현재까지 개발된 다양한 형태의 유도법칙은, 유도개념에 따라 추적방식, 미사일과 표적에 의해 정의되는 방위각을 일정하게 유지시키는 유도법칙, 그리고 표적의 기동 예측에 기반한 유도법칙 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 개념적인 유도목적을 일반화한 유도법칙을 제안하였다. 제안한 유도법칙은 충돌삼각형 상에서 정의된 목표각을 사용하는데, 목표각은 매개변수의 설정에 따라 다양한 형태가 될 수 있다. 르야프노프 이론을 사용하여, 제안한 유도법칙은 목표각 오차의 반응이 1차 시스템과 동일함을 증명하였다. 그리고 자동조종장치의 동역학이 느릴 경우는, 목표각 오차 반응을 2차 시스템으로 모사할 수 있는 유도법칙도 제안하였다. 제안한 유도법칙의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 측정잡음을 포함한 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 결과를 제시하였다.

Medical Act. article 2 (3) stipulates that "a korean medicine doctor is in charge of providing korean medical practices and korean medical health guidance". But, without a definition article about korean medical practice, the legal concept of it is defined by supreme court cases according to specific legal trials. To establish the concept of korean medical practice, it must be included that the common parts of practice of medicine involving "the purpose of practice", "the subject of practice", "the object of practice" and "other dangers", as well as the special parts of conceptual elements of korean medical practice involving "korean medicine principle" and "differentiation" and also "manufacturing of korean medicine". Accordingly, the definition of korean medical practice is defined as examining, diagnosing, differentiating, prescribing, manufacturing of korean medicine, treating, korean medical care guiding so as to treat diseases and to promote and to maintain health, based on korean medicine as traditionally handed down from the nation's ancestors and korean medicine principle which is scientifically developed and applied and also includes a practice that will cause physiological danger to human body and/or bring harm to public health and sanitation if it is not perfomed by korean medicine doctor.

In recent years, UNWTO and academics have called for the development of responsible, sustainable, and universally accessible tourism to promote equal human rights and social inclusion. Prior studies have also revealed the potential and value of smart technologies in reducing, if not removing, barriers to people with access requirements during travel and in their everyday lives. However, a guiding framework of how smart technologies assist in building an accessible destination is still absent, thereby hindering the progress of building accessible tourism. This paper aims to fill this knowledge gap. A conceptual model of smart accessible destination (SAD) was proposed drawing from the intersection of accessible tourism and smart tourism. With the guidance of this conceptual model, tourism destinations and stakeholders can recognize and utilize the synergies of accessible and smart tourism to enhance the social inclusion, competitiveness, and sustainability of a destination.

PURPOSE: The law pertaining to medical service technologists does not discuss the scope and limits of doctors' guidelines. My paper aims to discuss these topics. METHODS: This study was based on a review of literature and an analysis of judicial precedents. RESULTS: Physical therapists have often noted the need for independent practitioners in their articles on health care. Their continued discussions on professional and educational differences have centered round this issue, but their ideas have not been accepted. Practitioners have continued to interpret doctors' guidelines in hospitals without discussing their scope. However, the Supreme Court presented a meaningful decision outlining the conceptual limits and the scope of medical practice. The court suggested, basing its interpretation in the goal of clarifying the concept of medical activities smoothly, was to follow a specific judgment on the levels of education, testing, and professionalism. CONCLUSION: The role of physical therapists is expanding in this country, in order to meet the needs of the ultra-aged society. Education is already responding to rising training needs. By dividing the doctors' guidelines into indirect and direct types, if there's no medical risk near or around the health center or hospital, it is a good idea to allow the management of physical therapy partially, while understanding the scope and limitations of these guidelines clearly. A teleological interpretation of the law is especially relevant, and can be implemented immediately by the authoritative interpretation on part of the health authorities without any legal amendments.
