A preparation process's conditions of aqueous sol which contains anatase-type nano titania particles with photocatalyic properties was established by using Yoldas process, so called, DCS(Destabilization of Colloidal Solution) process in this study. And crystal size change and phase transformation of titania particles in aqueous titania sol depending on reaction conditions was investigated by a light scattering method and XRD analysis of frozen dried powders, respectively. This sol with photo catalytic nano titania particles was used to the following hydrophilic hybrid coating film's fabrication and its properties was evaluated. Subsequently, for coating film using the above mentioned aqueous titania sol, non-aqueous titania sol was prepared without any chemical additives and its time stability according to aging time was investigate. By using the above mentioned aqueous titania sol and non-aqueous sol, a complex oxide coating sol for metal and ceramic substrate and a organic-inorganic hybrid coating sol for polymer substrate was prepared and it's hydrophilicity depending on UV irradiation conditions was evaluated. As a conclusions, the following results were obtained. (1)Aqueous titania sol The average particle size of titania in formed aqueous titania sol was distributed between 20$\sim$90nm range depending on reaction conditions. And the crystal phase of titania powders obtained by frozen drying method was changed from amorphous state to anatase and subsequently transformed to rutile crystal phase and it is attributed to concentration gradient in aqueous sol. (2)Non-aqueous titania sol Non-aqueous titania sol was prepared using methanol as a solvent and a little distilled water for hydrolysis and nitric acid as a catalyst were used. The obtained non-aqueous titania sol was stable at room temperature for 20 days. Additionally, non-aqueous titania sol with addition of chealating reagent such as acethylaceton and ethylene glycol prolonged the stability of sol by six months. (3)Complex sol and hybrid sol with super hydrophilicity The above mentioned aqueous titania sol as a main photocataylic component and non-aqueous titania sol as a binder for coating process was used to prepare a complex sol used for metal, ceramic and wood material substrate and also to prepare the organic-inorganic hybrid sol for polymer substrate such as polycarbonate and polyethylene, in which process APMS(3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane), GPTS(3-Glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxysilane) as a hydrophilic silane compound and HEMA(2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate) as a forming network in hybrid coating film were used. The hybrid coating film such as prepared through this process showed a superhydrophilicity below 1$10^{\circ}$ depending on processing conditions and a pencil's hardness over 6 H.
The ring rolling process is one of the best known ring production method. The present model based control system was designed for rings with rectangle cross-section yet. An Adaptive Fuzzy Control for Closed-Die Ring-Rolling was developed in order to enhance the flexibility of the radial-axial ring rolling machine and to produce the rings with highly complex cross-section profile, roller bearing rings. A fuzzy method was implemented because of its simple application and to utilize the known process knowledge. The quality of the control system was estimated by die filling grad, which is strong dependent on the rising time of the controller. The rolling process parameters were also varied to determine their influence on filling of the ring profile. Die filling met the requirement of the industry.

This study aims to develop furniture industry in eastern district of Gangwondo and a city of Gangneung and Donghae. Case study on furniture complex in Asahikawa, Japan and survey of furniture companies in Gangneung and Donghae city were implemented for understanding of present state, followed by analysis of problems. It can be summarized as follows. First, the basic operation method of Japanese furniture industry is to keep a balance between industry and academy. Universities or centers are in charge of education and fostering talents, such as allowing to promote and to sell products in design center gallery while corporations support it by lending expensive devices and conducting strength test analysis. Second, according to the survey of furniture companies in Gangneung, many difficulties in products development such as a shortage of designer, method, creative design were discovered. With respect to education and human force fostering, education for design and e-commerce were not sufficient, also marketing section has a problem with limited space for display and selling. Corporate support section is facing problems in receiving raw materials, aging of facilities, manufacturing and management methods. Consequently, it is considered that academic and industrial sections should implement their own roles by forming a bilateral network which connects local universities, high schools, relevant organization in the city and providence and furniture manufacturing companies to companies' product development, human force fostering and marketing in an attempt to activate the furniture industry in this area.

Simple and useful synthetic process to control the morphology of block copolymers (BCPs) is required for implementation in various device applications. However, the conventional method to use colloidal templates is not enough to realize the production of pure and massive core-shell nanoparticles due to the cost-intensive complex process. Here, we introduce a novel and facile synthesis method to realize the formation of core-shell $SiO_x$ nanoparticle power by employing an immersion annealing of a sphere-forming poly(styrene-b-dimethylsiloxane) (PS-b-PDMS) BCP. We successfully obtained a PS-encapsulated $SiO_x$ nanoparticle with a diameter of ~20 nm. In addition, we analyzed how the mixing ratio of heptane/ethanol affects the BCP morphology of self-assembled PS-b-PDMS nanoparticles, showing a worm-like structure under the optimum immersion conditions. This useful approach is expected to be extendable to other solvent-based BCP synthesis, providing a new guideline for unique BCP production.

Many applications in computer graphics require complex and highly detailed models. However it is often desirable to use approximations in place of excessively detailed models in order to control the processing time. Thus, we aim to develop a notion of optimal matrix to simplify surface which can rapidly obtain the high quality 2D patterns flattening 3D surface as follows. Firstly, two 3D bodies are modeled based on existing Size Korea data. Secondly, each model is divided by shell and block for its pattern draft. Thirdly, each block is flattened by grid and bridge method. Finally, we selected the optimal matrix and demonstrated the efficiency and quality of the proposed method. This proposed approach accommodates surfaces with darts, which are commonly used in the clothing industry to reduce the deformation of surface forming and flattening. The resulting optimal matrix could be an initiation of standardization for pattern flattening. It is expected that this method could facilitate much better approximation in both efficiency and precision.
Post-weaning diarrhea (PWD), mostly caused by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC), remains to be a major source of economic loss in swine industry. The use of the ETEC-oral challenge model is often applied to mimic unsanitary commercial swine farm conditions where pathogens and unknown complex microbes exist and can cause severe infections in pigs. The purpose of this study was (1) to estimate ETEC density using spectrophotometric computation, (2) to determine survivability of ETEC after storing at $-20^{\circ}C$ for 7 days, and (3) to evaluate survivability of ETEC after blending with diluted sweeteners (0, 5, 10, 20, and 40% sucrose in phosphate buffered saline [PBS]). Cell density was quantified using UV-VIS spectrophotometer and counting ETEC colony forming units (cfu) at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, and 240 min. The established linear equation ($y=0.0031x^2-0.0079x+0.0043$ and $y=0.0046x^2-0.0151x+0.0113$) was used for robust quantification of each ETEC cell density. ETEC stored at $-20^{\circ}C$ showed 108 cfu/mL after thawing and incubation. When ETEC was blended with sweeteners (20 and 40%), survival of ETEC was decreased by 58 and 54% in 5 min post blending. However, addition of 20% of sweetener resulted in a higher survivability than those with other media concentrations. Therefore, the use of ETEC-oral challenge model would be possible as a stable method if we could confirm the appropriate medium that increases survivability of ETEC in weaner pigs.

Austenite stainless steel 304 has properties of high resistance to corrosion and temperature changes. Therefore, this material is widely used in various of industries. However, when the material is subjected to heating and cooling cycles the forming accuracy, for example, the right angle associated with a sharp bend such as corner is lost. This phenomenon is caused by the reversion of the deformation-induced martensite into austenite when the temperature in increased. This result in misfit of a structure or an assembly, and an increase in residual stress. Hence, it is important to understand this process. In this study, to evaluate the mechanical behavior of the deformation-induced martensite and reversed austenite, a scanning acoustic spectroscope including the capability of obtaining both phase and amplitude of the ultrasonic wave (i.e., the complex V(z) curve method) was used. Then, the velocities of the SAW propagating within the specimens made in different conditions were measured. The experimental differences of the SAW velocities obtained in this experiment were ranging from 2,750 m/s to 2,850 m/s, and the theoretical difference was 3.6% under the assumption that the SAW velocity was 2,800 m/s. The error became smaller as the martensite content was increased. Therefore, the SAW velocity may be a probe to estimate the marternsite content.
This paper presents a new method to detect attack patterns in security-critical systems, based on a new notion of Behavior Ontology. Generally security-critical systems are large and complex, and they are subject to be attacked in every possible way. Therefore it is very complicated to detect various attacks through a semantic structure designed to detect such attacks. This paper handles the complication with Behavior Ontology, where patterns of attacks in the systems are defined as a sequences of actions on the class ontology of the systems. We define the patterns of attacks as sequences of actions, and the attack patterns can then be abstracted in a hierarchical order, forming a lattice, based on the inclusion relations. Once the behavior ontology for the attack patterns is defined, the attacks in the target systems can be detected both semantically and hierarchically in the ontology structure. When compared to other attack models, the behavior ontology analysis proposed in this paper is found to be very effective and efficient in terms of time and space.
To distinguish reactive mesothelial cells from malignant cells in body fluid, we applied silver staining of nucleolar organizer regions(AgNORs) to ethanol fixed cytologic preparations. Fifty aspirated samples of benign(22 cases) and malignant(26 cases) body fluids were studied using the one step silver staining method. Two cytologically atypical samples were also included in the study. In malignant cases the mean AgNOR count was $3.56{\pm}0.81$, while in benign cases the mean AgNOR count was $2.02{\pm}0.33$. The difference of AgNOR counts between these two groups were statistically significant(p<0.001). The mean of atypical cases was 2.91. Both were diagnosed as malignant in follow-up cytology. In malignant effusions, there is statistically significant difference in AgNOR counts between cells forming complex papillae or clusters and singly scattered cells(p<0.05), $3.29{\pm}0.95\;and\;3.83{\pm}0.55$, respectively. We concluded that AgNOR count appears to be useful as a diagnostic tool especially when the cytologic differentiation is difficult.

The effect of protease (subtilisin Carlsberg) on the removal of hemoglobin as protein soil was studied. The relation between the renloval and the hydrolysis of hemoglobin by subtilisin Carlsberg was discussed. The soiled babric was prepared by spotting of hemoglobin solution evenly on the cotton fabric and was denatured by steaming. The soiled fabric was washed by using Terg-0-Tometer at various conditions. The removal efficiency was evaluated by analysis of protein on the fabrics before and after washing by means of copper-Folin method. 1. The removal of hemoglobin was increased in proportion to increasing of the enzyme concentration up to a certain point, but it began to decrease above the point. 2. The hemoglobin was removed effectively by adding of subtilisin Carlsberg, and more effectively removed by adding of AOS in the enzyme solution. 3. The removal of hemoglobin deviated from the first order reaction in detergency. 4. The renloval of hemoglobin was highest at $50^{\circ}C$ in detergency, Even at low temperature the removal efficiency of enzyme was relatively higher compared with the hydrolysis of hemoglobin by the enzyme. However the removal of hemoglobin was apparently decreased with the increase of temperature over $60^{\circ}C$. 5. The removal of hemoglobin was relatively high at pH 7.0~8.0 and increased continuously with the increase of pH in detergency 6. In detergency, the removal mechanism of hemoglobin by subtilisin Carlsberg could be explained as follows: Fisrt of all, the enzyme hydrolyzed hemoglobin substrates partially by forming E-S complex at the surface of hemoglobin on the cotton fiber, and decomposed cooperative binding of hemoglobin. Subsequently, the fragments of hemoglobin were easily removed by washing. According as the enzyme penetrated to inner part of hemoglobin gradually, the hemoglobin on the cotton fiber was effectively removed by the repetition of these process. The removal of hemoglobin was more effectively increased by adding both the enzyme and AOS in the washing solution. Therefore, it was regarded that AOS molecules were adsorbed at the hydrophobic surface of denatured hemoglobin, subsequently, decomposed more effectively cooperative binding of hemoglobin, and the fragments of hemoglobin were removed more efficiently by means of the interfacial reaction of AOS.
