The seventh secondary computer education curriculum is focused on computer literacy education. This computer curriculum is an elective course not a required course and is a part of other specific course. This computer education has problems that it is not consecutive, overlapped with other classes and not systematic. This research analyzes the computer education in Israel, India, and Japan. And it suggests the new secondary school computing education curriculum based on computer educating of Computer Curricula 2001 Computer Science, lEEE Computer Society and ACM has suggested 2001 for computer science education in university, and with a standard of 'A Model Curriculum for K-12 Computer Science', the suggestion for computer-science education for all grade of school.

Human-computer interaction is a discipline concerned with the design, evaluation, and implementation of interactive systems for human use. In this paper we suggest designing a smart deaf emergency application based on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles whereas nowadays everything around us is becoming smart, People already have smartphones, smartwatches, smart cars, smart houses, and many other technologies that offer a wide range of useful options. So, a smart mobile application using Text Telephone or TeleTYpe technology (TTY) has been proposed to help people with deafness or impaired hearing to communicate and seek help in emergencies. Deaf people find it difficult to communicate with people, especially in emergency status. It is stipulated that deaf people In all societies must have equal rights to use emergency services as other people. With the proposed application the deafness or impaired hearing can request help with one touch, and the location will be determined, also the user status will be sent to the emergency services through the application, making it easier to reach them and provide them with assistance. The application contains several classifications and emergency status (traffic, police, road safety, ambulance, fire fighting). The expected results from this design are interactive, experiential, efficient, and comprehensive features of human-computer interactive technology which may achieve user satisfaction.

CPU is considered the main and most important resource in the computer system. The CPU scheduling is defined as a procedure that determines which process will enter the CPU to be executed, and another process will be waiting for its turn to be performed. CPU management scheduling algorithms are the major service in the operating systems that fulfill the maximum utilization of the CPU. This article aims to review the studies on the CPU scheduling algorithms towards comparing which is the best algorithm. After we conducted a review of the Round Robin, Shortest Job First, First Come First Served, and Priority algorithms, we found that several researchers have suggested various ways to improve CPU optimization criteria through different algorithms to improve the waiting time, response time, and turnaround time but there is no algorithm is better in all criteria.

인터넷 사용의 증가로 인터넷이 사용자의 의견 표출의 장이 되었다. 이에 따라 사용자의 견해나 의견을 자동으로 인식 및 추출하는 방법들이 연구되어 오고 있다. 의견 분석 (opinion analysis)은 한국어에서는 아직 연구가 활발히 되지 않는 분야로 의견 분석에 필요한 자원 및 도구들이 미비하다. 본 논문은 다른 언어권에서 구축된 주관성 어휘를 사전을 이용해 번역하는 방법을 제시하고 문제점 및 개선방법과 향후 연구방향에 관하여 논의한다.

의견의 주체를 찾는 일은 의견 분석의 결과를 활용 하는데 있어 필수적인 분야이다. 본 논문은 발안자를 찾는 시스템의 성능을 높이기 위해 이전논문에 제안하였던 단어에 의견주체의 후보로서의 점수를 부여하는 방법을 개선하였고 미등록어 문제를 해결하기 위해 taxonomy에 의존하여 기존단어의 점수를 이용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 Baseline과 비교하여 F1값이 18.9% 증가하였다.

본 논문에서는 Facebook 테트리스 게임에서 착안하여 모바일로도 실행시키고자 하였다. Facebook 테트리스와 같이 Hold, 미리보기, 줄 넘기기공격 등 세부 기능을 모두 구현하였다.Hold를 하면 다음에 나올 블록을 저장하여 필요할때 꺼내쓸수 있도록 한다. 미리보기를 하여 블록이 바닥에 도달했을시 예상위치를 나타내준다. 한 줄을 clear하였을 시 상대방바닥에 한줄이 올라오도록 한다. 안드로이드 프로그래밍으로 응용시 모바일 앱환경에서도 활용할수 있다.

Computer based instruction in the elementary science curriculum will be played an important role through the fifth curriculum reform from the 1989 school year. This is essential for the science instruction because the strategies on the problem-solvings and inquiry approaches can be utilized for the science classroom. Computer education can be thought as the education about the computer and the education using the computer. Of them the education using the computer means the computer assisted instruction(CAI) what is called all the possible activities using the computer in the classroom. Student achievement as the result of CAI depends on the learning activities of students and the instructional techniques and strategies of teachers using the computer. However, computer based education to enhance the student achievement is pointed out the lacks of the standardized Korean alphabet code and the compatibility of qualified software. These problems will be relieved according to the coding for the Korean alphabet of SUPER PILOT program language.
