In this paper, a remote submersion warning system based on multi-mode optical fiber(MMF) sensors and a wireless sensor network(WSN) are proposed. To improve the reliability and stability of the sensors, the dual optical fiber sensors combined to the optical coupler are demonstrated. A slave zigbee as a wireless sensor module was used as a platform to monitor and record the signal from the MMF sensors and then transmits these information to a master zigbee wirelessly. The monitoring system running the $LabVIEW^{(R)}$ software was connected to the internet to support the short message service(SMS) through extensible markup language(XML) web service. No matter where the managers are, they can always receive the real-time remote-monitoring data for safety check.

정보산업분야의 발전은 산업구조의 변화와 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 시대로 변모하고 있다. Off-Line에서 처리하던 많은 내용들이 On-Line으로 변화의 조짐이 보이고 이러한 변화에 따라 많은 기업들이 연구와 투자가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 Off-Line에서만 처리되던 DM발송 시스템을 On/Off-Line의 연계를 이용하여 좀더 효율적으로 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 DM발송 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

In existing mobile computing environments, users need to choose between their privacy and the services that they can receive from an application. However, existing mobile platforms do not allow users to perform such trade-offs in a fine-grained manner. In this study, we investigate whether users can effectively make utility-privacy trade-offs when they are provided with a multilevel privacy control method that allows them to recognize the different quality of service that they will receive from an application by limiting the disclosure of their private information in multiple levels. We designed a research model to observe users' utility-privacy trade-offs in accordance with the privacy control methods and other factors such as the trustworthiness of an application, quality level of private information, and users' privacy preferences. We conducted a user survey with 516 participants and found that, compared with the existing binary privacy controls, both the service utility and the privacy protection levels were significantly increased when the users used the multilevel privacy control method.

Background: We started postoperative pain management service using an intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (IV-PCA, PCA), which is known as convenient and effective analgesic method. In this report, we describe the efficacy and safety of PCA and the experience of developing an acute pain service to treat postoperative pain using a PCA. Methods: Practices of an acute pain service were started at a ward for general surgery after preparation of the standardized protocols for PCA. In each patient, PCA was connected following administration of initial loading doses of analgesics at recovery room after operation. All patients were checked by acute pain service team once or twice daily. The scope of acute pain service was gradually spread to other departments such as orthopedic, thoracic, obstetric and gynecologic departments by requests of patients or surgeons. We managed 1,590 patients during first 22 months. among them, nine hundred seventy two cases were prospectively evaluated for their analgesis efficacy and side effects of PCA. Results: The number of patients was increased day by day. the most common type of operation was gastrectomy (21.6%). Commonly used analgesics were nalbuphine (59%) and morphine (37%). The mean duration of PCA attachment was 3.3 days. The degree of analgesia on operation day was good in 44.8% and tolerable in 52.6% of patients. Only 3.9% of patients complained severe pain during their postoperative periods. One elderly patient experienced respiratory depression (0.06%) owing to accidental misuse of PCA by his relatives. Overall patient's satisfaction was over 93%. Conclusion: According to our experiences, we conclude that PCA is an effective, relatively safe and highly satisfactory method for postoperative pain management. Because of these advantages of PCA, the creation of our acute pain service using a PCA was successful and expanded rapidly.

This paper presents an application of parallel Genetic Algorithm-Tabu Search (GA-TS) algorithm to search an optimal solution of a service restoration in distribution systems. The main objective of service restoration of distribution systems is, when a fault or overload occurs, to restore as much load as possible by transferring the do-energized load in the out of service area via network reconfiguration to the appropriate adjacent feeders at minimum operational cost without violating operating constraints, which is a combinatorial optimization problem. This problem has many constraints with many local minima to solve the optimal switch position. This paper develops parallel GA-TS algorithm for service restoration of distribution systems. In parallel GA-TS, GA operators are executed for each processor. To prevent solutions of low fitness from appearing in the next generation, strings below the average fitness are saved in the tabu list. If best fitness of the GA is not changed for several generations, TS operators are executed for the upper $10\%$ of the population to enhance the local searching capabilities. With migration operation, best string of each node is transferred to the neighboring node after predetermined iterations are executed. For parallel computing, we developed a PC cluster system consists of 8 PCs. Each PC employs the 2 GHz Pentium IV CPU and is connected with others through ethernet switch based fast ethernet. To show the validity of the proposed method, proposed algorithm has been tested with a practical distribution system in Korea. From the simulation results, we can find that the proposed algorithm is efficient for the distribution system service restoration in terms of the solution quality, speedup, efficiency and computation time.

인터넷 서비스 중 다른 곳으로부터 구할 수 없는 전문 지식을 취득할 수 있는 중요한 정보 획득 수단으로서 최신 전문가 그룹과 보조를 맞출 수 있는 유일한 방법은 뉴스 서비스이다. 이러한 목적 때문에 많은 국가에서 뉴스 서비스를 제공하고 있으며 국내에서는 3대 주요 뉴스서버가 해외의 뉴스서버들과 연동하여 대량의 뉴스 기사를 입수하여 국내에 배포하고 있으며 기업, 연구소, 대학교 등 많은 기관에서 국내외의 뉴스 기사를 서비스하고 있는 현실이다［1］. 그러나 그 중요성에 비해 뉴스 서비스의 사용자수는 감소하고 있어 현재는 비영리 목적으로 국가 차원에서의 지원과 운영이 요구되고 있으며 기술적 차원의 지원도 미비하여, 특히 보안 기능의 적용은 부분적으로 이루어지고 있어 매우 취약한 상태이며, 서비스 제공자가 필요로 하는 다양한 요구사항을 만족시키지 못하고 있는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 뉴스 서비스에서 제공해야 될 다양한 보안기능 중 인증에 대한 문제점을 기술하고 뉴스 서비스에서의 안전한 인증방법을 제시하고자 한다.

디지털 기술의 발달로 TV, PC, 스마트폰, 그리고 패드(Pad)류 컴퓨터 등의 기기들이 인터넷으로 상호 연결되는 추세에 맞추어 인터넷 서비스들이 특정 기기에 한정되지 않고 다양한 기기를 대상으로 구현되는 "N-스크린화" 양상을 보이고 있다. 디지털 TV는 거실 엔터테인먼트의 핵심 플랫폼이면서 다양한 사용자층이 이용하기 때문에 기존 인터넷 서비스 업체들이 자사의 서비스를 디지털 TV의 데이터 서비스로 구현하여 서비스 브랜드의 제고와 서비스 고객의 층을 확대를 꾀하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 데이터 서비스들이 소비자의 흥미를 두고 방송 영상 콘텐츠와 경쟁하는 구도를 취하고 있어서 성공적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 방송 영상 콘텐츠의 시청이 시청자의 주된 TV 이용 행태라는 점을 고려한 디지털 TV의 데이터 서비스 설계 가이드라인을 제안하고 이 가이드라인이 적용된 "TV 이상형 월드컵"이란 데이터 서비스의 프로토타입을 소개한다. TV 이상형 월드컵은 방송 영상과 경쟁하는 구도를 벗어나기 위해 서비스 수행 시 방송 영상 시청이 가능하며 서비스가 유지되면서 채널 변경이 가능하고 수 분 안에 서비스의 목적이 달성 되는 서비스 동선을 갖추고 있다.

이 연구는 가상공간과 수업실습의 특성을 반영하여 가상공간을 활용한 예비교사 수업실습 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 예비연구를 통해 가상공간에서의 수업실습 프로그램 개발 목표, 수업실습 팀 편성, 수업실습 조건이 분석되었다. 이러한 예비 연구를 기반으로 최종 개발된 실습 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 99명의 예비교사에게 이 프로그램이 적용되었으며, 이 중 46명의 예비교사가 평가에 참여하였다. 평가 결과 이 프로그램은 예비교사들의 교수효능감에 긍정적 변화를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 이 프로그램이 교사양성과정에서 효과적으로 사용되고, 학교현장에서의 실제적 수업실습에 연계되어 활용되기를 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 모션인식을 활용한 Human UI/UX를 위한 IoT 기반 스마트헬스 서비스를 제안한다. 현재까지 M2M기반의 u-healthcare에서 적용되는 센서 네트워크에서는 TCP/IP 프로토콜이 아닌 non-IP프로토콜을 이용하고 있다. 그러나 서비스의 이용 확대와 IoT 기반의 센서 네트워크 관리를 용이하게 하기 위해서는 다수의 센서들의 인터넷 연결이 반드시 요구된다. 따라서 센서들에 의하여 측정된 자료들을 인터넷과 통신하는 것은 물론 이동이 가능해야 하기 때문에 네트워크 이동성을 고려한 IoT 기반 스마트헬스 서비스를 설계하였다. 또한 IoT 기반 스마트헬스 서비스는 기존의 헬스케어 플랫폼과는 다르게 바이오 정보뿐만이 아니라 동작감지를 위한 스마트 헬스 서비스를 개발하였다. u-healthcare에서 사용되는 WBAN 통신은 일반적으로 많은 네트워크화된 장치 및 게이트웨이로 구성된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 WBAN 센서 노드간의 이동성을 지원하는 기술을 이용함으로써 무선 환경에서도 동적 변화에 쉽게 대응할 수 있고, 사용자의 동작감지를 통해 체계적인 관리가 이루어진다.

Purpose - In recent years, management scholars have expressed growing interest in the concept of person-Job fit because of having many benefits for employees' attitudes and behaviors. The related research is needed to determine what specific types of fit are related to each other, and to get important individual outcomes. Person-job fit of employees in service organization plays an important role in company as well as person in service industry. Person-job fit, representing the consistency between person (service provider) and job (service provided to the customers), gives significant and positive effects on the attitude and behavior of service provider. On the basis of the study background, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, we would like to examine the effects of person-job fit of service provider on their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is divided into four sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, we would like to identify the relationships between job satisfaction and sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - We performed structural equation model using Spss 18.0 and Amos 20.0 in order to verify the hypotheses. Subjects were golf service assistants who were high-touching service with high degree in interaction and long contact time with customers. 178 out of the total 200 surveys were used in evaluation from helpers of golf service working as full-time service provider after selecting two locations of golf course located near Busan. From the evaluation of reliability and validity with variables used in this research, they satisfied and confirmed certain standard. Results - The results are as follows. First, as the results of identifying the relationships between person-job fit and emotional intelligence of service provider, person-job fit did not have positive and significant effect on self-understanding. On the other hand, it affected positively and significantly other factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, as the results of identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, sub-factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation except self-emotion affected significantly and positively job satisfaction. However, self-emotion did not have significant and positive effects on job satisfaction. Conclusion - These results will be valuable and used for service providers. In addition, many service providers will recognize that person-job fit is very important to get a job. This research has a purpose on the assumption that appropriateness between individual and task in service industry shall act as major influence in emotional intelligence of service provider. Recognitive ability of service provider is also very important per characteristics of service, but emotional intelligence that interacts and connected directly with most customers can be a very meaningful factor as well. Emotional intelligence allows people to recognize, understand, and empathize the emotion of customers shall be a positive reinforcement for customers to evaluate the service ultimately.
