medicines were mostly used, and the most frequently used prescription was Taeeumjowi-tang. And concurrent therapies such as diet therapy, exercise therapy, electroacupuncture were performed. Several evaluation methods were used, and patient's body weight was the most used. Conclusion Through this literature review, we could find out tendencies of Korean medicine treatments of obesity of taeeumin up to date and some points that may have clinical significance.

As building space constitution and layout are critical for satisfying the building owner and users, their optimization is so important in the design process. However it's not always simple to set up objective criteria for the space layout optimization for different requirements and the architects mostly depend on their own experience for these. This study is to suggest a way to make up for this issue by referencing and deducing the space layout based on the given BIM space information and existing knowledge. For this purpose, the Space Syntax is applied to extract the information from a space model and an Expert System is used to make the best use of the relevant knowledge. Based on the Integration indexes for all the spaces, we could compare the space layout alternatives and determine the best selection for different accessibility conditions.

The human speech sounds are use to diagnosis in oriental medicine with ‘0-sung’theory. In general, human voice are sound waves which generated by phonation. Two major parts of phonation are vocal cords and vocal tract. The uniqueness of individual vocal sound depend on structure and usage of their vocal cords and tract. In the oriental medicine, “0-sung (5-tones)” has been used to classify constitution of human body In order to characterize the “0-sung”, their frequency characteristics are investigated, and a principal frequency component is extracted. Then, the principal component is applied to classify sounds into “0-sung.”

Purpose This study was carried out ro apply the knowledge of bioinformatics to the quantification of constitutional information. Methods To objectify consitirutional knowledge, several uselful methods including Bayesian estimate, position specific score matrix, entropy, phylogenetic tree, simulated annealing were discussed. Results and Conclusion It is obvious that bioinformatic methods can be the most important tool for the objectification of constitutional medicine.

Constitution declares culture is area that without any interference from the state space, and so creates each person creative energy. It is a typical movie in culture. The film will be referred to as an important expression form as well as high value-added industries of cultural creativity of ethnic communities. Intervention of the state is necessary that by competing mechanisms of diverse opinions and ideas caused harm. State intervention is only to be operated at a minimum. The vulgarity causes young people have impulsive tendencies and affects adults adversely on on issues, regulation is possible for children and youth protection. This paper aims to suggest a new legislative measure about the legal principles of vulgarity regulation to solve this kind of problem efficiently. Some standard allowed vulgarity regulation on the principles of control.

우리나라에는 의사학에서 그 유래를 찾아보기 어려운 독특한 체질의학이론인 '사상의학'이 있다. 이 이론을 제시한 학자는 이조말엽의 함경도 지방의 이제마라는 의학자에 의하여 창안된 이론이다. 본 논문의 연구는 음성을 이용하여 음성이 담고 있는 언어적 특징이나 음성요소들을 이용하여 사상 의학과의 연관성을 찾는데 목적을 두고 시작되었으며, 기존의 음성분석기의 요소들과 본 연구에서 개발된 요소를 병합하여 음성분석 모듈을 완성하였다.
