생태관광은 보전과 개발이라는 상반된 이념의 조화로운 추구를 목표로 하는 대안관광의 한 형태이다. 생태관광의 성공 및 존립 여부는 생태관광자원만으로 보장되는 것이 아니다. 즉, 지방 커뮤니티(local host community)의 발전과 자연$.$문화자원의 보전이라는 공동목표 하에서 생태관광을 둘러싼 다양한 주체들간에 자원 및 정보의 공유, 합의와 이해를 이끌어낼 수 있는가에 달려 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 생태관광 존립에 있어 생태관광 관련 행위자들의 역할과 제도적 환경의 중요성을 규명하고, 로컬 거버넌스가 생태관광에 있어 지니는 의의를 살펴보았다. 그리고 로컬 거버넌스의 3가지 구성요소를 중심으로 행위자들간의 활발한 상호작용을 위한 환경 조성, 행위자들간의 효율적인 상호의존성, 그리고 이들 행위자들간의 관계 형성에 있어서의 구축방안을 제시하였다 무엇보다도 로컬 거버넌스의 구축은 사회자본을 토대로 신뢰와 협력의 문화가 정착됨에 따라 더욱 용이해진다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to identify priorities for the 4th Comprehensive Plan for Korean Medicine Development using Delphi and AHP techniques. Methods : This study uses Delphi-AHP method to first, select the target priority policy based on the policy content of the 4th Comprehensive Plan. In addition, two surveys on the priorities were conducted to reach consensus between experts. The main results of the first survey were also provided to experts participating in the second survey to help form expert consensus. Finally, the final policy priority was chosen based on the second survey result. Results : Survey results showed that of the 39 policies in the 4th Comprehensive Plan, "improve the accessibility of Korean medicines," was the most important goal. This was followed by "support for Korean medicine R&D from clinical research to industrialization," "provide foundation for a pilot project that provides customized medical services" and "strengthen the public medicine function of Korean medicine by expanding the its infrastructure in national and public hospitals." Conclusion : The results showed that capacity building of Korean medicine in primary care, improvement of the health insurance system, and research centered on industrialization are relatively more important goals, while the need to enhance global competitiveness was much less important. These key points can serve as a reference when formulating the 5th Comprehensive Plan for Korean Medicine Development in the future.

본 연구는 우리나라를 대표하는 철강기업 'P'사를 대상으로 공유리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로 한 조직문화 유형과 조직몰입 및 직무만족과의 관계를 규명하기 위해 문헌연구와 실증연구를 통하여 기업의 성과향상을 위한 방향 제시를 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 조직문화유형 가운데 합의문화와 합리문화는 구성원들의 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 합의문화와 개발문화, 합리문화는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 공유리더십의 조절효과 검증에서는 합의문화, 개발문화와 직무만족 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 제조업을 대표하는 철강기업에서 조직의 성과향상에 도움이 되는 합의문화와 합리문화는 조직몰입과 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 조직문화임을 확인하였고, 팀장만 발휘하는 리더십에서 팀 내 구성원들이 서로에게 발휘하는 리더십 즉 공유리더십의 중요성을 규명함으로써 치열한 글로벌 경쟁체제하에 있는 기업의 성과향상에 기여할 수 있도록 방향을 제시한다.

Background: Although a growing number of guidelines and clinical researches are available for immunosuppressive treatment of post-transplantation, there is no clinical practice guideline for the care of kidney transplant recipients in Korea. Selection of a researchable question is the most important step in conducting qualified guideline development. Thus, we aimed to formulate key questions for Korean guideline to aid clinical decision-making for immunosuppressive treatment. Methods: Based on previous published guidelines review, a first survey was constructed with 29 questions in the range of immunosuppressive treatments. The experts were asked to rate the clinical importance of the question using a 5-point Likert scale. The questions reached 60% or more from the first survey and additional new questions were included in the second survey. In analyzing the responses to items rated on the 9-point scale, consensus agreement on each question was defined as 75% or more of experts rating 7 to 9. Results: In the first survey, 50 experts were included. Among the 29 questions, 27 were derived to get 60% or more importance and 3 new questions were additionally identified. Through the second survey, 9 questions were selected that experts reached consensus on 75% and over of the options. Finally, we developed key questions using PICO (patient, intervention, comparison, and outcome) methodology. Conclusion: The experts reached a high level of consensus on many of key questions in the survey. Final key questions provide direction for developing clinical practice guideline in the immunosuppressive treatment of transplantation.

본 논문에서는 이러한 어류 가공 현장의 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 AI 머신 비전을 이용한 어류의 목표 중량 절단 예측기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 먼저 입력된 물고기의 평면도와 정면도를 촬영하여 이미지기반의 전처리를 수행한다. 그런 다음 RANSAC(RANdom SAMmple Consensus)를 사용하여 어류의 윤곽선을 추출한 다음 3D 모델링을 사용하여 물고기의 3D 외부 정보를 추출한다. 이어서 추출된 3차원 특징 정보와 측정된 중량 정보를 머신러닝하여 목표 중량에 대한 절단 지점을 예측하기 위한 신경망 모델을 생성한다. 마지막으로 제안기법을 통해 예측된 절단 지점으로 직접 절단한 뒤 그 중량을 측정하였다. 그리고 측정된 무게를 목표 무게와 비교하여 MAE(Mean Absolute Error) 와 MRE(Mean Relative Error)와 같은 평가 방법을 사용해 성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 목표 중량과 비교해 3% 이내의 평균 오차율을 달성하였다. 제안된 기법은 향후 자동화 시스템과 연계되어 수산업 발전에 크게 기여할 것으로 전망한다.

본 연구는 인공지능(AI) 기술의 발전이 저널리즘 분야에 가져온 혁신과 변화를 조명하고, 이로 인해 발생하는 주요 윤리적 쟁점들을 검토하여, 저널리즘 분야에서 AI의 활용성을 논의한다. 블룸버그, 가디언, 월스트리트저널(WSJ), 워싱턴포스트(WP), 뉴욕타임즈(NYT) 등 전 세계 언론 및 방송사들은 취재 데이터 분석, 기사문장 생성, 뉴스제작에 이르기까지 다양한 방면에서 AI를 적극 활용 중이다. 이에 본 논문은 국내외 주요 미디어AI 서비스 유형과 특징을 속도와 규모, 다양성, 가치향상, 정확성 측면에서 종합적으로 분석하여 AI 저널리즘의 영향력과 발전 가능성을 평가한다. 나아가 균형 잡힌 시각을 유지하며 AI 도입의 기술적, 경영적, 법적 주요 쟁점들을 파악하고, 알고리즘 편향과 필터버블 등 첨단기술의 발전이 저널리즘 영역에 가져오는 도전을 체계적으로 준비하고자 한다. 마지막으로 AI와 미디어 산업의 상호지향적인 발전 방향을 모색하기 위해 사회적 합의를 통한 전향적 AI리터러시 원칙과 윤리적 가이드라인 개선의 필요성을 제언하며, 저널리즘의 본질적 가치와 임무를 조망한다.

Evidence based clinical practice guideline are designed to help healthcare practitioners evaluate and implement the increasing amount of evidence on best practice. Critical care area is one of the clinical sites where evidence based clinical practice guideline is needed most. This paper reviewed the definition of evidence based clinical practice guidelines, the development method of evidence based clinical practice guideline, and the current trends in guideline developing. Traditional method of guideline development is consensus based but it moves into evidence based development. Evidence based guideline is based on best available evidence and uses the strongest method to determine its effect on clinical outcomes. The current trends in guidelines is to develop the guideline at regional/national level and do subsequent modification to suit local circumstances. There is an urgent need of exploring the method of guideline development and adaptation which are appropriate for Korean clinical setting.

Throughout the modernization which was dominated by development theory in Korea, land use planning for housing tended to spoil the environment. Numerous studies, however, pointed out the problem of this development-led planning and there was a broader consensus that the past planning was part of the environmental problem of inner city. These observations changed the development-led planning into the environmental friendly development planning. In particular, Seoul Metropolitan Government held the international planning competition to develop 'Sangam' as an environment friendly residential area. With this plan 'Sangam' would be the sustainable residential area with the harmony of nature, human and technology. Furthermore it would be the outset of the long-term plan to develop 'Seoul' as a 'gate-city, an 'information-city' and an 'eco-city'. To do this, it needs especially the planners' and the constructors' constant concerns and efforts as well as the citizen's participation.

Image captioning has received significant interest in recent years, and notable results have been achieved. Most previous approaches have focused on generating visual descriptions from images, whereas a few approaches have exploited visual descriptions for image classification. This study demonstrates that a good performance can be achieved for both description generation and image classification through an end-to-end joint learning approach with a loss function, which encourages each task to reach a consensus. When given images and visual descriptions, the proposed model learns a multimodal intermediate embedding, which can represent both the textual and visual characteristics of an object. The performance can be improved for both tasks by sharing the multimodal embedding. Through a novel loss function based on class activation mapping, which localizes the discriminative image region of a model, we achieve a higher score when the captioning and classification model reaches a consensus on the key parts of the object. Using the proposed model, we established a substantially improved performance for each task on the UCSD Birds and Oxford Flowers datasets.

In this study, we used two breeds of chicken to identify genomic regions corresponding to necrotic enteritis (NE) resistance. We scanned the genomes of a resistant and susceptible line of Fayoumi and White Leghorn chickens (20 birds/line) using a chicken 60 K Illumina SNP panel. A total of 235 loci with divergently fixed alleles were identified across the genome in both breeds; particularly, several clusters of multiple loci with fixed alleles were found in five narrow regions. Moreover, consensus 15-SNP haplotypes that were shared by the resistant lines of both breeds were identified on chromosomes 3, 7 and 9. Genes responsible for NE resistance were identified in chicken lines selected for resistance and susceptibility. Annotation of the regions spanning clustered divergently fixed regions revealed a set of interesting candidate genes such as phosphoinositide-3-kinase, regulatory subunit 5, p101 (PIK3R5) and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor 1 (ITPR1), which participate in immune response. Consensus haplotypes were found in regions containing possibly relevant genes, such as myostatin and myosin, which play important roles in muscle development. Thus, genome scans of divergent selection in multiple chicken lines and breeds can be used to identify genomic regions associated with NE resistance.
