부품공급업체의 JIT 전략 촉진을 위한 유인환경에 관한 연구 (Incentive Factors Critical to the JIT Implementation for Part Suppliers)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify critical factors facilitating JIT innovation process for Korean component manufacturers. In order to find the answers to this issue, this study has empirically studied the corelations among JIT innovation culture, competitiveness, and incentive factors. Cluster, ANOVA, and regression analyses were performed from 92 collected survey data. It has found that Korean component manufacturers strongly rely on their inner JIT innovation culture to improve competitiveness. It has also found that the organizational resource and managerial priority should be focused on establishing clear goals and objectives for improvement, and creating open atmosphere with respect to operational process.

프로스포츠팀 브랜드 자산 구성요인 간 구조관계 비교 (A comparative study on the structural relation of component factors influencing professional sport team brand equity)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the component factors of professional sport team brand equity and to empirically examine factors composed of it's brand equity. The subjects of this study was the group that spectator professional sport game. For those sheet, judged to be insincere and to be unsuitable for the purpose of this study, and were missing questions excluded. SPSS 13.0 for window statistics package and AMOS 5.0 for window statistics package were used for data analysis. The goodness of the model was confirmed by data analysis and then the hypotheses testing were conducted. The findings are as follows: Firstly, brand associations(rivalry, commitment, play, socialization, success, history) have a significant effect on brand loyalty. But brand mark didn't have a significant effect on brand loyalty. Secondly, brand awareness(identification, internalization) have a significant effect on brand loyalty.

구조물-비구조요소 2자유도 결합시스템 해석을 통한 비구조요소 내진설계변수 평가 (Evaluation of Seismic Design Parameters for Nonstructural Components Based on Coupled Structure-Nonstructural 2-DOF System Analysis)

  • Seismic demand on nonstructural components (NSCs) is highly dependent on the coupled behavior of a combined supporting structure-NSC system. Because of the inherent complexities of the problem, many of the affecting factors are inevitably neglected or simplified based on engineering judgments in current seismic design codes. However, a systematic analysis of the key affecting factors should establish reasonable seismic design provisions for NSCs. In this study, an idealized 2-DOF model simulating the coupled structure-NSC system was constructed to analyze the parameters that affect the response of NSCs comprehensively. The analyses were conducted to evaluate the effects of structure-NSC mass ratio, structure, and NSC nonlinearities on the peak component acceleration. Also, the appropriateness of component ductility factor (Rp) given by current codes was discussed based on the required ductility capacity of NSCs. It was observed that the responses of NSCs on the coupled system were significantly affected by the mass ratio, resulting in lower accelerations than the floor spectrum-based response, which neglected the interaction effects. Also, the component amplification factor (ap) in current provisions tended to underestimate the dynamic amplification of NSCs with a mass ratio of less than 15%. The nonlinearity of NSCs decreased the component responses. In some cases, the code-specified Rp caused nonlinear deformation far beyond the ductility capacity of NSCs, and a practically unacceptable level of ductility was required for short-period NSCs to achieve the assigned amount of response reduction.

가로변 미디어폴이 보행만족도에 미치는 영향분석 - 서울시 강남 U-street를 중심으로 - (Effect Analysis of Media Pole on Pedestrian Satisfaction for Walking -Focused on Media Pole in Gang Nam U-street-)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 강남구 U-street에 설치된 L.E.D 미디어 폴(Media pole)이라는 통합형 가로시설물이 보행 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 이를 위해 가로시설물로서 미디어폴의 구성요소를 보행자 관점에서 탐색적으로 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석을 통해 제1요인은 '심미 상징성'요인으로 명명하였고, 제2요인은 '형태 조형성', 제3요인은 '접근 연속성'으로 분석하였다. 제4요인은 '감각 전달성', 제5요인은 '정보 매체성'으로 명명하였다. 요인분석은 이용자 관점에서 사례대상지 보행자에 대한 행태관찰과 심층면접(In-depth Interview)을 실시하였고, 33개 예비변수를 도출하였다. 도출된 예비요인을 전문가 F.G.I(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 최종적으로 요인분석에서 사용할 20개 예비변수를 선정하였다. 요인분석을 통해 선정된 5개의 독립변수와 보행자의 만족도를 종속변수로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 강남대로 U-street에 설치된 미디어 폴이 보행자의 보행만족도에 미치는 영향 중 통계학적 유의미한 영향요소는 '심미 상징성'요인으로 분석되었다. U-street에서 미디어 폴은 보행자에게 심미적 감성과 상징성으로 새로운 보행체험에 기여하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 향후 이용자 편의성을 기반으로한 정보매체로서의 접근성을 강화하고 활용 가능한 콘텐츠 다양화를 유도해야할 것이다. IT 기반형 멀티미디어 매체인 미디어폴은 융합하는 가로환경과 융합하여 보행자에게 새로운 경험을 제공하여 보행활성화에 새로운 수단으로서의 가능성을 시사하고 있다.

조망경관 선호도 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 관악산을 조망대상으로 한 난곡로를 중심으로 - (A study on the influencing factors of the view preferences - In the case of Nangokro by focusing on Mt. Gwanak as a view target -)

  • To preserve scenic-view of Gwanak Mountain from the urban development, the viewshed component ratio and the scenic-view preference are investigated and analyzed by selecting view points at Nangokro. After 16 candidate view points are selected from the site, sight component ratio is measured through visual structure analysis and preference are measured by using the Likert scale. In addition, factor analysis, and regression analysis were conducted to examine the relationship between influencing factors and preference. As a result of the regression analysis of the 9 factors to influence the scenic-view preference, two factors such as degree of natural landscape and degree of arrangement around the site are chosen to influence the scenic-view preference. Through the preference factor analysis, two preference factors are selected as follows; 1) The factor of the landscape formation - Existence and nonexistence of the scenic-view conservation, degree of the landscape opening, and degree of natural landscape, degree of the landscape originality, and degree of the landscape sequence, degree of the landscape intimacy 2) The factor surrounding the landscape - Degree of arrangement around the site, degree of the landscape complexity, and atmosphere around the site.

Standardized multi-institutional data analysis of fixed and removable prosthesis: estimation of life expectancy with regards to variable risk factors

  • PURPOSE. This study aims to assess and predict lifespan of dental prostheses using newly developed Korean Association of Prosthodontics (KAP) criteria through a large-scale, multi-institutional survey. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Survey was conducted including 16 institutions. Cox proportional hazards model and principal component analysis (PCA) were used to find out relevant factors and predict life expectancy. RESULTS. 1,703 fixed and 815 removable prostheses data were collected and evaluated. Statistically significant factors in fixed prosthesis failure were plaque index and material type, with a median survival of 10 to 18 years and 14 to 20 years each. In removable prosthesis, factors were national health insurance coverage, antagonist type, and prosthesis type (complete or partial denture), with median survival of 10 to 13 years, 11 to 14 years, and 10 to 15 years each. For still-usable prostheses, PCA analysis predicted an additional 3 years in fixed and 4.8 years in removable prosthesis. CONCLUSION. Life expectancy of a prosthesis differed significantly by factors mostly controllable either by dentist or a patient. Overall life expectancy was shown to be longer than previous research.

카노 모형을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑몰 앱의 서비스 품질 요인 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the e-Service Quality Factors in m-Shopping Mall App based on the Kano Model)

  • Purpose - In this study, it is classified the service quality dimension of mobile shopping app using Kano model. In addition, it is evaluated quality factors suitable for strategic management from the viewpoint of service provider through mobile application through binary dimension analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, seven quality dimensions such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience, design, security and customer service were derived through related studies to make binary shopping quality app quality measurement. 37 sub-variables were set by each quality dimensions. Each questionnaire was composed of positive and negative items like Kano's proposed method, and the satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993) was examined to understand the influence of each factors on customer satisfaction. Results - As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. And, in information quality, the information overload was classified as an apathetic quality component, while the related information provision belonged to an attractive quality component. In reliability quality, customized service provision was classified as an attractive quality component. In instant connectivity, the quality of the connection during transport was classified as an attractive quality component. In convenience quality, access to product information was classified as a one-way quality component. All components of designs quality were classified as attractive quality components, and in security quality, all of their components were all classified as one quality component. Lastly, in customer service, they components were all classified as a single quality component. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. Conclusion - In the online service environment, which is difficult to differentiate in terms of upward upgrading only by technological implementation and function, the results of this study can be suggested as a differentiating factor for major channels with customers rather than improve the brand image.

Prognostic Significance of the Mucin Component in Stage III Rectal Carcinoma Patients

  • Background: Although mucinous adenocarcinoma has been recognized for a long time, whether it is associated with a poorer prognosis in colorectal cancer patients is still controversial. Many studies put emphasis on mucinous adenocarcinoma containing mucin component ${\geq}50%$. Only a few studies have analyzed cases with a mucin component <50%. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the prognostic value of different mucin component proportions in patients with stage III rectal cancer. Materials and Methods: Clinical, pathological and follow-up data of 136 patients with the stage III rectal cancer were collected. Every variable was analyzed by univariate analysis, then multivariate analysis and survival analysis were further performed. Results: Univariate analysis showed pathologic T stage, lymphovascular invasion, and histological subtype were statistically significant for DFS. Pathologic T stage was significant for OS. Histological subtype and lymphovascular invasion were independent prognostic factors in multivariate analysis for DFS, and histological subtype was the only independent prognostic factor for OS. Survival curves showed the survival time of mucinous adenocarcinoma (MUC) was shorter than non-MUC (adenocarcinomas with a mucin component <50% and without mucin component). Conclusions: Histological subtype (tumor with different mucin component) was an independent prognostic factor for both DFS and OS. Patients with MUC had a worse prognosis than their non-MUC counterparts with stage III rectal carcinoma.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the success factor of Quality Management (QM) in the manufacturing conditions aspect of medium and small-sized sanitary enterprise. The requisite for manufacturing factors are classified into manufacturing human factors (the number of production employee, training and teaching, discuss on quality, manufacture expertness, etc.), manufacturing facility factors (coating, hardening, and molding equipment), manufacturing core component factors (temperature and viscosity, line, surface). And the indicator of quality outcomes are measured by reorder and recommendation to others.

독립성분 행렬도 (Independent Component Biplot)

  • 행렬도(biplot)는 이원표 자료행렬(two-way data matrix)의 행과 열을 한 그림에 동시에 나타내는 탐색적 방법으로, 복잡한 다변량 분석 결과를 보다 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히 주성분인자 행렬도(principal component factor biplot; PCFB)는 인자분석을 통해서 변수들 간의 상호의존 구조를 탐색하기 위한 시각적 도구이다. 자료에 따라 잠재된 변수들이 독립(independent)이고 비가우시안(non-Gaussian) 분포를 가진다는 사전 정보가 있을 때, Jutten과 Herault (1991)가 제안한 독립성분분석(independent component analysis)을 이용한다. 이 경우 주성분법을 이용한 인자분석을 적용하면 원래 변수들의 상호 관계를 잘못 해석할 수도 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자료에 따라 잠재된 변수들이 독립이고 비가우시안 분포를 가진다는 사전 정보가 있을 때, 독립성분분석을 응용하여 원래 변수들 간의 상호 관계를 기하학적으로 살펴볼 수 있는 시각적 도구인 독립성분 행렬도(independent component biplot; ICB)를 제안하려 한다.
