This study discussed the international reorganization of fisheries in the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea, for the cases of Korea, China and Japan, through the fishery competition and the division of sea areas and resources. In these sea areas, each country has done mutual operation, which causes the fishery competition and controls fishery development. Besides, Exclusive Economic Zon(EEZ) established in 1996 resulted in the prominent changes of fishery development as well as fishery relationship among each country, demands reorganization of fisheries. New fishery order in these sea areas is controlled by BEZ system. The fishery reorganization according to EEZ is a common issue of each country and it also includes the importance of mutual fishery agreement. Resources of fisheries could be used continuously under reasonable management. Each country should consider the stability and existence of fisheries in the international viewpoint. At this point of time, those should be considered such as adjustment of interests according to the division of sea areas, establishment of resource management system and insurance of fishery management, for the subject of fishery reorganization.

This study aims to present the re-structuring strategies of healthcare facilities in Kwang-ju and Jon-nam province for it's competition power in the emerging global health care market. Kwang-Ju city and Jon-nam province have had difficulties in building a balanced healthcare system because of rapidly declining population, weakened healthcare infra-structure and geographical problems of healthcare supply by numerous islands. Now, Kwang-Ju city and Jon-nam province try to be a core place of economy and culture in the west-south asia. To do so, it is fundamentally necessary to reform their current social structure including healthcare system in large scale. This Study presents the current conditions and the problems of healthcare environment in these areas.

인터넷의 급속한 성장과 함께 분산 네트워크 환경 하에서의 정보 검색 문제는 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기하급수적으로 증가하는 정보의 홍수 속에서 사용자가 원하는 정보나 서비스를 효율적으로 찾아주는 방법은 꾸준히 연구되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 멀티에이전트(Multi-agent)환경 하에서 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 에이전트들을 효율적으로 탐색해 주는 에이전트간의 매치메이킹(Matchmaking) 시스템은 좋은 해결방안이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 확장 매치메이킹 알고리즘은 중개 에이전트가 특정 도메이 지식을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 문제에 대한 표현과 추론 과정이 명확한 CSP로 모델링 함으로써 불필요한 탐색 공간을 효율적으로 제거하도록 하였으며, 서비스 요청 에이전트의 요구사항을 만족시키면서 가능한 한 중복되는 에이전트 쌍이 최소화 되도록 일반적인 유사도(Similarity)와 함께 새로운 경쟁도(Competition)를 고려하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘이 기존의 매치메이킹 알고리즘보다 더 효율적인 것을 보이기 위해 온라인 인력 채용박람회를 모델로 하여 중개 에이전트가 직업을 구하는 서비스 요청 에이전트와 인재를 모집하는 서비스 공급 에이전트간의 매치메이킹 문제에 대해 실험 평가하였다.

The logistics industry is changing with the diversification of demand and related technology development. Thus, the transportation system is also changing to social problems and environmental damage, and the importance of rail freight is increasing with changes in the international logistics environment. This study analyzes railway freight competition structure using freight volume and suggests improving the competitiveness of railroad freight. To achieve the research purpose, this study was conducted using the Hirshmann-Herfindahl Index(HHI) and Location Quotients(LQ) method. As a result, the concentration trend of railway trends has increased from 0.213 to 0.238 during the last 9 years, and LQ analysis has enabled the identification of local competition lines by item. The study result confirmed that policy measures on railway freight system, railway infrastructure construction and railway operation are necessary to enhance railway competitiveness.

The main goal of this study is to examine the competition intensity in the Korean bakery franchise industry and to identify the core competencies of the industry's leading company, Paris Baguette. The frameworks of PEST analysis, Cross Impact analysis, a Five Forces Model, a Value Chain, and VRIO analysis. PEST and Cross Impact analysis were employed to investigate the industry's external environment, and the results indicated that 'increased attention on corporate's Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities' is the most influential factor among others. The analysis using the Five Forces Model found industry rivalry and substitutes were the greatest threats. Finally, the results of Value Chain and VRIO analysis identified four core competencies of Paris Baguette: its CEO's craftsmanship, e-procurement system, quality of dormant dough, and hub system. Multiple managerial implications are suggested for practitioners in the marketing area, especially in the saturated market environment.

However customer's demands are changing so rapidly and the mass production system is nolonger competitive to meet the demands. FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) has been introduced as a replacement for the mass production system, but it still does not meet system's requirements. A new manufacturing system, called a holonic manufacturing system(HMS), is emerging. In this paper it is introduced an autonomous cooperative system under the concept of HMS.

In a mega competition having no national boundaries, we have to apply the logistics system considering an environment seriously and to construct the environmentally conscious logistics system (ECLS) with the forward and reverse logistics system of a companies. The objectives of this research were to provide strategies required for implementation of the environmentally conscious logistics system. And also, we propose the future research topics needed for improvement of the studies on environmentally conscious logistics system.

This paper examines empirically if the increase of funding uncertainty in government supported R&D institutes(GSRIs) in Korean cause managers to use more effective management control practices. Recently government introduced a new government R&D budget management system, based on competition, named PBS(Project Base System). Government requires GSRIs to be self-supporting and compete for funding from government. The introduction of new budget management system named PBS, has resulted in the increase of funding uncertainty in GSRIs. According to institutional theory, government organizations gain legitimacy by conforming to external expectations regarding management control practices, In contrast, contingency theory proposes that management control practices are driven by the fit between the technical features of the environment and the management control practices. The contingency literature provides that one external factor expected to motivate government managers to use more efficient control practices is the presence of competition and funding uncertainty. This paper use both theoretical perspective to develop hypotheses and examine the influence of funding environment on management control practices. Results show that the more institutionalized environment, the more managers in GSRIs rely on bureaucratic mode of control for conforming to external requirements, and the greater the funding uncertainty, the more managers use results and personal modes of control to improve research team performance.

The planning and design of healthcare architecture generally requires the participation and consultation of skilled experts since it has more complex space program than any other buildings. Therefore, the computer-based expert systems for the planning of healthcare architecture have been tried continuously. The recent development of BIM technologies and object-oriented CAAD systems is leading these attempts to realize gradually. Thus, this study attempts to verify whether the new evaluation model and system of the spatial layout, which are based on the validation of space program that developed in earlier studies, are applicable to real examples of design competition. Through this simulation, this study tries to find the possibility of expert systems for the planning of healthcare architecture and act as basic data for the development of new system for the integrated design environment based on BIM technologies in the near future.
