부부갈등과 어머니의 분노가 아동학대에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Marital Conflict and Maternal Anger on Child Maltreatment)

  • This study investigated both the direct and indirect influences of marital conflict on child abuse by exploring the pathways between marital conflict, maternal anger, and child maltreatment. A total of 344 mothers with 3-year-old children responded to questionnaires, which including items on marital conflict/violence, maternal anger, and child maltreatment. The data thus collected were analyzed by means of Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicated that maternal anger partially mediated the association between marital conflict and child maltreatment. In more concrete terms, the direct and indirect effects of marital conflict on child maltreatment were a little greater than the direct effect of maternal anger on child maltreatment. The effects of marital conflict on maternal anger was the greatest among all associations between the research variables included in this study. The findings of this study have a number of implications for research and practice, which highlights the important considerations that both cultivating positive marital relationships and regulating maternal anger should be emphasized in prevention and intervention programs for child maltreatment.

결혼초기 부부관계향상 프로그램의 효과검증 -PREP(Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program)을 중심으로- (The Marital Relationship Enhancement Program and Its Effects for Couples in the Early Marriage Stage)

  • The purpose of this study was to construct the Marital Relationship Enhancement Program based on PREP(Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program), and to examine the effect of it for couples in the early marriage stage. To perform this program, six session of time-limited(two hour) were carried out experimental group. and subjects were assigned to experimental group(N=6 couples) and control group(N=6 couples). Scales of PREPARE II (PREmarital Personal And Relationship Evaluation), Couple Communication Scales and Commitment Scales were used as pre-post-follow instruments of this study. Major finding were as follows : 1. Marital Relationship Enhancement Program for couples in the early marriage stage has meaningful consequences for the improvement of participants' couple relationship. 2. Marital Relationship Enhancement Program had meaningful consequence for the improvement of participants' realistic expectation of marriage, communication and conflict resolution skills and leisure activities. These positive effects maintained at follow-up. However, it hadn't meaningful consequence for the improvement of participants' marital commitment. 3. Marital Relationship Enhancement Program had also meaningful consequence for the improvement of the wives' realistic expectation of marriage, communication and conflict resolution skills and leisure activities, of the husbands' communication and conflict resolution skills.

대학병원 간호사의 조직갈등이 조직몰입과 노조몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nurse's Organizational Conflict on Organizational Commitment and Labor Union Commitment in University Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the effects of university hospital nurses' organizational conflict between organizational commitment and labor union commitment, so as to provide data on prevention of conflict with the hospital and to improve work achievement with commitment of two different groups: hospital and labor union commitment. Methods: Data collection was conducted from May 15 to 31, 2011 for nurses registered in the labor union of a university hospital. The collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and multiple regression. Results: Organizational commitment of the nurses showed significant differences according to age, position and work experience, and degree of labor union commitment according to academic achievement. The factors affecting labor union commitment were organizational conflict and recognition of need for labor union, which accounted for 19% of the variance. Factors affecting organizational commitment were organizational conflict, recognition of need for labor union, participation in organizational events, and renewal of membership in the union, which accounted for 33% of the variance. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there is a need to improve work achievement by minimizing conflict and preventing labor disputes for better organizational commitment and labor union commitment of nurses.

부부갈등과 어머니의 분노 및 우울이 유아의 행동문제에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Marital Conflict and Mothers' Anger and Depression on the Behavioral Problems of Preschoolers)

  • This study examined the effects of marital conflict and mothers' anger and depression on the behavioral problems of preschoolers. A total of 393 mothers with 3-year-old preschoolers responded to questionnaires, which included items related to marital conflict, mothers' anger and depression, and their preschoolers' behavioral problems. Data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. The results indicated that marital conflict had no direct effect, but there were indirect effects on preschoolers' behavioral problems caused by mothers' anger and depression. Mothers who believed that they were experiencing high levels of marital conflict revealed high levels of anger and depression and reported higher rates of behavioral problems in their children. Mothers' depression also mediated the impact of marital conflict on preschoolers' behavioral problems, but mothers' anger level apparently did not. The effects of mothers' level of depression on preschoolers' behavioral problems were the highest among all the predictors. These findings imply that both improving marital relationships and regulating mothers' anger and depression levels need to be emphasized when designing prevention and intervention programs aimed at improving the behavioral problems of preschoolers.

A Descriptive Analysis of Project Participants' Perception about Complaint in Public Construction Projects

  • Conflicts in public construction projects become more serious and complex so that they have a negative effect on performance of projecets. Conflicts in public construction projects are defined as expanding in complaints. This study analyzes the relationship structure and effect on performance between complaints and conflicts. First of all, 219 survey data collected from industry experts were used to derive complaints arising from the project and to understand the characteristics of each complaint. In the case of environmental damages, rather than environmental damage during construction, harmful substances or effects that can occur in completed facilities cause complaints from local residents, and opposition from environmental groups has a great effect on time and cost increase. As for safety damage, civil complaints related to prevention and countermeasures for safety accidents occur frequently, and additional construction affects cost increases. Through this study, it is possible to understand the serious complaints that are prone to conflict in public construction projects, their frequency, and the performance of the project.

문제음주가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 가족갈등과 우울의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The effects of problem drinking on life satisfaction focusing on mediating effects of family conflict and depression)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of problem drinking on life satisfaction and to analyze the mediating effect of family conflict and depression between two variables. Methods: The data of this study were selected in the 9th Korea Welfare Panel Survey(KYPS, 2014). The SPSS Ver. 18.0 statistical package was used for descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The major findings were as follows; First, problem drinking was found to have a negative impact on family conflict, depression, and life satisfaction. Second, family conflict and depression were identified to cause decreasing life satisfaction. Third, family conflict and depression was found to have a mediating effect between problem drinking and life satisfaction. Conclusions: In order to enhance life satisfaction through overcoming problem drinking, drinking prevention programs and recreational programs based on economic and social context are required.

조직내 정보보안 종사자의 갈등수준과 직무만족 및 직무변경의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Complication Level of Information Security Professional in the Public Entity on Job Satisfaction and Job Withdrawal Intention)

  • 이해관계 충돌 등으로 인한 조직내 갈등은 불가피하며 올바른 갈등관리는 조직의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 고려할 때 특히 중요하다. 본 연구는 공공기관 정보보안종사자가 직무수행시 겪는 갈등요인에 따른 갈등수준, 갈등요인과 갈등수준과의 관계, 나아가 직무만족과 직무변경의도와의 관계를 밝힘으로써 바람직하고 효율적인 갈등관리방안과 지속적 직무 역량확보를 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 21개 공공기관 정보보안직무종사자 202명을 대상으로 한 설문조사와 실증분석 결과, 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 갈등요인, 갈등수준, 직무만족, 직무변경의도에 차이가 존재하며, 갈등요인인 목표의 차이, 성과기준 및 보상체계, 개인 특성, 역할 불만족, 지각 차이에 대한 인식이 높을수록 갈등수준도 높아짐을 파악하였다. 또한, 종합갈등수준에 미치는 영향력은 개인특성이 가장 높고, 갈등수준의 불신은 직무만족에, 직무만족은 직무변경의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 정보보안조직의 효율적 운영, 직무체계개선에 중요한 기초자료가 됨은 물론 직무변경 방지, 사후관리에 유의미할 것이다. 특히 정보보안종사자의 직무이탈을 방지하고, 유관 정책수립이나 제도개선에 적용함으로써 미래의 정보보안 핵심인력 양성에 이바지 할 것을 기대한다.

  • 생물다양성협약이 발효되면서 유전자원의 물질적 거래 즉, '유전자원에 대한 접근과 이의 이용으로 발생한 이익의 공평한 공유(ABS)'의 구체적인 기준을 정립하기 위한 나고야 의정서가 채택되었다. 이 의정서는 선진국과 개도국 간, 생물자원 부국과 빈국 간, 생물자원을 이용하는 다국적 기업과 전통지식을 보전하려는 환경보전단체 간 갈등 과정 끝에 채택된 것이다. 이 사례를 바탕으로 갈등 과정, 갈등 주체와 쟁점을 분석하였고, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 주요 갈등 요인을 규명하여 갈등 관리 프로세스에 적용하였다. 이를 통해 소수의 개별 사례에 한정된 갈등 사례가 아닌 다양한 형태의 갈등 사례에 대해 갈등 예방 및 해결을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 일반 갈등 사례와 ABS협상 사례의 교집합적인 갈등 요인을 분석하기 위해 선행연구를 검토하여 본질적 측면, 자원 배분 측면, 의사소통 정보공유 측면으로 구분하였다. ABS협상 타결 과정에서 갈등이 예방 및 해결된 사례에 따라 이해당사자들 간 상호 신뢰 구축, 협상 중재자 양성을 위한 정책적 관심 제고, 갈등 관리를 위한 법적 정책적 체계 구축이 주요 시사점으로 제시되었다.

센서네트워크의 위치추정에 있어 플립오류에 강건한 스티칭 기법 (Flip Error Resistant Stitching in Sensor Network Localization)

  • 패치-스티치(patch-and-stitch) 기법을 사용하는 위치추정 알고리즘에서 발생하는 플립오류는 두 패치를 하나의 좌표계로 통합하는 과정에서 패치가 잘못 뒤집혀 병합되는 경우에 발생한다. 본 논문은 플립오류의 발생을 억제하는 앵커프리(anchor free) 패치-스티치 위치추정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 두 단계를 거쳐서 플립 오류의 가능성을 제거한다. 첫째, 각각의 인접한 패치 쌍에 대해서 플립모호성(flip ambiguity) 검사를 통해 플립오류의 발생가능성이 높은 패치 쌍을 찾아낸다. 둘째, 전역적인 수준에서 플립충돌(flip conflict) 검사를 통해 플립 오류의 가능성이 높은 패치 쌍을 찾아낸다. 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능 평가는 제안하는 알고리즘이 기존 것에 비해 더 우수한 위치추정이 가능함을 보여준다.

관광경찰 역할에 대한 역할모호성·역할갈등과 업무만족, 업무수행도와의 관계 (Relationship between a Role Ambiguity·Conflict and Job Satisfaction, Job Performance on Role of Tourism Police Officers)

  • 우리나라를 방문한 외국인 관광객의 안전 및 치안을 위해 2013년 10월 16일 서울 관광경찰대가 출범하였다. 관광경찰의 주요역할은 관광지내 범죄예방 순찰 및 기초질서 유지, 외국인 관광객 대상 불법행위 단속 및 수사와 문화체육관광부 지방자치단체 등 관련 기관과 협조하여 음식점 숙박업소 택시 등 관광관련 영업의 부당요금 단속, 관광 관련 업계 및 종사자에 대한 행정지도 및 단속 등으로 규정되어 있다. 그런데 관광경찰의 역할을 살펴보면, 일반 경찰과 역할이 중첩되고, 문화체육관광부 지방자치단체 등 타 기관과의 업무협력을 요하는 부분이 많아 일반 경찰과 관광경찰 사이에는 역할모호성 및 역할갈등이 일어날 소지가 크다. 따라서 본 연구는 관광경찰의 역할에 대한 일반경찰과 관광경찰의 역할 모호성 역할갈등이 업무만족 및 업무수행도에 대한 인식차이와 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 관광경찰제도의 발전에 기여고자 한다.
