In this paper, we investigate optimal policies for three age-dependent populations in a competition system, which is controlled by fertility. By using Dubovitskii-Milyutin's general theory, the maximum principles are obtained for problems with free terminal states, infinite horizon and target sets, respectively.

The article examines the problems of ensuring the effectiveness of the economic security system in the face of increasing competition. The relevance of the study is determined by the intensification of competition between enterprises and the threats arising from this phenomenon. The methodological basis is the methods used: analysis and synthesis - to identify the main trends in the development of tools for economic security of the enterprise; systematization - to highlight the main characteristics of the economic security of the enterprise in the intensification of competition; generalization - to form the general conclusions of the study. The purpose of scientific research is to substantiate the feasibility of using the tools of the economic security system to increase its efficiency in the face of intensifying competition. The main components of the economic security system of the enterprise, which have the greatest impact on the formation of an effective level of economic security. The defining characteristics of the system of economic security of the enterprise are investigated. Special characteristics of the economic security system of the enterprise are considered. The offered directions of tools of maintenance of system of economic safety of the enterprise in competitive conditions: objective, subjective external, subjective internal. For each area, specific tools for ensuring the system of economic security, which affect its efficiency, have been identified.

In this paper, using the time scale calculus theory, we first discuss the permanence of a $n$-species competition system with feedback control on time scales. Based on the permanence result, by the Lyapunov functional method, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence and uniformly asymptotical stability of almost periodic solutions of the considered model. The results of this paper is completely new. An example is employed to show the feasibility of our main result.

Innovation with strategic interaction is to overcome the technological uncertainty and to create co-evolution through competition among individuals or organizations for the acceleration of innovation. The concept of innovation in the past was concentrated on cooperation rather than on competition for the efficient management of limited resources. However, in order to minimize the technological uncertainty, we need an innovation on the basis of competition between organizations. Competition stimulates technological adaptability. It is on the analogy of complex system. This is to satisfy consumers' needs, to transform the resources into a technology, and to apply for the development of new products and new technologies. If the emergence of a new technology threatens present technology and develops into a new level of technology through inter-relation, it becomes a mutually supporting technologies. When theses effects are simultaneously realized, it is possible for firm to have strategical innovation and to create a mutually evolutionary development. Furthermore, when the competition among more than two individuals or two organizations continues towards the same direction, the mutual competition and cooperation can be expected to create a synergy effect. The competitive environment should be composed of R&D, production, and consumers' choice. This will lead to interaction among organizations through strategic competition and cooperation. Intra-firm competition and Inter-firm competition are required to exist together.

The maritime logistics environment including seaborne trade, shipping and ports is changing rapidly and continuously. Large containerships, mega carriers and global terminal operators try to achieve economies of scale and economies of scope. As a result of the changing environment, the competition between ports to achieve competitiveness is intensive. Port competition among China, Japan and Korea is becoming fiercer, both directly and indirectly, resulting from the increased trade in northeast Asia. Port development projects within each country stimulate more intensive port competition. As a result, overcapacity, fierce price competition and overlapping hinterland problems will be caused in the future. Co-operation for survival is considered as a strategy in order to solve anticipated problems caused by port competition Busan port, for instance, could co-operate with China and Japan as well as with other ports in Korea Terminal operators' expansion through investments including joint-ventures will make connections between ports smoother. At the port authority level, continuous cooperative interchange between countries is indispensable.

Wrestling is one of the popular events for modern sports. It is difficult to quantitatively describe a wrestling game between athletes. And deep learning can help wrestling training by human recognition techniques. Based on the characteristics of latest wrestling competition rules and human recognition technologies, a set of wrestling competition video analysis and retrieval system is proposed. This system uses a combination of literature method, observation method, interview method and mathematical statistics to conduct statistics, analysis, research and discussion on the application of technology. Combined the system application in targeted movement technology. A deep learning-based facial recognition psychological feature analysis method for the training and competition of classical wrestling after the implementation of the new rules is proposed. The experimental results of this paper showed that the proportion of natural emotions of male and female wrestlers was about 50%, indicating that the wrestler's mentality was relatively stable before the intense physical confrontation, and the test of the system also proved the stability of the system.

A teacher evaluation system is a hot issue of educational policy these days. Many teachers have opposed teacher evaluation system, but government and many parents have agreed teacher evaluation system. And some people agree teacher evaluation system, but some people disagree teacher evaluation system. The approvers of teacher evaluation system insist that teacher evaluation system can provide the quality of instruction, satisfaction of schooling, and nation's competition capacity. But opponents of teacher evaluation system insist that teacher evaluation system can provide dissatisfaction of teachers' job, excessive competition among teachers, and the failure of educational policy. So, comprehensive studies about teacher evaluation system are needed. The purpose of this study was to investigate that elementary and secondary teachers' recognition about teacher evaluation system. The tool of this study was used questionnaire which was made by researcher of this study. This study indicates as follows. Many teachers opposed teacher evaluation system, because of deficit of validity and reliability of teacher evaluation system. Also, many teachers indicated instruction ability as the most important evaluation standard of teacher evaluation system. And many teachers predicted the dissatisfaction of teachers' job and excessive competition among teachers as a result of teacher evaluation system.

Today, the competition for hub-port is getting fierce and the shipping liners have enjoyed the increased bargaining power over the terminal operators through the mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and strategic alliances. This result leads the competition among terminal operators to attract liner companies and cargoes in their terminals. In demand side, however, there is a limited container cargo volume to handle because of a steady growth of cargo traffic. While, in supply side, continuous development of port terminals increased more competition among ports or terminals for cargoes. In particular the terminal operating market of Busan port is distorted because of the cargo competition between Busan North-port and Newport. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the stabilization measures of container terminal operating market in Busan port through analysis of the terminal operation market structures and market survey analysis method. For stabilizing the container terminal market, this study suggests the improvement of the legal and institutional system such as improvement in determining and reporting system of stevedoring tariff, establishment of fair competition rules etc., the introduction of port pooling system and adoption of volume-linked terminal lease system with cargo volume ceiling system for each terminal operator.
