This study is on the establishment process of Certification Plan of KPP small aircraft development, domestic BASA(Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement) shadow certification project. For the development of certification plan incorporations process understanding applicable regulations, selection of certification basis, definition of means of compliance and establishment of compliance checklist. On the basis of this process, we develop type certification procedure suitable for domestic small aircraft.

This study examines whether oil and gas companies comply with the requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 6 on Exploration and Evaluation (E&E) of Mineral Resources. For this purpose, a comprehensive checklist divided into eight different parameters was prepared by including every requirement of IFRS 6. While building on the previous studies, the annual reports of the top five Indian and top five Global companies engaged in this business have been investigated in detail against the checklist using content analysis as the research method. Results show that a majority of the companies (both Indian as well as global companies) have not been complying with the requirements of IFRS 6. In five out of eight parameters the companies have not complied with even half of the requirements. The overall compliance ratio is as low as 41.54 percent and 43.68 percent for Indian and Global companies respectively. While analyzing the non-compliance, it has been observed that despite having distinct accounting standards, different kinds of companies are reporting differently. Thus, it is not in line or consistent with the goal of IFRS i.e., to establish a universal language for the companies to prepare the accounting statements. The research findings identify the exact area of non-compliance while citing the relevant paragraph number of IFRS 6.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess knowledge, attitude, correct metered dose inhaler (MDI) use and compliance with self management among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: The participants of this study consisted of 109 COPD patients who were outpatients in C and K hospital located in G city from March 1 to September 30th, 2010. Data were measured using self-administered questionnaires and observational checklist. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 program that included mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, Sheffe test, and Pearson's correlation. Results: There were significant relationships between knowledge and attitude (r=.33, $p$ <.001), between knowledge and correct MDI use (r=.37, $p$ <.001), and between knowledge and self-management compliance (r=.28, $p$=.003). There was significant relationship between attitude and self-management compliance (r=.33. $p$ <.001). In contrast, attitude was not significantly related to correct MDI use. Conclusion: The study showed that COPD knowledge and attitude of patients were related compliance in managing their disease. Therefore, strategies need to be utilized in education programs which would improve knowledge and subsequently improve attitude and compliance.

고층건물의 적법하지 않은 소방시설로 인한 화재 증가로 안전성 확보를 위한 법규 검토의 필요성이 증가하고 있지만 국내 공동주택의 경우 소방시설 화재안전규정에 대한 적법성 검토는 잘 이루어지지 않고 있다. 구조적 특성상 화재 시 인명피해의 위험이 큰 건축물임에도 검토가 미흡한 이유는 건축법과 소방법 혼재에 따른 법규 해석 오류에 있으며 이로 인한 불필요한 소방시설의 설치 및 소방시설이 누락된 상태로 이루어지는 준공검사는 막대한 경제적, 시간적 손실을 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소방시설에 대하여 혼재되어 있는 법규를 한 번에 검토할 수 있는 체크리스트를 도출하고 IPA 분석을 통해 항목별 중요도와 현수준을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 실무 활용성을 고려한 매뉴얼을 개발하여 건설사의 소방 준공 리스크 저감에 기여하고자 한다.

인터넷의 급격한 발달로 인해 수많은 기업에서 다양한 어플리케이션들이 불특정 다수의 사용자에게 개방되어 있는 현재의 비즈니스 환경에서 최근 개인정보의 보안에 대한 이슈가 자주 언급되며, 그 중요도 측면에서 기업의 최우선 과제가 되었다. 얼마 전 정부에서도 정보통신망법 상의 개인정보 보호 강화조치를 법률로 제정하고 이를 다양한 산업군에 적용하고 있다. 기업은 개인정보의 보호를 위해 다양한 방안들을 마련해 이러한 규제를 준수하여, 내부에 관리중인 개인정보에 대해 보안을 강화하기 위해 빠르게 보안 솔루션을 도입하고 있다. 이에 수많은 데이터들이 저장되어 사용되고 있는 DBMS 측면에서 규제를 준수하는 동시에 효과적으로 데이터 보안을 확보하기 위한 방안을 암호화, 접근제어, 감사로 구분하여 각각에 대한 구현방법 및 해당 솔루션들을 비교 및 검토하여 이를 통해 최적의 데이터베이스 보안 방안을 모색할 수 있도록 체크리스트를 구현하였다.

Background: This study documented the performance of providers of visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA) at primary health centers, assessing their compliance with the VIA skills checklist and determinants of non-compliance, and exploring their perceptions of VIA training sessions. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among VIA providers in the $Mekn\grave{e}s$-Tafilalet region of Morocco. Structured observation of their performance was conducted through supervisory visits and multiple focus group discussions (FGDs). Results: Performance of all the recommended steps for effective communication was observed in a low proportion of procedures (36.4%). Midwives/nurses had higher compliance than general practitioners (GPs) (p<0.001). All recommended steps for VIA examination were performed for a high proportion of procedures (82.5%). Compliance was higher among midwives/nurses than among GPs (p<0.001) and among providers in rural areas than those in urban areas (p<0.001). For pre-VIA counselling, all recommended steps were performed for only 36.8% of procedures. For post-VIA counseling, all recommended steps were performed in a high proportion (85.5% for VIA-negative and 85.1% for VIA-positive women). Midwives/nurses had higher compliance than GPs when advising VIA-positive women (p=0.009). All infection prevention practices were followed for only 14.2% of procedures, and compliance was higher among providers in rural areas than those in urban areas (p<0.001). Most FGD participants were satisfied with the content of VIA training sessions. However, they suggested periodic refresher training and supportive supervision. Conclusions: Quality assurance of a cervical cancer screening program is a key element to ensure that the providers perform VIA correctly and confidently.

Quality audit is one of tools to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of quality system. Quality system will be improved through quality audit. This paper describes the considerations such as audit team, audit process, audit checklist and auditor's communication skills to perform effective quality audit. The result of quality audit depends on the auditees attitudes. Thus, the auditor's manner is very important to gain a good audit result.

본 연구에서는 갱폼 건설현장의 안전사고에 대한 유해 위험방지와 안전대책을 위해 갱폼 공사 중대재해 사고 예방을 위한 체크리스트를 개발하였다. 연구 방법은 갱폼 공사 건설현장의 체크리스트 항목을 도출하기 위하여 국내 건설현장에서 발생했던 1명 이상의 사망사고가 발생한 중대재해 사례를 분석하였다. 국내 건설현장에서의 중대재해 사례 36건을 분석하여 총 20개의 위험요인을 도출하였으며, 위험요인을 사전에 점검하기 위한 안전관리 항목 총 43가지 항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 안전관리 항목의 중요도와 체크리스트 형식에 대한 적합성을 평가하기 위해 안전관리전문가 37명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 체크리스트를 도출하였으며, 갱폼 공정순서인 조립, 설치, 해체/인양, 기타를 기준으로 체크항목을 중요도 순서로 배치하여 작업자 스스로가 갱폼의 작업순서와 안전수칙을 준수할 수 있도록 체크리스트를 구성하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 갱폼 건설현장에서의 사망자와 재해자가 줄어들 수 있기를 기대한다.

Purpose: Despite the numerous protocols and evidence-based guidelines that have been published, application of the therapeutics to eligible patients is limited in clinical settings. Therefore, a rounding checklist was developed to reduce errors of omission and the implementation results were evaluated. Methods: A checklist consisting of 12 components (feeding, analgesia, sedation, thromboembolic prophylaxis, head elevation, stress ulcer prevention, glucose control, pressure sore prevention, removal of catheter, endotracheal tube and respiration, delirium monitoring, and infection control) was recorded by assigned nurses and then scored by the staff for traumatized, critically ill patients who were admitted in the trauma intensive care unit (ICU) of Dankook University Hospital for more than 2 days. A total of 170 patients (950 sheets) between April and October 2016 were divided into 3 periods (period 1, April to June; period 2, July to August; and period 3, September to October) for the analysis. Questionnaires regarding the satisfaction of the nurses were conducted twice during this implementation period. Results: Record omission rates decreased across periods 1, 2, and 3 (19.9%, 12.7%, and 4.2%, respectively). The overall clinical application rate of the checklist increased from 90.1% in period 1 to 93.8% in period 3. Among 776 (81.7%) scored sheets, the rates of full compliance were 30.2%, 46.2%, and 45.1% for periods 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The overall mean score of the questionnaire regarding satisfaction also increased from 61.7 to 67.6 points out of 100 points from period 1 to 3. Conclusions: An ICU rounding checklist could be an effective tool for minimizing the omission of preventative measures and evidence-based therapy for traumatized, critically-ill patients without overburdening nurses. The clinical outcomes of the ICU checklist will be evaluated and reported at an early date.

A-SMGCS는 모든 기상조건에서 공항 이동지역 내 요구되는 안전수준을 확보하는 동시에 정해진 지상이동률을 유지하기 위하여 항공기와 차량에게 경로, 안내, 감시, 통제기능을 제공하는 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 A-SMGCS 적합성 검증방안을 개발하기 위해 시스템 엔지니어링을 도입하였다. A-SMGCS 운용개념을 통해 레벨 IV급 A-SMGCS에 대한 요구사항을 정의하였으며, 기능분석과 할당을 통해 시스템 아키텍처와 시스템 규격을 도출하였다. A-SMGCS 개발을 위한 WBS와 IMS를 수립하였으며, 마지막으로 시스템에 대한 확인 및 검증을 위한 CCL과 TEMP를 개발하였다.
