고유명사가 문장속에서 다시 언급될때는 여러 가지 변형된 형태로 나타난다. 즉 같은 의미의 이름으로 사용되면서 서로 다른 이름 형태를 갖게 된다. 이러한 경향은 coreference 처리를 어렵게 만든다. 본 논문에서는 고유명사의 coreference와 의미상으로 인식되지 않은 고유명사의 식별에 이용될 수 있는 효율적인 자료구조를 제시한다.

Korea is one of the Northeast Asian countries in the Northern climatic zone. It is wide spread from north to south so that can be affected by various kinds of plants flora of the continent of Asia. Korea has complicated topography, mountains and hills included by an alpine belt. According to the distribution of plants, it can be classified to 5 areas; Northern part, Central part, Southern part, JeJuDo(濟州道) and UlLungDo(鬱陵島). Nakai of Japan, reported Plants in Korean peninsula as 3176 species, 841 varietal species and 174 varieties in "A Synoptical sketch of Korean flora". Lee of Korea, reported 3409 species, 6 sub-species, 756 varietal species and 287 varieties in "Korean Plants Resources". Isidoja(石戶谷) of Japan, simply described crude drug names, scientific names, effects, etc. of 45 species of Korean Medicinal Plants in the book "Journal of Jo-Seon Pharmacy(朝鮮藥學會會報)" third edition (published in 1925) and also explained 250 species of crude drug collected in Manchuria, Mongolia and Korean peninsula in the book "Medicinal plants in Northern Asia(北支那의 藥草)"(1931). Im and Jung organized 227 species of Medicinal Plants in "Wild Medicinal Plants from Jo-Seon(北支那의 藥草)" and it is said that 1000 species of plants can be used for medicinal purposes in Korea.

A choice of a term represent the contents of the documents should be preceded in recognition of the name of an individual. The recognition of the name of an individual which has high reliability can raise the building of information extract system into higher level. Up to now active research on the recognition of the name of an individual human name and the general recognition of the name of an individual have been studied, detailed research on the recognition of the name of a place hasn't be done, however. This thesis suggests detailed methods of recognition of Korean place names system with applying a rule made manully.

Pears (Pyrus spp.) have been grown worldwide as a kind of important economical fruits. Over 1,500 accessions collected from countries have been preserved in National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science, Rural Development Administration in Korea. However, redundancies and misidentification are happening in the germplasm preservation due to same cultivars which have different names in various localities (synonyms) and different cultivars which have same names (homonyms). That can lower germplasm management efficiency. The object of this study is to identify synonyms and homonyms in pear germplasms by analyzing genetic variation with four microsatellite markers: CH03d12, CH03g07, CH02b10, and EMPc117. PCR amplification with above 4 microsatellite markers was done for the 31 pear accessions, and the products were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. As a result, 7 synonyms and 9 homonyms were identified among 31 pear accessions. We'll compare these genotypes with phenotypes of each pear accessions, and reduces the redundancy and misidentification in pear germplasm collection for the reliable management.

In this paper, we propose the modified VQ, applied correlation between codewords in order to reduce the error rate due to personal and speakers' temporal variation. Such a modified VQ is used in the stage of preprocessing of HMM and the temporal variation is absorbed by nonlinear Decimation and Interpolation of vowel part that we obtain higher recognition rate than not so case. The objects of experiment are Korea 142 DDD regional names and we show that the proposed method increase the recognition rate.

네트워크의 보안문제는 트래픽의 증가요인의 하나로 작용한다. 본 논문에서 키 분배와 인증 문제를 해결하면서 트래픽을 증가를 억제할 수 있는 키 관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 인터넷의 도메인 방식을 이용한 제안된 키 관리 시스템은, 기존의 키 관리 시스템인 중앙 집중형 키 관리 및 분산형 키 관리 시스템의 문제점을 개선할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 이들 시스템과 혼용하여 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 키의 인증기관은 각각의 도메인에 존재하는 키 분배 센터 내에 분산시켜 상위 도메인으로부터 인증을 받게 되므로 인증 수준을 다중으로 할 수 있으며 단일화 된 인증기관의 위험을 해결할 수 있다.
