When a dispute or conflict occurs, standard methods for resolving them include resolution by trial or resolutions outside of courts. An alternative dispute resolution method called ADR that aims at remedying disputes instead of filing lawsuits is used commonly throughout the world, including the US and China. ADR, which is a remedy method outside of courts, includes negotiation, arbitration, or mediation between the concerned parties, and the arbitration system has several advantages. The Lemon Law is a consumer protection law of the United States that was enacted in 1975. This law prescribes that when specified quality standards are not met repeatedly due to defects in vehicles or electronic products, the manufacturer must provide exchanges or refunds to consumers. Korea also enacted a newly revised automobile management act, the Korea "Lemon Law," on January 1, 2019, which allows consumers to receive exchanges or refunds from the manufacturer if the same malfunction repeatedly occurs after purchasing a new automobile. There have recently been many cases of large fires occurring while driving import vehicles, causing huge public rage; therefore, interest is being focused on the revised automobile management act. Part 5-2 of the automobile management act was newly added to implement automobile exchange or refund arbitration systems. It is desirable to utilize the arbitration system to smoothly resolve automobile-related disputes that have recently increased significantly, and it is thus being used frequently for practical purposes.

Purpose. This study was performed on survey related dental hygienist job stress and job satisfaction, to improve the work efficiency of the dental hygienist and for dental hygienist to eliminate the cause of stress for health promotion and for management to be able to help to finding ways to provide basic data. Method. This survey is based on 235 people who are dental hygienists working in Changwon city from November 1 to November 30 2012, by statistical analysis of collected data using SPSS Win Program 20.0 version t-test, univariate analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), correlation analysis that performed to determine statistical significance with a significance level of 0.05 was considered. Results. For correlation of job satisfaction and job stress, the job demands, job insecurity, and workplace culture shows a negative correlation. For Correlation of the physical environment, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, and organizational system is, lack of reward shows a positive correlation. The less job stress due to Insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, is, the higher job satisfaction due to job demands and workplace culture is.(p <0.05), The higher job stress is, the higher the job satisfaction is(p <0.05). Conclusions. Job satisfaction and job stress may be relevant each other, there fore several measures should be sought to solve insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, organizational system and the lack of reward, consequently to increase the job satisfaction of dental hygienists.

다른 기업과 거래관계를 형성하고 유지하는 것은 빠르게 변화하는 치열한 환경에서 대부분의 기업에게 불가피한 전략적 선택이다. 유통망 안의 모든 기업들도 결국 독립적 기업 간의 이러한 거래 계약으로 맺어져 있다. 하지만 모든 기업 간의 거래가 하나의 목표를 가지고 공동의 이익 창출을 위해 노력하여, 모두 효과적이고 효율적인 성과만을 낼 수는 없다. 대리인 이론에 따르면, 기업들은 모두 독립적 주체로서 각자의 이해를 추구하고, 위험을 회피하려하며, 제한된 합리성을 가지고 불충분한 정보를 처리하게 된다. 즉, 기업 간 거래관계는 그 속에서 신뢰와 협력을 기대하는 동시에, 갈등과 기회주의적 행위도 예측해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 기업 간 거래의 갈등 원인을 확인하고, 실제 기업이 주로 활용하는 거래조정 방식의 갈등관리 효과를 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 관련된 기존 연구와 대리인 이론을 활용하여, 제조업자와 공급업자 간 갈등이 관계성과에 미치는 영향과 거래 위험요인(환경동태성, 자산특유화 수준)의 갈등 유발 효과, 그리고 국내 기업거래 연구에서 잘 다루어지지 않은 거래 조정방식의 갈등관리 효과를 가정하였다. 더불어 국내 중소기업 데이터 329개를 대상으로 연구모델을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 구매기업(제조업자)의 환경 동태성과 자산 특유화 수준이 높을수록 더 큰 갈등이 유발되었으며, 이러한 B2B 갈등은 기업 간 관계질과 재무성과에 부정적 영향을 끼쳤다. 또한 사회적 조정방식과 법적 조정방식은 갈등의 관계질에 대한 부정적 영향을 매우 유의한 수준에서 완화시키는 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 B2B갈등의 원인과 관리기법에 대하여 실증적으로 확인하였다는 의의가 있으며, 특히 국내 거래관리 연구에서 소홀히 다루어졌던 법적 계약 방식의 긍정적이고 유의한 효과를 확인하였다는 의의가 있다.

The basic objective of broadcast scheduling is to get the smallest length TDMA frame, where many nodes are allowed to transmit simultaneously in a single time slot in a conflict-free manner. The secondary objective is to maximize the number of such transmissions for maximum use of the channel. An Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) with ranking strategy is proposed in this paper for the broadcast scheduling problem. Our proposed method is very efficient for generating initial and neighbor feasible solutions. We can get the best number of time slots and transmission utilization comparing to previous researches.

Trajectory modeling is foundational for 4D-Route modeling, conflict detection and air traffic flow management. This paper proposes a novel algorithm based Vincenty's fomulas for trajectory calculation, combined with the Dijkstra algorithm and Vincenty's formulas. Using flight plan simulations our experimental results show that our method of En-route trajectory calculation exhibits much improved performance in accuracy.

The purpose of parameter design is to determine optimal settings of design parameters of a product or a process such that the performance characteristics of a product exhibit small variabilities around their target values. Taguchi made significant contributions in this area. However, his analysis of the problem focused on only one performance characteristic or response, although in product and process design, multiple characteristics are more common. The critical problem in dealing with multiple characteristics is how to compromise the conflict among the selected levels of the design parameters for each individual characteristic. In this paper, Methodology using SN ratio optimized by univariate technique is proposed and a parameter design procedure to achieve the optimal balance among several different response variables is developed. Existing case studies are solved by the proposed method and the results are compared with ones by the sum of SN ratios, the expected weighted loss, the desirability function, and EXTOPSIS model.

본 연구는 취업모가 인식하는 부부갈등과 자녀의 사이버 비행의 영향 관계와 학교생활 적응의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석자료는 한국아동패널(2021) 14차 자료를 활용하였고, 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS MACRO를 활용하였다. 분석방법은 첫째, 조사대상자의 인구사회학적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석, 둘째, 주요 변인의 기술통계 및 상관관계를 파악하기 위해 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 셋째, 가설을 검증하기 위해 PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4 기법을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과, 첫째, 취업모가 인식하는 부부갈등은 자녀의 사이버 비행에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업모가 인식하는 부부갈등과 자녀의 사이버 비행의 영향 관계에서 학교생활 적응은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 온라인 활동을 많이 하는 자녀들이 사이버 비행 문제를 노출되기 이전에 이를 예방할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the method of calculating the usage fee, rent, and lease rights of public goods necessary for the operation and management of the underground shopping mall, and to suggest systematic improvement points for the operation of the underground shopping mall. Data and Methodology: First, ordinances and regulations related to common property were investigated. Second, previous studies were analyzed. A survey was conducted with five questions that conflict with the interests of underground shopping mall merchants among the ordinances and operating systems related to the current underground shopping malls' common property. Results: Underpass merchants wanted monthly payment for the use of common property, and merchant organizations wanted to limit the increase rate with the right to use. They asked for the property value due to donation to be excluded from the loan fee, they wanted to revise the Common Property Act on the transfer of lease rights, and they wanted to revise the loan contract renewal period. Conclusion: There is a need to improve the laws and systems for underground shopping malls, and it will have to be negotiated according to the opinions of the merchants gathered among them, and it will have to be implemented in stages in the long term.

동물의 체계적인 관리를 위해 동물등록제가 제정되었다. 애완동물을 키우는 주인은 동물등록을 통해 더 큰 책임감을 가지며 공식적인 복지도 제공받게 되었다. 동물등록제가 제공하는 이점 중 하나는 유실 동물 발생 시, 정보 조회를 통해 빠르고 안전하게 주인에게 돌려보내는 시스템을 마련했다는 것이다. 하지만 주인을 찾아주기 위한 정보 조회 과정에서 현행 법령과 상충하는 부분이 발생한다. 이로 인해 제도가 원활하게 동작하지 않게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 등록된 정보를 일부만 배포 및 조회하는 것으로 유실 동물을 찾는 기능을 원활하게 동작할 것을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 정보를 일부만 공개하는 것으로 법령과 상충되는 부분을 제거하며, 정보 접근성을 높여 정보 조회의 가용 인력을 증원한다. 또한 기존 동물등록제와 호환이 되도록 RFID 값을 통해 조회하는 부분은 그대로 사용하며, 스마트 컨트랙트 쿼리를 통해 정보 조회를 하는 것으로 정확한 정보를 빠르게 획득할 수 있도록 한다. 마지막으로 기존 기법이 개선하지 못한 부분과 제안 기법을 비교하여 개선점을 확인한다.

외식산업은 서비스 산업의 특성상 생산과 소비가 동시에 이루어지고, 고객의 참여가 판매로 이뤄지기 때문에 고객 지향적이고 서비스 지향적이어야 한다. 그러나 외식업체의 효율적인 운영을 위한 인력관리정책으로 최소의 인원을 고용유지하고 점차적으로 증가되는 비정규직 종사원을 통한 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 포괄적인 인적자원관리 정책을 수행하는 것은 외식업체들이 직면하고 있는 문제이다. 따라서 종사원에 대한 새로운 인식의 전환과 차별화된 인적자원관리를 통한 질적 서비스 향상으로 경쟁력이 있는 외식업체가 되기 위해서는 종사원의 직무와 관련된 갈등 원인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 내부 마케팅이 갈등의 원인에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 연구함으로써 외식업체의 인적자원 관리할 필요성이 제기된다는 문제 의식 아래 연구를 수행하게 되었다.
