만 3~5세 유아를 위한 부모 문해 상호작용 평정척도 개발 및 타당화 연구 (The Development and Validity of the Parent's Literacy Interaction Rating Scale for Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a scale for evaluation of Parent's Literacy Interaction Rating Scale (PLIRS) for preschool children and to examine its validity and reliability. The participants of this study were 342 Korean mothers with children of 3 to 5 year olds. The methods for data analysis included item analysis, factor analysis for construct validity, Pearson correlations between PLIRS and two sub tests of EC-HOME for concurrent validity, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability. The item discrimination was determined by comparing the highest and lowest groups using Chi-square (${\chi}^2$), and Cramer's V. The 25 items of the scale were found to be satisfactory in item discrimination. The concurrent validity was also identified by correlation between PLIRS and two sub tests of EC-HOME. Factor analysis revealed that the structure of the PLIRS consisted of three factors: 'open interaction', 'directive interaction', and 'picture-book reading interaction'. 'Open interaction' is based on 'Whole Language Approach', such as 'I have my child write as he/she likes even if they spell wrongly.' 'Directive interaction' is based on 'Code Emphasis Approach', such as 'I have my child take dictation.' 'Picture-book reading interaction' is how parents read picture-book with her/his children, such as 'When I read a picture book to my child, I ask various questions about a book story.' The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for internal consistency reliability range was .78 to .87 for three subscales. It was concluded that PLIRS was valid and reliable to examine the literacy interaction between parents and children in home.

신체건강행동 측정을 위한 척도개발연구 (Study on Development of Physical Health Behavior Scale)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지실천 현장에서 보편적인 서비스를 이용하는 일반 클라이언트의 일상생활에서의 신체건강행동을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 문헌검토와 사회복지사 대상 FGI 및 관련 전문가의 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 설문문항을 구성하였으며, 일반 성인 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 요인분석을 통해 '증진행동척도'와 '저해행동척도'의 하위척도로 나뉘는 '신체건강행동척도'를 완성하였다. 증진행동척도는 7요인(신체건강관리, 구강관리, 신체활동, 위생관리, 건강음식섭취, 수면관리, 식습관)으로, 저해행동척도는 5요인(흡연, 저해식품섭취, 음주, IT기기사용, 저해식습관)으로 구성되었다. 두 척도 모두 모형적합도가 우수하였고, 내적일관성 신뢰도 역시 높게 나타났다. 또한 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 동시타당도 등의 검증에서 모두 유의미한 결과를 보임에 따라 타당성 있는 척도임이 확인되었다. 이렇게 개발된 척도는 사회복지실천의 현장에서 클라이언트에게는 신체건강행동에 대한 자기점검의 도구로, 사회복지사에게는 신체건강행동의 사정(Assessment)을 통한 근거기반의 실천을 할 수 있는 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Internal Consistency and Concurrent Validity of Korean Language Version of WHODAS 2.0: 12 Item-Self Administered

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to validate the Korean version of World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (KWHODAS 2.0) in 12 item-self administered version (12-self). Methods: The KWHODAS 2.0 and Korean Functional Rating index (KFRI) were tested for internal consistency, ceiling and floor effects, and concurrent validity in 111 patients with low back pain and/or neck pain. Results: A very high level of internal consistency was shown for both instruments; ${\alpha}$=0.96 with KWHODAS 2.0; 12-self and ${\alpha}$=0.97 for KFRI. No ceiling and/or floor effects were found in both the instruments. The KWHODAS 2.0 and KFRI were highly correlated (r=0.77), and the relationship of each item between KWHODAS 2.0 and KFRI was ranging from r=0.09 to 0.72. Conclusion: We conclude that the KWHODAS 2.0: 12-self and KFRI are reliable and are valid instruments for the measurement of disability in Korean speaking patients with low back and/or neck pain. Both instruments, the KWHODAS 2.0; 12-Self and KFRI are now suitable for use in clinical practice and research applications.

2019 개정 누리과정 놀이실행자료에 기초한 유아교사용 놀이지원 척도 개발 (A Development of the Preschool Teacher Play Support Scale Based on the Play Practice Resources for Teachers of the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum)

  • Objective: The goal of this study is to develop an instrument for measuring the quality of teacher support for children's play (age 3-5) based on the Play Practice Resources for Teachers presented in the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum. Methods: The subjects of this study were 333 early childhood educators. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, as well as correlation analysis were all performed to confirm construct validity and concurrent validity. The reliability of each factor was verified using Cronbach's alpha. Results: The Preschool Teacher Play Support Scale (PTPSS) was finalized with 25 items, which included the following four sub-factors: interaction, play materials, play space, and play safety. The concurrent validity was also confirmed through significant correlations between the existing measures such as the Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale, the Teaching Efficacy Scale for Play, and the Teacher-Toddler Interaction Scale. The reliability of each factor was also desirable. Conclusion/Implications: The PTPSS was verified as a sound measure quantifying the play support behavior of teachers who respect the autonomy and initiative of young children which is being pursued by the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum.

한국형 작업균형 평가(Occupational Balance Assessment)의 동시타당도 연구 (The Concurrent Validity of the Korean Occupational Balance Assessment(OBA) Tool)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 한국형 작업균형 평가(Occupational Balance Assessment: OBA)의 동시타당도를 검증하고자 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2019년 10월 1일부터 10월 25일까지 1016명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 OBA와 작업균형 설문지(Occupational Balance Questionnaire11: OBQ11)를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 기술통계와 피어슨 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : OBA의 세 가지 영역별 점수와 OBQ11의 총점 간에 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 세 가지 영역 모두 양의 상관관계로 분석되었다. 시간사용 영역(r=.554)과 작업빈도 영역(r=.574)은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 작업특성 영역의 하위요인(중요도 r=.582, 목표성취 r=.633, 즐거움 r=.649, 건강 r=.650)은 대부분 높은 상관관계로 분석되었다. 결론 : OBA는 작업균형을 평가하기 위해 타당한 평가도구임을 검증하였다. 향후에는 임상적 유용성을 위해 작업균형에 대한 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있는 연구가 필요할 것이다.

Whiplash Disability Questionnaire의 한국어 번역 및 문화적 개작: 예비 연구 (Korean Translation, Cross Cultural Adaptation of Whiplash Disability Questionnaire: Pilot Study)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to provide more whiplash injury-specific measurement tools for Korean patients by measuring the validity and reliability of Korean version of Whiplash Disability Questionnaire (WDQ). Methods Bilingual clinicians translated the original WDQ into Korean. After consensus conference between researchers, it was back-translated into English. The pre-final version was completed and administered to 71 hospitalized patients diagnosed with whiplash injury. Validity was evaluated by concurrent validity. Reliability was assessed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and intraclass correlation coefficient. Results The Korean WDQ showed good reliability with high internal consistency and intra-class correlation coefficient (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.96$, intraclass correlation coefficient [ICC]=0.82). Concurrent validity demonstrated positive correlations between Neck Disability Index, 36-Item Short Form Health Survey and WDQ. Conclusions The Korean version of WDQ is a valid and reliable tool for use as a measurement of whiplash injury in Korean patients, and it will be a very useful evaluation tool for both clinicians and researchers.

간호대학생의 저혈당 응급관리 시뮬레이션 실습 수행 평가를 위한 임상판단 루브릭 적용 (Evaluation of Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric to Measure Nursing Student' Performance of Emergency Management Simulation of Hypoglycemia)

  • Purpose: To evaluate the applicability of Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) as an evaluation tool for hypoglycemia simulation practicum on Korean nursing students. Methods: The methodological study was done to evaluate the reliability and validity of the LCJR. Based on Benner's 4 levels of nursing grading rubric, ten items of the LCJR was evaluated for interrater reliability and internal consistency. The content validity was tested by eight experts and concurrent validity was done by Clark (2006)'s clinical simulation grading rubric. Fifty five video-taped cases of senior nursing students in Y University were used for the reliability and concurrent validity of the LCJR. Results: The interrater reliability was r=.90 (p<.001); Kendall tau b=.87 (p <.001), and Cronbach's alpha was .90. A value of item content validity index of the LCJR was .97 and correlation coefficient between the LCJR and Clark's instrument was .90 (p<.001). The mean (${\pm}SD$) of the nursing students' clinical judgment was 2.04 (${\pm}50$). Conclusion: The LCJR is a useful tool to examine the simulation performance evaluation for improving competency among nursing students. The results indicated that the LCJR may provide valuable information regarding clinical judgment of nursing students and thus, suggested to use to develop a simulation-based education program.

한국어 개정판 친밀관계경험 척도의 단축형 개발 (Developing a Short Form of the Korean version of the Experiences in Close Relationships Questionnaire-Revised)

  • Objective : The experiences in close relationships questionnaire-revised (ECR-R) (Fraley, Waller & Brennan, 2000) is a valuable tool for measuring adult attachment, and its Korean version, the ECRR-K (Kim, 2004), is widely used in Korea. However, given its substantial length, this study was aimed to develop and validate a short version of the ECRR-K called the ECRR-K14. Methods : Two hundred and ninety-four medical students participated in this study in 2016. They completed the ECRR-K, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), and the UCLA Loneliness Scale (UCLA-LS). The study authors applied the Rasch rating scale to check each item's model fit and then performed confirmatory factor analyses (CFAs) to test the new scale's validity. Results : The authors selected seven items each for the anxiety and avoidance subscales, and the ECRR-K14 showed fair to good internal consistency (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.93$ and 0.92 for anxiety and avoidance, respectively). The anxiety subscale showed concurrent validity with the PSS and the RSES while the avoidance subscale showed concurrent validity with the UCLA-LS. The CFAs also demonstrated the validity of the model with a goodness-of-fit index of 0.916. Conclusion : The ECRR-K14 showed excellent reliability and validity and appears to be a promising instrument for measuring the two attachment dimensions in adults.

상태되먹임에 의한 동시고유구조 지정 기법 (A concurrent eigenstructure assignment method by state feedback)

  • In the sense of eigenstructure (eigenvalues/eignenvectors) assignment, the effectiveness and disturbance suppressibility of a controller depend mainly on the left eigenstructure (eignevalues/left eigenvectors) of a system. On the other hand, the disturbance decouplability is governed by the right eigenstructure (eignevalues/right eigenvectors) of the system. In this paper, in order to obtain a disturbance decouplable as well as effetive and disturbance suppressible controller, a concurrent assignment methodology of the left and right eigenstructure is proposed. The biorthogonality condition between the left and right modal matrix and state selection matrices are used to develop the methodology. The proposed concurrent eigenstructure assignment methodology guarantees that the desired eigenvalues are achieved exactly and the desired left and right eigenvectors are assigned to the best possible (achievable) sets of eigenvectors in the least square sense, respectively. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the validity and usefulness of the proposed methodology.

수행기반 인지기능평가를 위한 예비연구 : 정상 노인을 대상으로 (A Preliminary Study on a Performance-Based Cognitive Function Test : With the Normal Elderly)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 수행기반 인지기능 평가를 위한 예비연구로써 노인의 인지기능 저하 선별하기 위해 사용되는 수행기반 인지기능 평가도구를 분석하여 평가 문항을 구성하고 정상 노인을 대상으로 검사를 시행하여 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법: 수행기반 인지기능 평가항목을 선정한 후, 만 65세 이상 정상 노인 9명을 대상으로 평가를 시행하였다. 평가도구의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 수집된 자료를 대상으로 내적 일관성을 분석하였으며, 공인 타당도를 검증하기 위해 기존 수행기반 인지기능 평가와 MMSE-K와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과: Performance-Based Cognitive Function Test(PCFT)의 내적일치도 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 계수는 운동과제 .871 인지과제 .959 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈다. 공인타당도는 운동-인지 이중과제 평가를 이용하여 PCFT의 항목별 상관관계는 .755~.964으로 산출되었으며 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 또한 인지평가도구인 MMSE와의 상관관계는 .849~.943(p<0.01)로 나타나 높은 타당도를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 수행기반 인지기능 평가의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하였다. 추후 연구에서는 최종적으로 수정 보완된 인지기능저하 노인을 선별을 위한 수행기반 인지기능 평가도구를 대상으로 기타 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하여야 할 것으로 사료된다.
