간호사의 조직내 대인관계 역량에 관한 구조모형 (The Structural Modeling for Nurses' Interpersonal Competence within an Organization)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify a path model that anticipates the interpersonal competence of nurses by anticipating factors that explain interpersonal competence within an organization, and analyzing the effects of these factors. A hypothetical model was formulated based on a literature review of interpersonal competence. For the study, influential factors were divided into two variables: exogenous variables including communication style, coaching leadership, and social support, and endogenous variables of self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Methods: The sample included 202 hospital nurses. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. Results: The overall fitness was good ($x^2=74.707$, p<.001), d.f=19, $x^2/df=3.932$, GFI=.940, AGFI=.826, RMR=.009). Social support, self-efficacy, horizontal communication and organizational commitment directly affected the interpersonal competence of the nurses, and informal type of communication, horizontal, upward communication and coaching leadership indirectly effected the interpersonal competence of the nurses. Horizontal communication, social support, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment explained 46.5% of the variance in interpersonal competence of nurses. Conclusion: Based on the study results, nurses in hospitals need informal types of communication, horizontal, upward communication and coaching leadership to increase their interpersonal competence.

대학생이 지각한 부모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 부모-자녀관계 기본심리욕구의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Basic Psychological Needs in Parent-Child Relationships between Perceived Parental Attachment and the Life Satisfaction of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between perceived parental attachment and the life satisfaction of college students, focusing on the mediating role of psychological basic needs(autonomy, competence and relatedness). The Participants of this study were 208 college students. The result was statistically treated using SPSS 21.0 program, Amos 21.0. Additionally, PROCESS Macro was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated that a research model produced a better fit to the data than a alternative structural model. The final SEM model fit indices of $x^2$(df), CFI, TLI, RMSEA were met the acceptable criteria of model fitness. In other words, among the goodness-of-fit indexes of the final study model, $x^2=261.075$(p<.001), RMSEA is .082, TLI equals .925, CFI equals .940. The results showed the following: First, Parental attachment has a direct effect on autonomy, competence and relatedness. Also competence and relatedness have a direct effect on the life satisfaction. Second, Competence and relatedness showed a mediating effects on Parental attachment and the life satisfaction. The implications of these results were discussed and the further studies were suggested.

The Role of Knowledge Management, Managerial Competence, Market Orientation, and Innovation on Sustainable Competitive Advantage

  • Purpose: This study proposes a model for future research agendas on knowledge management activities as a source of increasing sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the literature, the role of knowledge management in sustainable competitive advantage does not necessarily have a significant effect but involves other variables. For this reason, future research proposals on the role of knowledge management on sustainable competitive advantage and other relevant variables need to be carried out. Research design, data, and methodology: This research uses a literature study. The model development stage is (1) relevant research studies, (2) identification of relevant theories and related variables, (3) developing and making a hypothesis (4) proposed model. Results: From the literature study, it was found that knowledge management plays a role in increasing managerial competence, market orientation, and innovation. Furthermore, managerial competence, market orientation, and innovation significantly affect sustainable competitive advantage. However, other studies have found a different relationship. Conclusions: This study proposes a research model on the role of knowledge management, managerial competence, market orientation, and innovation to improve sustainable competitive advantage. The study results can be used for further research based on the proposed model and as a reference for company owners and management to increase competitive advantage.

장애인직업재활시설의 조직역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Impact of Organizational Competencies on the Business Performance of Sheltered Workshop)

  • 본 연구는 장애인직업재활시설의 조직적 특성을 고려한 조직역량 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 장애인직업재활시설의 경영성과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인직업재활시설과 유사한 성격을 가진 사회적 기업의 자원기반관점과 기업역량논의를 바탕으로 조직역량 요인을 추출하였으며 기업경영성과를 평가하는 데 있어서 가장 적합한 모델로 평가되는 Malcolm Baldrige(1987) 모델을 토대로 연구모형을 제시한 후 조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인직업재활시설 조직역량은 영리적 성과와 비영리적 성과에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 영리적 성과는 마케팅 역량, 행정적 역량, 재무적 역량 순으로, 비영리적 성과는 조직문화적 역량, 재무적 역량, 시설장 역량, 인적자원적 역량 순으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인직업재활시설의 조직역량은 영리적 성과와 비영리적 성과를 포함한 포괄적인 경영성과에 영향을 미치며 마케팅 역량, 조직문화적 역량, 재무적 역량, 인적자원적 역량 순으로 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중소IT기업 N사 영업사원의 핵심역량모델 개발 (Developing a Competence Model for Salespeople in a Small-medium Size IT Firm N)

  • 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 지속가능한 기업이 되기 위한 우수인재의 확보 및 개발이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 이를 위해 기업은 자신의 기업에 필요한 인재상을 체계적으로 반영한 역량을 정의하고 활용하는 것이 필요하다. 역량이란 우수한 업무수행자가 보유하고 있는 독특하고 고유한 행동으로 지식, 기술, 가치, 기타 개인적 특성들이 직무수행에서 통합되어 행동으로 나타난 것이며, 이를 체계화 하는 과정을 역량 모델링이라 한다. 본 연구에서는 특히 경쟁이 치열하고 끊임없이 변화를 요구받는 중소 IT기업을 대상으로 역량모델링을 수행하고 맞춤형 역량모델을 개발하여 체계적인 인적자원의 관리 및 육성방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Dubois의 일반모델 덧씌우기 방법을 사용하여 역량모델을 개발하고 도출된 역량모델에 대한 타당도 검증을 위한 설문조사 및 워크숍을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 IT기업 N사의 영업사원에게 요구되는 핵심역량은 총 14개지만 영업의 시기에 따라 프로젝트 사전, 진행중, 사후로 나뉘어 13개, 9개, 6개가 유기적으로 활용된다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 역량모델은 향후 N사의 영업부서직원교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Testing an Irrational Model of Information Privacy Based on Competence Needs Satisfaction

  • Recently, there have been calls for approaching from the irrationality point of view to better explain the privacy paradox phenomenon. This study is a kind of response to them. The aim of the study is to investigate how satisfying competence needs, one of basic psychological needs suggested in self-determination theory, affects irrational information disclosure decision (i.e., risk-benefit assessment). To do this, the study builds an irrationality-based model in which competence needs satisfaction affects both perceived risks negatively and perceived benefits (i.e., relationship building and maintenance), which in turn determine a level of self-disclosure. Based on the data from Facebook users which is collected by a large sample survey (N=1050), the study analyzes it using Mplus, a powerful structure equation modeling tool. The study results reveal that while the relationship between competence needs satisfaction and perceived relationship building and maintenance is statistically significant, the relationship between competence needs satisfaction and perceived risks insignificant. These findings imply that people who is in a high level of competence needs satisfaction is more likely to respond to some opportunities for social benefits and in turn disclose more information about self.

A Contingency Fit Between Client IT Capability and Vendor Competence in IS Outsourcing Relationship

  • This study develops a contingency fit between client IT capability and vendor competence in IS outsourcing relationship by integrating both the contingency theory in organization and the relationship theory in IS outsourcing. By adopting a fit as a moderation, the relationship intensity of IS outsourcing is hypothesized to be influenced by the fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, thereby leading to the success of outsourcing. The testing data was obtained from 20 IS outsourcing projects from both clients and vendors in Korea. The research model proposed in this study was then tested using the structural equation model (SEM). As expected, the result shows that when there is a fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, higher level of relationship intensity and outsourcing success exhibits. The findings have significant impactions for further research and practice.

인테리어 리모델링 사업에서 영업사원의 핵심역량 모델 개발 - LG하우시스를 중심으로 - (Developing a Competence Model for Salespeople in Interior Remodeling Business - Focus on LG HAUSYS -)

  • Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

종합병원 간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 임상수행능력 (Critical Thinking Disposition and Clinical Competence in General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship between critical thinking disposition and clinical competence among nurses in general hospitals. Methods: This study was a descriptive-correlational study with a convenience sample of 560 nurses from 5 general hospitals. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaires. Critical thinking disposition was measured using the Critical Thinking Disposition Scale for Nursing Students. Clinical competence was measured using the Standardized Nurse Performance Appraisal Tool. Results: The mean score for critical thinking disposition and clinical competence was 3.37 and 4.10 respectively on a 5 point scale. A statistically significant correlation was found between critical thinking disposition and clinical competence. A regression model explained 72.8% of clinical competence. Prudence is the most significant predictor of clinical competence ($R^2=.728$). Conclusion: Study findings suggest that nurses with a higher level of critical thinking disposition would have a higher level of clinical competence. Furthermore, prudence might be the most important predictor of clinical competence. In order to strengthen clinical competence in nurses, the development and enhancement of critical thinking should be emphasized at the college level and nurses should be encouraged to make a clinical decision with greater prudence.

스마트워커의 역량모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Competence Model of Smart Worker)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스마트워크 2.0 환경에 가장 필요한 스마트워커의 필요역량을 파악하고 가장 핵심적으로 적용될 수 있는 스마트워커의 역량모델을 정의하는데 있다. 스마트워커의 핵심적 역량모델로 창의혁신역량, 소셜역량, 디지털역량은 매우 필요수적이며, 각각의 역량은 서로 유기적인 연결관계가 있음을 논증하였다. 이와 같은 스마트워커의 3가지 필요 역량을 강화하고 관련된 스마트 기반을 마련하는 것이 스마트워크를 정착시키는데 매우 중요한 역할을 하게 될 것으로 판단된다.
