The development of communication technology applying the computer has generalized the application of Computer Graphics and enlarged the limit of expression in Design environment. Therefore, the technology and the method of CG application, which can be applied in diverse Design areas appropriately, are closely connected with the results of Design, and these are becoming the important matter of the competitiveness for Designer and Design environment. Especially, in the curriculum of university or college having the responsibility for specialities of students, the contents about CG application are being more needed the educational results having the competitiveness. By this meaning, this study presents the methodological approach for the CG applied education concerned with the subject "Computer Aided Design (for Product Design)" which is opened in the Industrial Design Dept. The contents of this study are about the concepts of the 10 steps of design practice and the methods of them which are based on the contents of expression on Product Design. And it presents the results of practice by students as the examples. The result of this study is that students could understand the product Design and CG, and they could learn the CG programs' functions and the methods for the application.plication.

In this paper, using the communication port between PC(Personal Computer) and DC/STEP MOTOR DEVICE that movement and measurement of motor. Communication port used serial port and movement order transmits by communication port. Consequence of motor device movement displays to tile DC/STEP MOTOR DEVICE APPLICATION. This connection is using the serial port instead of parallel port faster than response time And this application is easier than existing application.

일반적으로 화재 감지 시스템은 정확하고 빠르게 화재를 감지하는 것은 어려운 문제 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 U-net을 활용하여 기존의 화재(불) 영역 추출 기법으로 Segmentation으로 보다 정밀하게 탐지하는 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 화재 이미지에서 연기제거 및 색상보정을 통해 이미지를 전처리하여 화염 영역을 추출한 뒤 U-Net으로 학습시켜 이미지를 입력하면 불 영역의 Segmentation을 추출하도록 한다.

This paper proposes streaming layer for personal robot's middleware. Under assumption that robot has open architecture, i.e. consists of modules created by different vendors and intercommunication between these modules is necessary, we have to consider that there are many different network interfaces. To make communication between modules possible it is necessary to develop new type of middleware. Such middleware has to support different platforms, i.e. OS, network interface, hardware, etc. In addition, it is necessary to implement effective interface between network and application in order to manage inter application communications and use network resources more effectively. Streaming layer is such interface that implements necessary functionality together with simplicity and portability. Streaming layer provides high level of abstraction and makes communication between distributed applications transparent as if are located in same module. With possibility of extension by user defined application interfaces it is suitable for distributed environments, i.e. module based architecture including small-embedded systems like as DSP board. To verify the proposed streaming layer structure it is implemented using C and tested.

Business process in e-government mostly embody as the flow of documents. Constructing a web-based document flow system becomes an critical task for today s digital government. But few of them use an off-the-shelf workflow product. Why? One of the reasons is that most of the workflow system are heavyweight, monolithic, and package a comprehensive set of features in an all-or-nothing manner. Another reason is that workflow technology lacks the constructs and modeling capability as programming language. It is incumbent on government IT organizations to transform their solution development to component-based computing model. Component technology isolates the computation and communication parts, but how to compose different software components is still a hard nut. An integrated development environment is necessary for CBSD. In this paper we propose a XML and component-based document flow-oriented integrated development environment (DFoIDE) for software developers. By writing some xml configure file, and operate on DFoIDE, developer can construct a workflow application quickly. This method divides system to several components and the activities in process are implemented as business component. Different components are discribed detailedly in this paper, especially one of the core component. Component Integrating Tool. Different perspectives in workflow application are seperated and depicted as different XML files. Correspondly, A component composition method for developing workflow application instead of workflow itself is proposed.

The realization of u-City is coming near in some local governments by applying various city services, namely, u-City services to the city construction field to improve competitiveness of the city. But it is a reality that some local governments are experiencing many trial and errors in application of the u-City service in addition to the problem posing that the u-City service is not considering characteristics of development or application environment of an individual city. The present research proposes a service model for on-site application of the u-City service to solve this problem. The proposed model suggests a method for specifically conceptualizing and objectifying the on-site application that the existing concept-oriented model or an architecture-oriented model, etc. didn't provide. The verification system on effectiveness or effects of the u-City service model to remove ambiguity on the u-City service especially. The verification system of the u-City service model grasps the technology, function, procedure and target, etc. that the u-City service contains, evaluates whether the model satisfies conditions that the model should have, and secures objectivity and predictability of the u-City service model through confirmation on propriety, implementation and effectiveness, etc.

All means of communication using base stations are interrupted if the scorched earth environment happens because of a disaster. In order to use the systems of the public protection and disaster relief standards, users have to use the special equipments and need the expertise of the operation. Also, it needs the enormous investment for building an infrastructure. The systems is inadequate for the quick and efficient disaster communication, and the people can be in the chaos before the national resources are committed. For solving this problem, this paper presents the design of the mobile application that general people can use immediately, and implements the android phone's application for the proof of concept.

Recently Sharp in use of smartphones has been inventing convenient application in living. Among the application to use a lot of people about to diet and exercise have to measure the their heart rate and activity. but have to nothing to measure th their body size. In this paper using Arduino and ultrasonic sensor, The distance between the sensor to be measured on the body size, value output a LCD, the size value to the application transferring through a Bluetooth communication smartphone, they knew exactly what the exercise for body part that is what they wants.

In this study we have provided one solution to overcome mistakes with limited technical staffs, capitals and times may be the computer for cost estimating. In view of the speed and the ability to draw on funds of information, we shall see that computer estimating models will become the exhibited and the accepted norm of operation by continuous research. Therefore, the computer is broadly serving the needs of many engineering disciplines and in the area of engineering design and industrial application, inexhaustible developed softwares are presented more easy speed and various application for Cost Engineering.
