Recent construction site large disaster occurs in, even normal disaster not be reduced, the efforts of pre-disaster prevention for this is also a need to study the evaluation index. By comprehensive examination zero reform the current lowest bid system has included the social responsibility index is scheduled, objective and quantitative evaluation indicators making construction safety areas that are included in the item of social responsibility is required ing. In this study, the construction, in order to prevent disasters, efforts pre disaster prevention be presented metrics in the construction safety in the field of comprehensive examination system and the evaluation index, it is intended to examine the evaluation items for the evaluation indices.

The AHP method was used in 30 provinces of China to construct the index system of creative space efficiency evaluation and determine the weight of each index. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was further used to score the indexes at all levels, and then the total efficiency score was sorted. The purpose of this study is to adjust the regional layout of creative space reasonably and implement financial policies accurately through the evaluation of the efficiency of creative space. The results is ranking top in weight of several indicators, which include the number of incubated Startups, the number of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, the survival rate of incubator, the innovative training activities, etc. It was also found that Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang ranked first in the score of creative space efficiency. This study is meaningful in that it was In order to effectively solve the problem of the imbalance of the creative space efficiency in China's province, by coordinating the regional pattern, establishing a sound service system and improving the efficiency evaluation system.

최근 들어 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 인하여 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM)라고 하는 경영관리기법이 주목을 받게 되었다. 그러나 다양한 업무환경에 따른 적합한 BPM을 도입하는 것에 대한 적절한 지침이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 BPM에 요구되는 기능적인 사항과 기술적인 사항들을 분류하고 정의하여 기능적 및 기술적 체계를 제시한다. 또한 이러한 체계를 기반으로 BPM 평가방안을 제시한다. 제시된 평가방안은 4가지 BPM의 유형별로 다른 중요도를 반영하여 BPM을 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 BPM을 도입하고자 하는 기업의 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The goal of this study was to establish the evaluation method, which consist of the principle, factor, procedure and checklist, on environmental camp program and then to support staffs of environmental camp for decision-making to improve pre-program and develop new one. The main principles of the evaluation method established in this study were Hierarchical holism and Open inter-communication. First, hierarchical holism focused at the interaction among six factors, which were divided by 3 steps : 1) goal(and objectives) 2) learners and sites 3) activities, staffs and media. Second, open inter-communication could be defined a feedback process among all program participants : manager, staff, teacher, volunteer, learner and so on. The evaluation checklist had been developed of 10 comprehensive items and 30 factor-items at the preliminary step but some items were assessed some complex or duplicate in the result of 3 case studies. The suggested checklist was diminished to 5 comprehensive items and 25 factor-items. Several alternatives, which included specifing learners and objectives, developing site-oriented program and establishing the evaluation sheet were suggested for improving environmental camp program.

본 연구에서는 기존의 차량 및 보행환경의 평가에 있어서 종합적이고 통합적인 접근방식에 한계가 있다고 진단하고, 이를 고려하는 평가 방법 개발에 중점을 두었다. 여기에서의 통합적인 평가라 함은 차량환경과 보행환경에서 쓰이고 있는 수단별 평가 지표에 대한 통합과 더불어, 공간적 개념에서 선/축의 평가방식을 포함한 면적인 차원의 평가라 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구에서는 통합 평가를 위한 이론적 배경으로 Grey System Theory(GST)를 적용하였으며, 대상지역은 보행우선구역 시범사업지로 하여 차량 및 보행환경에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. GST에 의한 종합평가 및 분석결과, 같은 서비스수준 또는 상대적으로 차량 및 보행환경의 운영지표상(도로용량편람)에서는 보다 양호한 상태라 할지라도 관측된 데이터가 Grey Category 범위에 따라 통합 평가시에는 평가지표 간 가중치 등이 고려되어 산정되었기에 Category 상에서의 종합점수는 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 점을 종합적으로 고려해 볼 때, 도로운영상의 지표들이 상대적으로 좋다고 하더라도 안전상의 지표들이 나쁠 경우에는 그에 따라Grey Category상의 점수들도 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 본 평가방법을 통해 향후 도시가로 형태별로 현재 상태를 진단할 뿐 아니라 노선별(축별), 면적인 개념에서의 평가와 더불어 평가지표간 통합평가가 이루어 질 것으로 기대하고 있다.

사회·경제적 여건 변화에 따른 저성장시대에 진입하며, 전국 대부분의 도시에서 도시재생을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 도시재생은 막대한 국가재정이 투입된 사업임에도 불구하고, 아직 명확한 평가시스템이 마련되지 못하였다. 도시재생사업의 지속가능성을 담보하기 위해 도시재생사업의 성과를 평가하고, 정책을 보완하기 위한 환류체계 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업의 성과를 평가하기 위한 공간 빅데이터 기반의 도시재생성과 평가기법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 도시재생성과 평가기법은 도시재생사업 유형, 대도시·중도소시 여부 등을 기준으로 도시재생사업 영향권을 차등화하였다. 인구·사회, 산업·경제, 물리·환경 측면 평가지표의 도시재생사업 영향권 내부·외부 간의 상대적 비교를 통해, 도시재생사업의 성과를 정량적으로 측정하였다.

도서관발전종합계획(2009~2013)의 본격적인 시행으로 종합계획의 형성 및 집행에 참여하는 중앙행정기관, 지자체 등 참여대상이 증가하고 정책 환경이 복잡하게 전개되고 있지만, 이러한 상황을 제대로 분석하고 짚어내는 도서관정책 전반에 대한 평가 및 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구는 도서관발전종합계획(2009~2013)을 정책형성단계, 정책집행단계, 정책성과단계의 3단계로 나누어 각 정책과정의 요인들이 정책성과에 미치는 영향관계 등을 검증하여 종합계획 시행의 문제점 및 개선방향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 도서관발전종합계획(2009~2013)의 정책과정을 평가하기 위한 형성적 평가모형을 설계하고, 도서관정책 전문가 그룹이 참여하는 델파이 조사를 통해 개발된 평가모형을 수정 보완하는 절차를 거쳤다. 그리고 실제 종합계획을 수립 시행중인 도서관정책 관계자를 대상으로 실증적인 평가를 실시한 후, 이 평가결과를 토대로 정책단계별 요인이 정책성과에 미치는 영향관계 등을 실증적으로 분석하였다.

Parkinson's disease is a complex neurodegenerative disease characterized by the progressive loss of dopamine-producing neurons in the substantia nigra, resulting in a variety of motor and non-motor symptoms. This study aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of Parkinson's disease, including classification of Parkinson's disease, impairment due to impairment, how disability is assessed, and how it is treated. Major symptoms of Parkinson's disease include tremors, stiffness, bradykinesia, and postural instability, and treatment methods include rehabilitation through drugs, surgical procedures, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Early diagnosis, individualized treatment interventions, and comprehensive treatment involving a multidisciplinary medical team will be essential to manage Parkinson's disease and improve patients' quality of life. In conclusion, this study will provide comprehensive information on the complex nature of Parkinson's disease and serve as a useful guide for healthcare providers designing treatment plans for Parkinson's patients.

This review article offers a comprehensive overview of MPGN, its new classification, pathophysiology, diagnostic evaluation, and management options.
