퀵서비스 운송업자 모터사이클 재킷 착용실태 조사 (A Study on the Wearing Conditions of Motorcycle Jackets for Quick Service Transporter)

  • This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the real condition of clothing with focus on related to general motorcycle wear and motorcycle jacket targeting a quick service carrier affiliated with a quick service business in Seoul. In addition, this study is aimed at providing basic data on developing the motorcycle jacket, whose motional flexibility, safety and functionality are excellent, exclusively for a quick service carrier by grasping inconveniences and problems and deducting improvements on the basis of the questionnaire survey. This study, on the basis of the questionnaire survey results, grasped the general part related to quick service and motorcycle wear, such as their general matters, whether they were having on the motorcycle wear in the middle of doing business, whether it's necessary to wear the motorcycle wear, where they had a driving accident, and kinds of external injuries, etc. From the gathered results of analysis of the collected questionnaires, the item which got the lowest satisfaction was the inconvenience from the chafed front neck when driving. Besides, the results showed carriers' complaints like the elbow part felt tight, discomfort in the horizontal movement of the shoulders or back, and wind admission in between zippers. In addition, the respondents showed complaints in the item about hygroscopic property and air permeability at the armpits and back part, and 5 items about material flexibility, wind shielding property, living water repellency, weighty sensation, and night visibility were found to be low in respondents' satisfaction.

선천성 자궁기형 환자의 생식력에 관한 고찰 (Reproductive Performance of Women with Uterine Anomalies)

  • A reveiw of 85 patients with uterine anomalies was made in respect to the incidence, chief complaints, the reason of infertility, fetal wastage rate, pregnancy complications, fetal presentations and obstetric outcome after metroplasty from 1980 to 1985. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Incidence of uterine anomaly was 0.18% among all outpatients (85/48,240). 2. Of the 85 patients, there were 36 with bicornuate deformities (42.3%), 21 septate (24.7%), 18 uterus didelphys (21.2%), 8 arcuate (9.4%) and 2 patients with unicornuate anomalies (2.4%). 3. Uterine anomalies were diagnosed by hysterosalpingogram (54.1%), pelvic examination (14.2%) and other operative procedures. 4. Chief complaints were primary infertility (41.2%), secondary infertility (15.3%), repeated pregnancy loss (12.9%), antenatal care (11.8%) and menstural disturbance (10.6%), etc. 5. Twenty-nine patients with uterine anomalies had primary infertility. The cause of infertility was proved nonuterine in 26 cases and remained unknown in 3 cases. 6. The obstetric outcome of 104 pregnancies was spontaneous abortion in 51.0%, premature delivery in 11.50/0 and fetal loss in 57.7%. 7. Complications of 41 present pregnancies were threatened abortion (22%), premature rupture of membrane (12%) and premature labor (10%), etc. The frequency of abnormal presentation was 35.3% and 64.7% of deliveries was made by Cesarian section. 8. Metroplasty was performed in 13 patients who didn't have a baby because of repeated miscarriage and unknown cause of infertility. Subsequently 8 patients had 9 successful pregnancies: 6 patients had 7 healthy babies and 2 patients are now in pregnancy without any complications.

통신 상품별 VOC 영향 요인과 학습곡선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Learning Curve and VOC Factors Affecting of Telecommunication Services)

  • 본 연구는 유선통신 서비스 상품별 고객 불만(Voice of Customer) 감소에 따른 학습곡선을 추정 하고자 한다. 학습곡선모형 중 가장 일반적인 지수감소모형(Exponential decay model)을 사용하여 시간에 따라 고객 불만(VOC)이 감소하는지를 검증하였다. 그리고 통신사들의 서비스 상품의 인력투입, 소프트웨어 적용, 투자 등의 노력에 따른 고객 불만(VOC) 변화효과를 추가로 검증하였다. 서비스 상품별 실증 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습곡선대로 시간에 따라 고객 불만(VOC)이 감소하였다. 둘째, 초고속 인터넷, 전화, IPTV 등은 인력투입, Network 장애, 계절요인으로 인해 고객 불만(VOC)을 증가 시키거나 감소 시켰다. 셋째, 서비스 상품별 다양한 변수는 고객의 체감 품질을 높이고 있지만, 오히려 지속적으로 감소하지 않는 서비스 패러독스(Service Paradox)현상이 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

유.아동복 레이블의 불만에 관한연구 (A Study on Consumer Complaints over Lables on children's Clothing)

  • This study investigated material the type(sewn-in stamped-on etc) of the label and its placement(location on the product) on children's clothing in order to survey consumer complaints to suggest the improvement. The data were collected from label-producing companies by surveying children's clothing displayed at department store as well as by questionnaire to 205 consumers who were mothers of preschool children. The results were as follows : 1. 100% polyester was the most used raw material for brand labels and nylon was for care labels. 2. Most brand labels were one piece labels and located inside the back of neck line by sewn-in either on the top on each sides or on all four sides, Care labels were usually sewn-in on the inside of left-side seam line. The texture of care label was softer than that of brand label and two pieces of care labels were widely used, 3. 67.3% of consumers complained of its stiffness while 36.1% of consumers complained of rough surface and edge 85.4% of consumers complained of an itch caused by brand labels and claimed to detach labels. For care labels 36.6% expressed displeasure of stiffness of labels while 39% complained of annoyance due to too many pieces of labels. 4. Major suggestions from the consumers were change of raw materials and relocation of brand labels. For the care labels changes of material form and type of labels were suggested and one piece of label and smaller size were preferable.

실적자료에 기초한 공동주택 하자보수보증금 사용실태 분석연구 - 3년차 단지를 중심으로 - (A Study on use state of Defect Deposite based on Actual use data - focused on 3 years after moving in apartment complex -)

  • 우리나라는 공동주택 관리에 관한 규칙에 의거하여 하자보수 보증금을 예치하고 이를 기반으로 공동주택 입주자들의 하자보수 요구에 대응하고 있다. 현재 민간주택사업자들의 경우 막대한 시간과 비용을 들여 구축한 자사의 브랜드 이미지 고수를 위하여 자신들이 건설한 주택의 품질확보 및 A/S에 큰 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 현재 하자보수에 투입되는 비용중에는 순수한 하자보수에 투입되는 비용이외에 단지내 미화 등 입주민들의 비합리적인 요구사항에 투입되는 비용 또한 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 39개단 단지를 대상으로 하자보수에 투입되었던 실적자료를 근거로 실제로 하자보수에 투입된 하자성비용과 단지내 미화 등 하자보수와 연관성이 적은 기타비용인 민원성 비용의 사용실태를 분석하였다. 분석결과 하자성비용과 민원성 비용이 거의 비슷한 비율을 차지하고 있으며, 민원성비용이 오히려 높은 결과를 보였다. 이러한 분석결과는 입주자들의 비합리적인 요구 및 주택사업자들의 근시안적인 대처에 기안하는 것으로 사료된다.

대동맥판막하 막상협착증 치험 2례 (Discrete Membranous Subaortic Stenosis)

  • Two cases of the discrete membranous subaortic stenosis were experienced at the Department of Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery, National Medical Center, Seoul, Korea. Case I was 31 years old male with a history of aortic valve replacement[Ionescu-Shiley, 19mm] at the other hospital in 1980. Heart failure was noticed 6 years later. On cardiac catheterization, pressure gradient between left ventricle 4 aorta was 104 mmHg, but subvalvular aortic stenosis was not detected by preoperative 2-D echo <% left ventriculogram. Above case revealed stenoinsufficiency of the prosthetic valve. Under the diagnosis of the prosthetic valve failure, re-do aortic valve replacement[Bjork-Shiley, 23 mm] was done. During operation, the discrete membranous subaortic stenosis was incidentally found, and it was completely resected. So we thought that above discrete membranous subaortic stenosis was not detected at first operation, and it was progressed during 6 years, and accelerated the degeneration of the prosthetic valve. Case II was 20 years old female. Her complaints were exertional dyspnea, angina, syncope, which were aggravated since 5 years ago. 2-D echo <% left ventriculogram revealed the discrete membranous subaortic stenosis. Pressure gradient was 20 mmHg, but her symptoms were serious. Associated cardiac anomaly was the persistent left superior vena cava without connection with right superior vena cava. Complete excision of the membranous tissue was done. Post-operative pressure gradient between left ventricle & aorta was absent, and her complaints were nearly subsided. Both cases were type I according to the Newfeld classification of the discrete subvalvular aortic stenosis, and complete excision of the membranous tissue was done without myotomy or mymectomy. And short-term follow-up results[Case I:2 years, Case II: 1 ~ years] were good except soft systolic murmur[grade II/VI] at the aortic area in both cases.

단일 한방병원에 내원한 간암환자 60명에 대한 임상적 특징 분석; 후향적 차트 리뷰 (Clinical Analysis of 60 Patients with Hepatocellular Cancer Treated in Korean Medicine Hospital; A Retrospective Chart Review)

  • Objectives: This review aimed to present the characteristics of hepatocellular cancer patients treated by Korean medicine. Methods: Sixty hepatocellular cancer patients in a Korean medicine hospital from July 2012 to December 2019 were studied. We evaluated the general characteristics, overall therapies, and chief complaints of the patients. Results: Of the patients, 55% were stage IV, and Korean medicine was accompanied by conventional treatments, such as chemotherapy, operation, and transarterial chemoembolization. An average number of hepatocellular cancer patients had admitted to the hospital. The patients' chief complaints were dyspnea, general weakness, abdominal discomfort, and cancer-related pain. Conclusions: This study illustrates the general characteristics of hepatocellular cancer patients on Korean medicine treatments. These findings suggest that further investigations with a rigorous study design and more participants are needed.

부산지역 고등학교 급식서비스에 대한 학생과 급식종사자의 평가 (An The Evaluation of the Perception of Students and Employees for Foodservice Characteristics of in High Schools in the Busan Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the perception of students' and employees' perception with for their high school foodservicein Busan area. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed among the 324 students and 93 employees in 12 high schools in the Busan area. The students assessed the importance and performance of school foodservice as 4.00/5.00 and 2.97/5.00., respectively, and T the employees assessed the importance and performance of as 4.07/5.00 and 3.77/5.00, respectively. The importance mean scores of students wereshowed significantly (p<0.01) higher scores in internal environment factor and sanitation factor than those of employees, but the performance mean scores of students wereshowed significantly (p<0.01) lower scores in all the factors than those of employees. The importance grid of students and employees showed that the items of the high with to the low with of consideration of preference in menu, appropriate the meal hours, rapidnessrapidity of service, and prompt dealing with complaints were high scores to the students, but low scores to the employees. The performance grid of students and employees showed that the items of the low with students to the high with employeesfreshness of food ingredients, offering the consistency of consistently good service, rapidnessrapidity of service, prompt dealing with complaints, communication between students and employees, and food cleanliness were low scores to the students, but high scores to the employees of dish. Therefore, it would seem to be desirable that the foodservice manager may be plans the strategies with the involvement of students in the process from planning the menu to proposinge of ideas for improvement.

민간경비업무의 발전방안 연구: 이벤트 경비업무를 중심으로 (A Study on Development of Private Security Service: -Focused on event security service-)

  • 본 연구는 민간경비업무현장에서 이벤트 경비업무를 수행하고 있는 현장전문가들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 민간경비업무의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련분야 교수자 4인과 경력 10년 이상의 현장전문가 6인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 민간경비업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 이벤트경비업무와 연관성이 있는 교육이 필요시 된다. 둘째, 관객 응대 및 관객 민원 발생 시 대처 요령관련 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 서비스 관련 교육이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에서 집단민원현장의 규정을 현실에 맞게 조정하여야 한다. 다섯째, 열악한 근무 여건을 개선하여야 한다. 여섯째, 책임감 및 사명감을 배양할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다.

형방지황탕(荊防地黃湯)의 임상적 활용 (The Clinical Utilization of Hyungbangjihwang-tang)

  • 1. Objective The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and the improvement in the symptoms of the patients who administrated Hyungbangjihwang-tang. 2. Methods We examined 793 case report forms(CRFs) from six oriental medical hospitals and three regional oriental medicine clinics. These CRFs are recorded from november 2007 to july 2008. All constitutions of cases were diagnosed not only by Sasang constitution experts but also through clinical experiences. The traits of the patients and the effects of their treatment were examined. 3. Results and Conclusion 1. The chief complaints in which the patients showed improvement were Headache, fatigue, lumbago, dyspepsia. 2. The ordinary symptoms in which the patients showed improvement were insomnia, fatigue, constipation, dyspepsia, headache. 3. The average food intake of the patients was normal(65.2%) and their feces had intermediate hardness (semi-soft). The color of their urine was either clear or yellow. 4. The amount of the patients' sweat was appropriate (39.1%) Their water intake was approximately normal, and they preferred drinking the cold water. 5. Among the diseases that the patients previously had chronic gastritis(19.6%) had the highest frequencies. 4. Conclusion: The above results show that Hyungbangjihwang-tang can be considered beneficial to headache, fatigue, lumbargo, insomnia, constipation, dyspepsia patients whose food intake is normal, whose sweat level is either appropriate, who prefer to drink cold water, and who are suffering from chronic gastritis.
