This study examines the relationship between three major elements -Transformational leadership, Prosocial Behavioral Intentions, and Organizational Performance of full-time academics from different universities and colleges in Oman. A total of 322 full-time employees from different universities and technical colleges participated in an online survey and hardcopy survey. The data was collected using the primary data collection method. Structured scales were adopted for the study to include all the variables under study (Garcia-Morales et al., 2012; Baumsteiger et al., 2019). The adopted questionnaire was slightly modified to align with the circumstances of universities as well as colleges in Oman. A hypothesis is formed to find out the significant contributions among different sample categories. The correlation method was used to find out the relationship. It was evident from the result that there exists a significant relationship between major variables under study. This study reveals an important characteristic of transformational leadership towards prosocial behavioral intentions as it has a connection with organizational performance. There is limited research available to find out the relationship between prosocial behavioral intentions, transformational leadership, and organizational performance. This research focuses on identifying the antecedents and factors influencing organizations' performance efficiently and productively.
Purpose: This research is to answer the following research questions because of the importance of learning how retired businesspeople increase their financial security and quality of life. (1) how does an entrepreneur contribute to economic development? (2) what types of investments are performed by businesspeople after retirement? (3) how entrepreneurial financial attainment capacity and anticipated net income after retirement are related? Research design, data and methodology: This research has conducted the qualitative analysis (QCA) using the current literature review. In the traditional positivist research paradigm, the quality of research is evaluated based on issues of validity, reliability, and objectivity. Contrary to the positivist approach, QCA focuses on the underlying meaning of the data. Results: This research found that finance management is increasingly challenging for businesspeople. The solutions based on the literature investigation suggest four categories. (1) Planned spending and revenue allocation, (2) Investing in the stock market, (3) Create a culture of saving, (4) Get Informed. Conclusions: This research puts forth a model to describe the connection between an investor's financial achievement potential and their desired net profits in retirement. The results of this study support the idea that the ability to achieve financial success as an entrepreneur has a salutary effect on the amount of money saved for retirement.
The purpose of this study is to extract keywords for 'startup' and 'entrepreneurship' from Naver news articles in Korea since 1990 and Google news articles in foreign countries, and to understand the changes in the meaning of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in each era It is aimed at doing. In summary, first, in terms of the frequency of keywords, venture sprouting is a sample of the entrepreneurial spirit of the government-led and entrepreneurs' chairman, and various technology investments and investments in corporate establishment have been made. It can be seen that training for the development of items and items was carried out, and in the case of the venture re-emergence period, it can be seen that the youth-oriented entrepreneurship and innovation through the development of various educational programs were emphasized. Second, in the result of vocabulary network analysis, the network connection and centrality of keywords in the leap period tended to be stronger than in the germination period, but the re-leap period tended to return to the level of germination. Third, in topic analysis, it can be seen that Naver keyword topics are mostly business-related content related to support, policy, and education, whereas topics through Google News consist of major keywords that are more specifically applicable to practical work.

The study determined the access, skills and constraints towards the usage of ICT among barangay officials. A complete enumeration technique was used due to the small size of the population. A total of 121 barangay secretaries and barangay treasurers comprised the study respondents. The findings revealed that most of barangay officials have access to personal computer at home and in the office using their own mobile data and office internet connectivity. With the support from the Local Government Unit (LGU), it was found that most of the respondents are advance and proficient in computer usage. As constraints to ICT usage, the study respondents still experienced slow internet bandwidth that makes connection and communication weak along with the low income status. Consequently, it was found that there were no significant differences in terms of skills and constraints among barangay secretaries and barangay treasurers towards using ICT. It can be concluded that study respondents prefer to use office computer to access the information they need due to the convenience and availability of resources. The study respondents were competent enough to handle their job well but listed slow internet and low financial resources may hamper their ICT usage. Research implications were also offered.
Despite that QR codes are spreading worldwide in Pin Tech, logistics distribution, etc., South Korea is staying at the level of using QR codes in limited areas such as website connection and marketing communication. The purpose of this study is to propose measures for more effective use of QR codes by examining the effects of personal innovativeness on user's behavioral intentions by applying personal innovativeness to QR codes. To this end, this study was intended to examine the relationships between performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social expectancy (SE), and personal innovativeness, which are variables used in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model among innovative technology acceptance models, and behavioral intentions. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with students in collages in the metropolitan area in May 2018 and the results were statistically verified using IBM SPSS 21. The results showed that PE, EE, and SE had significant positive(+) effects on personal innovativeness and behavioral intentions of QR code users. The mediating effects of personal innovativeness were tested and the results indicated that personal innovativeness partially mediates between PE and behavioral intentions and between EE and behavioral intentions but not between SE and behavioral intentions. The fact that since QR codes are expressed as a component to users through other media rather than its internal factors, the personal innovativeness of QR code users plays an important role in increasing the use of QR codes could be identified through this study.
The main purpose of accident analysis is to identify the causal factors and the mechanisms of those factors leading to the accident. However, current accident analysis techniques focus only on finding the factors related to the accident without providing more insightful results, such as structures or mechanisms. For this reason, preventive actions for safety management are concentrated on the elimination of causal factors rather than blocking the connection or chain of accident processes. This greatly reduces the effectiveness of safety management in practice. In the present study, a technique to model the correlational structure of accident risk factors is proposed by using the co-occurrence keyword network analysis technique. To investigate the effectiveness of the proposed technique, a case study involving a portable ladder fall accident is conducted. The results indicate that the proposed technique can construct the correlational structure model of the risk factors of a portable ladder fall accident. This proves the effectiveness of the proposed technique in modeling the correlational structure of accident risk factors.

The increasing number of retrenchments because of the current global pandemic, Covid-19, has led many to shift to the digital economy, especially among the low-income group (B40) in Malaysia. Crowdsourcing is the collection of information, opinions, or work from a group of people, usually sourced via the Internet. Fueled by the development of Internet-based platforms that provided its technological foundation, and the need for an agile and uniquely skilled workforce, crowdsourcing has grown from the grassroots, with a burgeoning body of research investigating its many aspects. However, very few studies examined crowd workers' motivation for continuous participation on online crowdsourcing platforms. Thus, this paper aims to explore the technological factors that facilitate B40's group motivation in Malaysia to continue to participate in online crowdsourcing platforms. This paper employed a qualitative approach, using a semi-structured interview. The thematic analysis method was used to decode the data extracted from the interview transcript. The finding of this study identified four main themes and seven sub-themes: (1) Technology efficacy, (2) Platform Management: client-worker management, safety net, payment mechanism, (3) Platform Design: UI design, rating feature and (4) Infrastructure: Internet connection, technology infrastructure. This study can provide a guideline for managing crowdsourcing practices in Malaysia, especially for the crowdsourcing platform developer.
Purpose: In the manufacturing sector, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) offers advantages to the organizations, such as allowing manufacturers access to the system from any location. The most important things are understanding what the user needs, avoiding under-provisioning, network preparation. This research is to provide useful practical l implementations of VDI in manufacturing industry based on numerous prior studies. Research design, data and methodology: This research has conducted the qualitative content analysis (QCA). When conducting this research, the present author assumed that it is crucial to create the procedures and processes that will be used to acquire the text data needed to structure or solve problems. Results: According to the prior literature analysis, there are five suggestions to implement successful VDI for manufacturing sector. The five solutions are (1) Creation of the machines, (2) Direct users to an available 'Virtual Machine', (3) 'Virtual Machine Power Management', (4) Performance monitoring, and (5) Review security. Conclusions: The research clearly details how VDI can be implemented on a manufacturer platform and how it can be connected to hundreds of users. The author can conclude that connecting hundreds of users can be done using the remote connection of devices and encourage manufacturers to work from different areas.

Reduced beam section (RBS) moment connections used in special moment resisting frames are currently limited to beam sections that are not larger than nominal depths of 920 mm, weight of 447 kg/m and flange thickness of 44 mm. Due to the higher demand for structural components with jumbo sections, which can potentially be applied in the transfer girders in long-span building structures, the newly available steel heavy members are promising. To address this issue, advanced numerical models are developed to fully evaluate the distribution of stresses and concentrations of plastic strains for such jumbo RBS connections. This paper first presents a brief overview of an experimental study on four specimens with large beam and column sections. Then, a numerical model that includes initial imperfections, residual stresses, geometric nonlinearity, and explicitly modeled welds is presented. The model is used to further explore the behavior of the test specimens, including distribution of stresses, distribution of plastic strains, stress triaxiality and potential for fracture. The results reveal that the stresses are highly non-uniform across the beam flange and, similarly, the plastic strains concentrate at the extreme fiber of the bottom flange. However, neither of these phenomena, which are primarily a function of beam flange thickness, is reflected in current design procedures.
We look into the theory of experiential learning, which allows learners to design and organize their own lives, as well as to develop the necessary competencies for students who will be living in intelligent information society. We also investigate the teaching and learning methods, as well as the educational contents of artificial intelligence education, and develop an approach to artificial intelligence education that will develop learners' capabilities. As a result, we have investigated the pedagogical needs for artificial intelligence education in elementary and secondary schools, critically reviewed the discussions on experiential learning-based education for artificial intelligence education in elementary and secondary schools, and proposed a plan. Experiential learning achieves comprehension and knowledge acquisition naturally, as well as subject connection and integration. When preparing for artificial intelligence education, practical methods and procedures for developing capabilities in artificial intelligence education, focusing on in-depth learning, inter-subject linkage and integration, life-related learning, and reflection on the learning process, should be considered unavoidable.
