Initially described in 1929, Warthin's tumor is a benign neoplasm predominantly found in the parotid gland of the salivary glands. Warthin's tumor is synonymous for cystadenoma lymphomatosum, adenolymphoma, and cystadenolymphoma. This tumor usually causes minimal pain, but the patient may complain of tinnitus, pain in the ear, or deafness. The tumor is treated with surgical excision, which is easily performed due to the superficial location of the tumor. In our case, a 69-year-old man visited our clinic primarily complaining of swelling in the left parotid gland area. Computed tomography revealed well-defined margins of the tumor in the superficial lobe of the left parotid gland and heterogeneous contrast enhancement. We performed superficial parotidectomy, with the pathological examination confirming Warthin's tumor. We report a typical case of Warthin's tumor and a literature review.

Objective : This study aimed to explore the clinical feature of patients with dyspepsia who were treated by an Oriental internal medicine. Methods : We analyzed 130 patients who visited an Korean Medicine Hospital for their dyspepsia-related symptoms, from March 1, 2014 until to February 28, 2015 Results : The sex composition was consisted of 31.5% man and 68.5% woman, and 85.6% of outpatient and 14.4% of inpatient. The 39.2% of patients showed chronic complain (>6 months), and the main causes included stress and fatigue for 46.2% and 31.5% respectively. The accompanied symptoms were mainly fatigue (40.0%), insomnia (36.9%), abnormal stool (34.6%), upper back pain (31.5%), and headache (28.5%). The improvement rate was 68.5% while other (31.5%) showed no change of dysplasia. Conclusion : This study created an important information of patients with dysplasia, which will be critically helpful for development of Korean Medicine-based therapeutics in the future.

Acute ankle sprain is the most common injury in the lower extremities, and approximately 10% to 40% of acute lateral ankle ligament injury causes chronic pain or instability. For chronic symptoms lasting after an acute sprain, the possibility of joint damage, such as bony structures, ligaments, cartilage, and nerves around the ankle joint, should be considered. Patients with chronic lateral ankle instability usually complain of repeated sprains or giving way sensations. There has been steady progress in the treatment options until recently, however new treatments are still being attempted. This paper describes the causes, diagnosis, and recent trends in the conservative and operative treatment of chronic lateral ankle instability.

Back ground: The purpose of this study was to examine the patient's satisfaction of Sympathicotomy and clinical observation by Oriental medicine. Methods: We studied 93 hyperhidrosis patients after Sympathicotomy. They were treated on East-West Hyperhidrosis Clinic, Kyung Hee University Medical Center, from October 1999 to February 2002. Resurt and Conclusion: The most patients were satisfied with treatment effects of Sympathicotomy and there were few side effects. The only complain was compensatory sweating. Sympathicotomy can be recommended as a useful treatment for hyperhidrosis. Clinical study by Oriental medicine on hyperhidrosis patients was showed that hyperhidrosis could be observed at Taeeumin, Soyangin and Soeumin. We can find the new treatment of compensatory sweating, by Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Oriental diagnosis.

The real option pricing theory has emerged as the new investment decision-making techniques superceding the traditional discounted cash flow techniques and thus has greatly received muck attention from academics and practitioners in these days the theory has been widely applied to a variety of corporate strategic projects such as a new drug R&D, an internet start-up. an advanced manufacturing system. and so on A lot of people who are interested in the real option pricing theory complain that it is difficult to understand the true meaning of the real option value. though. One of the most conspicuous reasons for the complaint may be due to the fact that there exit many different ways to calculate the real options value in this paper, we will present a replicating portfolio method. a risk-neutral probability method. a risk-adjusted discount rate method (quasi capital asset pricing method). and an opportunity cost concept-based method under the conditions of a binomial lattice option pricing theory.

This cases of rheumatoid arthritis has treated for Taeeumin Jowiseungchungtang(調胃升淸湯). The general symptoms are improved as a result such treatments.

Many passengers complain about the air quality of subway stations, mostly due to the dust. Usually, this dust is usually originated from tunnels, passengers, or outdoor air. As for now, the dust from tunnels and passengers is not easy to control, but relatively easy to control that from outdoor air. In this study, the effect of outdoor air on the subway air quality was investigated, and various factors was found to be effective. Based on these results, some strategies for the improvement of air quality in subway stations were suggested in this study.

In the past decades, complain about ground vibration and noise induced by pile driving has been quickly increased. Because of that, auger The role of train has expanded as mass transportation according to the increase of train passenger. The train operation personnel are more emphasis on the safety of train operation due to the increase of train's role. The reason is that the train transports many people daily. So, if there is natural disaster, such as earthquake, flood, high temperature, and so on, it will become disaster. Therefore, this paper introduces and proposes wayside detection system, which can be helpful for the safety assurance of train operation.

The Internet has produced a great variety of VOC data. However, they are hardly helpful for CRM because they are not integrated with VOC data of the related businesses yet. This paper has set up a system for the said VOC data to actually become helpful for CRM The system has two aspects. From the aspect of products, the customers' needs for products will be analyzed to produce what they actually want. From the aspect of customers, on the other hand, decent relationships with them shall be maintained constantly by thoroughly analyzing all the related data. The analyses on both of these aspects have the advantage of maximizing customer satisfaction by active CRM that makes us recognize what customers prefer, or complain of in advance and then provide them with tailor-made service.

Since the apartment was built by Korea National Housing Cooperation in 1961, the amount of its supply has been increased greatly, especially from the late 70's. Recently there are many ongoing studies regarding sustainable construction apartment in Korea, one of the research is developing sustainable apartment that has longer life cycle. Also according as life's quality of residents is upgrading, complain for impact noise and plumbing system noise from upstair or downstair are increasing more and more. To solve this complains, government established impact noise standard as lightweight impact noise of 58dB, heavyweight impact noise of 50dB and presented standard floor system or recognition floor system to satisfy this impact noise standard. So in this study, the aim is to develop dry ondol access floor system for sustainable apartment which have pleasant and quiet life environment.
