동굴생물의 생태적 특성과 분포

  • $\bigcirc$ 동굴생물은 식물과 동물, 미생물로 크게 구분되지만 태양광선이 완전히 차단된 동굴내 환경에서는 동굴 동물들이 주종을 이루고 있다. $\bigcirc$ 동굴내의 동물에 관한 연구는 1966년 고씨동굴, 용담굴을 시발로 고수굴, 천동굴, 노동굴, 백룡굴, 대이굴, 환선굴 등 강원도내에 분포하는 동굴 중 약 30%정도는 동물을 포함한 생물상이 조사되었다. $\bigcirc$ 강원도의 동굴동물로서 확인된 것온 9종 30목141종이며 강별로는 곤충강이 9목 50종 주형강이 4목 49종 갑각강이 6목 18종의 순으로 우세하고 목별로는 거미목이 15과 39종, 톡토기목이 7과 20종, 딱정벌레목이 8과 15종으로 우세한 편이다 (남, 1987). $\bigcirc$ 동굴생물에 관한 연구는 육상생태계와 격리된 환경에서 생리, 생태적 적응을 통한 종의 분화나 유전, 진화문제를 추구하며 지하생태계와 육상생태계의 생물적인 유연관계 규명에 중요한 분야로 인정되며 아울러 독특한 특성을 지닌 동굴생물의 보존을 위한 방안과 노력이 일부동굴의 개방 및 개발에 앞서 더욱 구체적으로 모색되고 증대되어야 한다. $\bigcirc$ 동굴환경의 주요 특성은 첫째 햇빛이 차단되어 암흑상태이며, 둘째 내부습도가 높고 기온이나 수온의 연중변화가 심하지 않고, 셋째 먹이연쇄에 필수적인 영양공급원이 제한되어 있다. 따라서 광합성작용으로 성장하는 녹색식물은 태양광선이 유입되는 곳이나 인공조명시설 지역을 제외한 곳에서는 서식이 불가능하고 대형동물이나 초식동물은 생존이 어렵다. $\bigcirc$ 동굴내에는 환경에 적응하는 종들만이 서식할 수 있고 이들을 생태적 특성에 따라 세가지로 구분 할 수 있다. 환경적응 요인으로는 광도, 습도, 온도 영양공급원과 섭식장소, 수중생물의 경우는 특히 수온, 수량 영양원등이다.(중략)다. 본 연구의 접근방법으로는 ASRS의 개념적인 Reference Model을 수립하고 이 Reference Model에 대한 Formal Model로 DEVS(Discrete Event System Specification)을 이용하여 시스템을 Modeling하였다. 이의 Computer Simulation을 위하여 DEVS형식론 환경에서의 Simulation Language인 DEVSim ++ⓒ를 이용하여 시스템을 구현하였다.. 실형 결과로는 먼저 선형 상미분방정식의 예로 mass-damper-spring system, 비선형 상미분방정식의 예로는 van der Pol 방정식, 연립 상미분방정식의 예로는 mixing tank problem 등을 보였으며, 그의 공학에서 일어나는 여러 가지 문제들도 다루었다.화물에 대한 방어력이 증가되어 나타난 결과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elements)로 가정한다. 즉, [+wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 동일한 구성요 소를 지닌 병렬적 합성어([$[W1]_{XO-}$ $[W1]_{XO}$ ]$_{XO}$)로 그리고 [-wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 중복된 발은을 지닌 한 단어로 ([W]$_{XO}$

Unified Design Methodology and Verification Platform for Giga-scale System on Chip (기가 스케일 SoC를 위한 통합 설계 방법론 및 검증 플랫폼)

  • We proposed an unified design methodology and verification platform for giga-scale System on Chip (SoC). According to the growth of VLSI integration, the existing RTL design methodology has a limitation of a production gap because a design complexity increases. A verification methodology need an evolution to overcome a verification gap. The proposed platform includes a high level synthesis, and we develop a power-aware verification platform for low power design and verification automation using it's results. We developed a verification automation and power-aware verification methodology based on control and data flow graph (CDFG) and an abstract level language and RTL. The verification platform includes self-checking and the coverage driven verification methodology. Especially, the number of the random vector decreases minimum 5.75 times with the constrained random vector algorithm which is developed for the power-aware verification. This platform can verify a low power design with a general logic simulator using a power and power cell modeling method. This unified design and verification platform allow automatically to verify, design and synthesis the giga-scale design from the system level to RTL level in the whole design flow.

Outdoor Noise Propagation: Geometry Based Algorithm (옥외 소음의 전파: 음 추적 알고리즘)

  • This paper presents a method to simulate noise propagation by a computer for outdoor environment. Sound propagated in 3 dimensional space generates reflected waves whenever it hits boundary surfaces. If a receiver is away from a sound source, it receives multiple sound waves which are reflected from various boundary surfaces in space. The algorithm being developed in this paper is based on a ray sound theory. If we get 3 dimensional geometry input as well as sound sources, we can compute sound effects all over the boundary surfaces. In this paper, we present two approaches to compute sound: the first approach, called forward tracing, traces sounds forwards from sound sources. while the second approach, called geometry based computation, computes possible propagation routes between sources and receivers. We compare two approaches and suggest the geometry based sound computation for outdoor simulation. Also this approach is very efficient in the sense we can save computational time compared to the forward sound tracing. Sound due to impulse-response is governed by physical environments. When a sound source waveform and numerically computed impulse in time is convoluted, the result generates a synthetic sound. This technique can be easily generalized to synthesize realistic stereo sounds for virtual reality, while the simulation result is visualized using VRML.

Assessment of Physical Activity, Activity Coefficient of Preschool Children and Actual Condition of Daycare Center Outdoor Play (미취학아동의 1일 활동량, 활동계수 평가 및 유아보육시설의 실외놀이 실태)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess physical activities and activity coefficient of preschool children and was to give some concrete information to activate outdoor play and to probe the suggestions to activate outdoor play. 42 preschool children (17 boys and 25 girls) were included. Body weight and height were measured and one-day activity diaries were collected by interviewing with their parents and kindergarten teachers. To measure physical activity during outdoor play, this study was researched the current conditions and content of outdoor play activity in daycare centers, and teacher's perceptions of that outdoor play. The average age of the subjects was 5.0 years. Average height, weight, body fat and body muscle of subjects were 108.9 cm, 18.9 kg, 17.7% and 26.8%, respectively. The subjects spent about 10 hours 39 minutes sleeping; 4 hours 16 minutes personal hygiene and computer working. They spent 88.2% of 24 hours (one day) in "very light activities" and 11.3% in "light activities". Activity coefficient (1.34) of weekday was significantly higher than that of weekend (1.21). And in this study, it was found that most of daycare centers (87.7%) have outdoor play space, 95.2% of them were garden. The teachers recognized that have a outdoor play frequency everyday (48%), three or four times (46%) in a week but they have three or four times (38%), one or two times (30%) because of various indoor program. Also, they recognized that have a outdoor play expending time 21-30 minutes (48%), 31-40 minutes (26%) but they have 21-30 minutes (64%). They answered that have frequency and expending time less than their recognition of outdoor play. Most of daycare center teachers perceived outdoor play to be as important as indoor play, and the teachers believed outdoor play supports children's physical, cognitive, social, and language development. The results of this study may be used to utilize as a basic data for estimate physical activity for preschool children and developed that exercise program to increase physical activity of daycare center outdoor play.

A Study on the Development of Product Design Database Based on Product Attributes (제품속성을 기반으로 한 제품디자인 데이터베이스 개발에 대한 기초적 연구)

  • Considering product as mass of information, it is very critical for designers to have good means of accessing to and organizing information on products. However, designers conventionally depend on their experience, bunch of catalogues, or short visit to some fairs for gathering information on products. There are no systematically organized information for designing new products. If any, those are ones developed by market researchers or engineers who speak fundamentally different language from designers. It is needed to develop the information system through which designer can get insights on the essence of product and communicate information with various persons involved in new product planning. At first, the design information in product planning is discussed and the necessity of development of new design information system is emphasized. Then, product is understood as a composite of various attributes and a set of fundamental attributes of product is defined by surveying and summarizing existing theories of product attributes: namely technological, human, and market attributes. The possibility of new design information system is explored by analyzing various relationships between attributes of different products. Computer program 'DISPP' displays various visual information of product itself, perceptual map, trend slope, profile chart and general information of manufacturer, style, color, price, size. Finally, findings of thesis are concluded and further prospects of the study are proposed.

  • A Nautical Publication is a special purpose book, or a specially compiled database, that is issued officially by or on the authority of a Government, authorized Hydrographic Office or other elevant ogvernment institution and is designed to meet the requirements of marine navigation Nautical publications include list of lights, Buoys, Beacons, Radio Siganals, Sailing directions. The SNPWG(Standardization Nautical Publications Working Group) from the IHO is working to implement in computer systems all those elements of interest for Hydrography and Navigation Concerning the nautical publications digitization process, the SNPWG has defined three types of nautical publication: Type 1 : Hard copy(NP1), Type 2 : Digital version, A slight modification of type 1(NP2), Type 3 : Digital version for ECDIS(NP3). Nautical Publication is essential with nautical charts as refrerence information to navigation. Development of digital nautical publication is needed for liaison with charts production system, up-to-dateness of hydrographic information, improvement of service. But, korea's status is positioned in NP1. In our study, we surveyed the present status of nautical publciation for strategy of digital nautical publication development. Also, we build database of south coast of sailing direction and develp a program for compilation and management of sailing direction.

A Method for Spelling Error Correction in Korean Using a Hangul Edit Distance Algorithm (한글 편집거리 알고리즘을 이용한 한국어 철자오류 교정방법)

  • Long time has passed since computers which used to be a means of research were commercialized and available for the general public. People used writing instruments to write before computer was commercialized. However, today a growing number of them are using computers to write instead. Computerized word processing helps write faster and reduces fatigue of hands than writing instruments, making it better fit to making long texts. However, word processing programs are more likely to cause spelling errors by the mistake of users. Spelling errors distort the shape of words, making it easy for the writer to find and correct directly, but those caused due to users' lack of knowledge or those hard to find may make it almost impossible to produce a document free of spelling errors. However, spelling errors in important documents such as theses or business proposals may lead to falling reliability. Consequently, it is necessary to conduct research on high-level spelling error correction programs for the general public. This study was designed to produce a system to correct sentence-level spelling errors to normal words with Korean alphabet similarity algorithm. On the basis of findings reported in related literatures that corrected words are significantly similar to misspelled words in form, spelling errors were extracted from a corpus. Extracted corrected words were replaced with misspelled ones to correct spelling errors with spelling error detection algorithm.

  • Temporal data mining, the incorporation of temporal semantics to existing data mining techniques, refers to a set of techniques for discovering implicit and useful temporal knowledge from large quantities of temporal data. Temporal knowledge, expressible in the form of rules, is knowledge with temporal semantics and relationships, such as cyclic pattern, calendric pattern, trends, etc. There are many examples of temporal data, including patient histories, purchaser histories, and web log that it can discover useful temporal knowledge from. Many studies on data mining have been pursued and some of them have involved issues of temporal data mining for discovering temporal knowledge from temporal data, such as sequential pattern, similar time sequence, cyclic and temporal association rules, etc. However, all of the works treated data in database at best as data series in chronological order and did not consider temporal semantics and temporal relationships containing data. In order to solve this problem, we propose a theoretical framework for temporal data mining. This paper surveys the work to date and explores the issues involved in temporal data mining. We then define a model for temporal data mining and suggest SQL-like mining language with ability to express the task of temporal mining and show architecture of temporal mining system.

A Theory of Intermediality and its Application in Peter Greenaway's (상호매체성의 이론과 그 적용 - 피터 그리너웨이의 <프로스페로의 서재>를 중심으로)

  • The cinema of Peter Greenaway has consistently engaged questions of the relationship between the arts and particularly the relations of image and writing to cinema. When different types of images are correlated and merged with each other on the borders of painting, photography, film, video and computer animation, the interrelationships of the distinct elements cause a shift in the notion of the whole image. This analysis proposes to articulate the complex relationship between the 'interartial' dimension and the 'intermedial' dimension in Peter Greenaway's film, (1991). If the interartiality is interested in the interaction between various arts, including the transition from one to another, the intermediality articulates the same type of relationship between two or more media. The interactional relationship is the same on both sides; on the contrary, the relationship between art and media does not show the same symmetry. All art is based on one or more media - the media is a condition existence of art - but no art can't be reduced to the status of media. This suggests that if the interartiality always involves the intermediality, this proposal may not be reversed. First, we analyse a self-conscious investigation into digital art and technology. Prosospero's Books can be read as a daring visual essay that self-consciously investigates the technical and philosophical functions of letters, books, images, animated paintings, digital arts, and the other magical illusions, which have been modern or will be post-modern media to represent the world. Greenaway uses both conventional film techniques and the resources of high-definition television to layer image upon image, superimposing a second or third frame within his frame. Greenaway uses the frame-within-frame as the cinematic equivalent of Shakespeare's paly-within-play : it offer him the possibility to analyse the work of art/artist/spectator relationship. Secondly, we analyse the relationship between the written word, oral word and the books. Like the written word, the oral word changes into a visual image: The linguistic richness and nuances of Shakeaspeare's characters turn into the powerful and authoritative, but monotone, voices of Gielgud-Prospero, who speaks the Shakespearean lines aloud, shaping the characters so powerfully through his worlds that they are conjured before us. Specially each book is placed over the frame of the play's action, only partially covering the image, so that it gives virtually every frame at least two space-time orientations. Thirdly, we try to show how Peter Greenaway uses pictorial references in order to illustrate the context of the Renaissance as well as pictorial techniques and language in order to question the nature of artistic representation. For exemple, The storm is visualised through reference to Botticelli's : the storm of papers swirling around the library is constructed to look like a facsimili copy of Michelangelo's Laurentiana Library in Florence. Greenaway's modern mannerism consists in imposing his own aesthetic vision and his questioning of art beyond the play's meta-theatricality: in other words, Shakespeare''s text has been adapted without being betrayed.
