The explosion of data due to the improvement of sensor technology and computing performance has become the basis for analyzing the situation in the industrial fields, and various attempts to detect events based on such data are increasing recently. In particular, sound signals collected from sensors are used as important information to classify events in various application fields as an advantage of efficiently collecting field information at a relatively low cost. However, the performance of sound-event classification in the field cannot be guaranteed if noise can not be removed. That is, in order to implement a system that can be practically applied, robust performance should be guaranteed even in various noise conditions. In this study, we propose a system that can classify the sound event after generating the enhanced sound signal based on the deep learning algorithm. Especially, to remove noise from the sound signal itself, the enhanced sound data against the noise is generated using SEGAN applied to the GAN with a VAE technique. Then, an end-to-end based sound-event classification system is designed to classify the sound events using the enhanced sound signal as input data of CNN structure without a data conversion process. The performance of the proposed method was verified experimentally using sound data obtained from the industrial field, and the f1 score of 99.29% (railway industry) and 97.80% (livestock industry) was confirmed.

With the development of IT technology recently, medical information systems are being constructed in an integrated u-health environment through cloud services, IoT technologies, and mobile applications. These kinds of medical information systems should provide the medical staff with authorities to access patients' medical information for emergency status treatments or therapeutic purposes. Therefore, in the medical information systems, the reliable and prompt authentication processes are necessary to access the biometric information and the medical information of the patients in charge of the medical staff. However, medical information systems are accessing with simple and static user authentication mechanism using only medical ID / PWD in the present system environment. For this reason, in this paper, we suggest a dynamic situation authentication mechanism that provides transparency of medical information access including various authentication factors considering patient's emergency status condition and dynamic situation authentication system supporting it. Our dynamic Situation Authentication is a combination of user authentication and mobile device authentication, which includes various authentication factor attributes such as emergency status, role of medical staff, their working hours, and their working positions and so forth. We designed and implemented a dynamic situation authentication system including emergency status decision, dynamic situation authentication, and authentication support DB construction. Finally, in order to verify the serviceability of the suggested dynamic situation authentication system, the medical staffs download the mobile application from the medical information server to the medical staff's own mobile device together with the dynamic situation authentication process and the permission to access medical information to the patient and showed access to medical information.
This paper proposes a noise-tolerant image classification system using multiple autoencoders. The development of deep learning technology has dramatically improved the performance of image classifiers. However, if the images are contaminated by noise, the performance degrades rapidly. Noise added to the image is inevitably generated in the process of obtaining and transmitting the image. Therefore, in order to use the classifier in a real environment, we have to deal with the noise. On the other hand, the autoencoder is an artificial neural network model that is trained to have similar input and output values. If the input data is similar to the training data, the error between the input data and output data of the autoencoder will be small. However, if the input data is not similar to the training data, the error will be large. The proposed system uses the relationship between the input data and the output data of the autoencoder, and it has two phases to classify the images. In the first phase, the classes with the highest likelihood of classification are selected and subject to the procedure again in the second phase. For the performance analysis of the proposed system, classification accuracy was tested on a Gaussian noise-contaminated MNIST dataset. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the proposed system in the noisy environment has higher accuracy than the CNN-based classification technique.

The home network environment can be defined as a network environment, connecting digital home devices such as computer systems, digital appliances, and mobile devices. In this kind of home network environments, there will be numerous local/remote interactions to monitor and control the home network devices and the home gateway. Such an environment may result in communication bottleneck. By applying the mobile agents that can migrate among the computing devices autonomously and work on behalf of the user, remote interactions and network traffics can be reduced enormously. The mobile agent authentication is necessary to apply mobile agent concept to the home network environments, as a prerequisite technology for authorization or access control to the home network devices and resources. The existing mobile agent systems have mainly used the public key based authentication scheme, which is not suitable to the home network environments, composed of digital devices of limited computation capability. In this paper, we propose a shared key based mobile agent authentication scheme for single home domain and expand the scheme to multiple domain environments with the public key based authentication scheme. Application of the shared key encryption scheme to the single domain mobile agent authentication enables to authenticate the mobile agent with less overhead than the public key based authentication scheme.
With the development of the Internet, various IT technologies such as IoT, Cloud, etc. have been developed, and various systems have been built in countries and companies. Because these systems generate and share vast amounts of data, they needed a variety of systems that could detect threats to protect the critical data contained in the system, which has been actively studied to date. Typical techniques include anomaly detection and misuse detection, and these techniques detect threats that are known or exhibit behavior different from normal. However, as IT technology advances, so do technologies that threaten systems, and these methods of detection. Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) attacks national or companies systems to steal important information and perform attacks such as system down. These threats apply previously unknown malware and attack technologies. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a hybrid intrusion detection system that combines anomaly detection and misuse detection to detect unknown threats. Two detection techniques have been applied to enable the detection of known and unknown threats, and by applying machine learning, more accurate threat detection is possible. In misuse detection, we applied Classification based on Association Rule(CBA) to generate rules for known threats, and in anomaly detection, we used One-Class SVM(OCSVM) to detect unknown threats. Experiments show that unknown threat detection accuracy is about 94%, and we confirm that unknown threats can be detected.

The consequences of wearing high heels can be different according to the heel height, gait speed, shoe design, heel base area, and shoe size. This study aimed to focus on the knee extension and flexion range of motion (ROM) during gait, which were challenged by wearing five different shoe heel types and two different self-selected gait speeds (comfortable and fast) as experimental conditions. Measurement standards of knee extension and flexion ROM were individually calibrated at the time of heel strike, mid-stance, toe-off, and stance phase based on the 2-minute video recordings of each gait condition. Seven healthy young women (20.7 ± 0.8 years) participated and they were asked to walk on a treadmill wearing the five given shoes at a self-selected comfortable speed (average of 2.4 ± 0.3 km/h) and a fast speed (average of 5.1 ± 0.2 km/h) in a random order. All of the shoes were in size 23.5 cm. Three of the given shoes were 9.0 cm in height, the other two were flat shoes and sneakers. A motion capture software (Kinovea 0.8.27) was used to measure the kinematic data; changes in the knee angles during each gait. During fast speed gait, the knee extension angles at heel strike and mid-stance were significantly decreased in all of the 3 high heels (p<0.05). The results revealed that fast gait speed causes knee flexion angle to significantly increase at toe-off in all five types of shoes. However, there was a significant difference in both the knee flexion and extension angles when the gait in stiletto heels and flat shoes were compared in fast gait condition (p<0.05). This showed that walking fast in high heels leads to abnormal knee ROM and thus can cause damages to the knee joints. The findings in this preliminary study can be a basis for future studies on the kinematic changes in the lower extremity during gait and for the analysis of causes and preventive methods for musculoskeletal injuries related to wearing high heels.
The 2015 revised curriculum is structured around the core competencies of the 21st century, this is in line with the world's flow of education, such as OECD Education 2030. A future practical leading model was studied to provide a variety of creative teaching and learning experiences to elementary and Secondary students using intelligent information technology to cultivate core competencies such as ICT and computing thinking. In order for this practical model to stably settle the school field, the training was planned and operated to strengthen the creative convergence education capacity required by the teachers at the unit school through various types of the training. In particular, a nationwide administrators training program was operated for three years, reflecting the new curriculum, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation that can lead to future convergence talent training. In this paper, the perception of creative convergence education was investigated and analyzed considering the influence that administrators may have on the school field. Based on this, through the three-year operation results of the training, it was intended to establish a new training method for stable access to future creative convergence education under the post-corona era's social issues.
The significance of pilots' fatigue and the attributed risk management had continuously increased over time as the airline industry expanded. Research and legislation efforts associated with pilot fatigue are being taking place actively all over the world. In the developed world such as the United States and European Union etc., the airline pilot fatigue is already being managed by considering the show up time, the number of take offs and landings made, resting period, jet lag etc., when computing flight duty time. In Korea, the flight duty time is only limited by the total number of hours per given period regardless of the flight conditions and environment. Such lack of regulation demand development of a fatigue management program. According to the survey taken from the airline pilots in Korea, it has been found that acquiring foreign policies directly may in turn, increase the risk of fatigue. This research suggest future studies regarding fatigue management program adapted exclusively to Korean domestic flight environment and culture.
The Republic of Korea is a country in which coastal surveillance is an imperative national task as it is surrounded by seas on three sides under the confrontation between South and North Korea. However, due to Defense Reform 2.0, the number of R/D (Radar) operating personnel has decreased, and the period of service has also been shortened. Moreover, there is always a possibility that a human error will occur. This paper presents specific guidelines for developing an AI learning model for the intelligent coastal surveillance system. We present a three-step strategy to realize the guidelines. The first stage is a typical stage of building an AI learning model, including data collection, storage, filtering, purification, and data transformation. In the second stage, R/D signal analysis is first performed. Subsequently, AI learning model development for classifying real and false images, coastal area analysis, and vulnerable area/time analysis are performed. In the final stage, validation, visualization, and demonstration of the AI learning model are performed. Through this research, the first achievement of making the existing weapon system intelligent by applying the application of AI technology was achieved.
Purpose: Recently, ransomware damage that encrypts victim's data through hacking and demands money in exchange for releasing it is increasing domestically and internationally. Accordingly, research and development on various response technologies and solutions are in progress. Method: A secure storage area and a general storage area were created in the same virtual environment, and the sample data was saved by registering the access process. In order to check whether the stored sample data is infringed, the ransomware sample was executed and the hash function of the sample data was checked to see if it was infringed. The access control performance checked whether the sample data was accessed through the same name and storage location as the registered access process. Result: As a result of the experiment, the sample data in the secure storage area maintained data integrity from ransomware and unauthorized processes. Conclusion: Through this study, the creation of a secure storage area and the whitelist-based access control method are evaluated as suitable as a method to protect important data, and it is possible to provide a more secure computing environment through future technology scalability and convergence with existing solutions.
