Production of Window Motor Assembly Parts in Automotive Body (자동차 전장에서 윈도우 모터 조립 부품의 생산)

  • Power window motor assembly including ECU system is important to doors of automobile. This study is done for own development instead of importing of power window motor assembly. This paper is written under five specific subjects. The first, making of prototype sample and analysis of mass-production problem using CAE, the second, design of mass-production mold(2D and 3D), the third, manufacturing of sample mold, the fourth, tryout and measuring of 3 dimensions, the fifth, data analysis and mold modify. In the among them, product sample and analysis of mass-production using CAE, design and manufacture of mass-production mold, and production of sample mold are successfully done. In the results, it is made clear that two cavity and one gate are proper to make a mold of power window motor assembly housing. Besides, it is acquired own technology for mass-production of power window motor.

  • 자율 주행 자동차는 다수의 센서와 ECU 등으로 구성된 분산 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 다양한 시간적 제약사항들을 갖는 자율주행 응용들을 구동하며 각 응용들에 대한 시간적 제약사항 위반을 탐지해야한다. 이러한 분산 시스템에서 응용들 간의 통신을 위해 사용되는 미들웨어들 중 대표적인 것은 DDS이다. DDS는 높은 확장성을 지원하는 발행-구독 통신 모델을 기반으로 하며, 실시간성을 고려한 다양한 QoS 정책들을 제공한다. 하지만 DDS는 자율주행 응용이 요구하는 시간적 제약사항들 중 deadline과 correlation 제약 사항에 대한 위반 여부를 탐지하지 못한다. 본 논문은 DDS 기반 시스템에서 deadline과 correlation 제약 사항 위반 여부를 런타임에서 탐지하는 기법을 제안한다. 본 연구진은 제안된 기법을 DDS의 구현들 중 하나인 Vortex 사의 OpenSplice 기반 시스템에 구현하였다. 실험을 통해 검증한 결과, deadline과 correlation 제약 사항에 대한 위반 여부를 적은 오버헤드와 함께 성공적으로 탐지하였다.

A Study on the Fuel Injection System Simulating a Vehicle Driven with FTP-75 Mode for Cold Transition Period (FTP-75 냉간 주행 모드로 운전하는 차량의 연료분사 모사시스템에 관한 연구)

  • A fuel injection system which is operated with a real vehicle driving simulation was developed as an alternative to a vehicle test for the fuel injectors. The sensor signals that are supplied to the ECU were measured and recorded as a data file for a vehicle driven in FTP-75 mode in a chassis dynamometer. The imperative sensor signals of the throttle position, vehicle speed, engine speed, crank position, cam position, intake air flow, and cooling water and intake air temperature were reconstructed using FPGA DAQ boards and a PXI computer. The scanning results showed good agreement with the input signals that were reconstructed. The ECU HILS system operated successfully to drive six fuel injectors, which injected fuel in the same pattern as if they were mounted in the vehicle driven in FTP-75 mode. Also, the fuel injection system developed in this research shows the possibility of application in evaluating the characteristics of fuel injection rate for injectors according to properties of injected fuel with the real driving mode of vehicles.

  • In this paper, automatic recognition of an accident and whether service delivery and risk driving through the giving of the driver to correct driving habits before and after the accident to reproduce highly scalable video Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR (SMBD, Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR) Computer of the model was designed. SMBD on embedded systems equipped with wireless capabilities to sleep in the car accident point and the image information by wireless communications, by notification in the control center, 24-hour emergency rescue service and traffic information can be provided. The vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of the vehicle information and sensor data in conjunction with wireless eCall (Emergency Call) services can be realized.

  • OSEK/VDX 운영체제는 자동차 전자제어장치(ECU)를 위하여 OSEK/VDX에서 제안한 사양을 준수하는 실시간 운영체제이다. 본 연구는 OSEK/VDX 운영체제의 태스크관리 서비스들 중에서 태스크 활성화를 위한 서비스 함수를 설계하고 그 타당성을 제시한다.

  • CAN(Controller Area Network)은 차량내부의 제어하기 위하여 디바이스, 센서, 액츄에이터 등을 연결하는 비동기 직렬버스 네트워크이다. 이 CAN은 ECU들 사이에 통신을 위해 효율적으로 사용되고 있다. 또한 CAN은 엔진 진단, ABS, 에어백 등과 같은 메시지를 전송하며 창문 조작, 전조등 등의 제어 명령들을 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 차량 네트워크 환경으로부터 차량상태를 WiFi 통신을 이용하여 운전자에게 스마트폰으로 제공하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 차량의 연비관리, 차량 관리하는 차계부, 블랙박스 기능이 포함된 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 구현하였다.

  • 자동차산업이 발달하면서 자동차 내에도 ECU 기반의 전자 장비가 증가하고 있다. 다양한 차량용 전자 장비의 소프트웨어의 호환성과 효율적인 구동을 위하여 독일 자몽동차 업체를 필두로 자동차 업계에서는 OSEK/VDX 운영체제를 기반으로 AUTOSAR 표준화를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 AUTOS AR 표준에서 기반으로 하고 있는 OSEK/VDX와 기존의 RTOS (실시간 운영제제)를 다양한 측면에서 비교 분석하여 향후 자동차 소프트웨어를 위한 운영제제의 발전방향과 각각의 운영제제의 특성과 장점을 분석 하였다.

  • Nowadays, the problem of ETCS terminal in becoming popular gradually is that there is no services except for ETC. Therefore, we need new system that provide many type of additional services at one-terminal. In this paper, we study the additory function of ETCS terminal to afford many type of the vehicle administration beside collection and provider of traffic information. We descrived the method of Eco-driving function beside to save fuel signing instant and mean fuel-efficiency, measurement of section fuel-efficiency on OLED and then brings out the best driving habit in people and to prevent dangerous at the wheel as diagnosing engine oil, cooling water, fan belt, the point of changing consumables, diagnoses to an overheated engine, charges on generator through ECU. The multi-services terminal consist of the vehicle diagnosis module base on OBD-II and ETCS terminal.

  • By adding short-range wireless communication function such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to the last vehicle in conjunction with a smart phone, a modern automobile is becoming entertainment screen to determine a variety of information such as car location information, diagnosis information, etc. through the ECU vehicle electronic control unit. In this study, by utilizing short-range communications capability of the on-board diagnostic devices and smart phones in association with the on-board diagnostics, compatibility tests among a number of smart phone models, Bluetooth and NFC(Near Field Communication) were carried out and those results were analyzed. Furthermore, composition of on-board diagnostic device having Bluetooth and NFC interface function and the fault diagnosis function were implemented, and fault diagnosis debugging program was developed. In addition, fault diagnosis data of the vehicle via the OBD-II interface was extracted. Finally, the on-board diagnostics CAN Protocol implementation has been proposed, and the results of work was analyzed.

  • The prevalence of microprocessor-based controllers in automotive systems has greatly increased the meed for tools which can be used to validate and test control systems over their full range of operation. The objective of this paper is to develop a real time simulator of an anti-lock braking system and the methodology of using hardware-in-the-loop simulation based on a personal computer. By use of this simulator, the analyses of a commercial electronic control unit as well as the validation of the developed control logics for ABS were performed successfully. The simulator of this research can be traction applied to development of more advanced control system, such as traction control systems, vehicle dynamic control system and so forth.
