전라북도 일부 지역 치과위생사의 직무만족도 조사 - 치과의료기관 운영제도를 중심으로 - (A research on the job satisfaction of dental hygienists an area in Jeollabuk-do - The focus of management system -)

  • Purpose : This study was to figure out the factors affecting the job satisfaction of dental hygienists working in dental clinics. To gain the data to establish the systems for enhancing the job satisfaction of the dental hygienists. This research has been conducted dental hygienists working in dental clinics institutes located in Jeonju and Iksan city, Jeollabuk-do, korea. Methods : The collected data were analyzed by using an SPSS statistical program, obtaining the following results. Result : The average satisfactory level of the dental hygienists was 3.45 out of 5 points. The most important factor affecting of the job satisfaction was the relationship with patients as 3.83 points and the least influencing factor was the compensation as 3.09 points. The management system and the satisfactory level were also correlated. For each of details, communication structure and working environment showed the highest correlation with Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.610. Among the management system the general job satisfaction according to the communicational structure was higher when they had better communication with dentists. Among the management system, the job satisfaction according to structural factors was higher when they have manuals for the job, when their job is taken partial charge of the responsibility As for job satisfaction by the welfare support factor in the clinic management system, the better an informal social gathering, the higher general job satisfaction. As for job satisfaction by the job autonomy factor in the clinic management system, the more evenly distributed job opportunities and chances of reeducation for professional development led to higher general job satisfaction. Conclusion : The compensation-related grade was the lowest among the 6 constituent factors of the job satisfaction, it seems that improvement of wages and incentives is required to enhance the satisfaction of the dental hygienists. Also, improving factors affecting the management system of the dental service institute can increase the job satisfaction since the job satisfaction was higher when the institutes have the better management system.

가사노동 가치에 대한 주부의 의식조사연구 -서울시내 거주 주부를 대상으로- (A Study on homemaker's Consciousness about the Value of household Production)

  • This study aims to get basic data for an objective searching examination into the value of household production through grasping the relation between homemaker's consciousness or attitude on it and the socio-economic related variables in today, the economic period of currency exchange. the approach of this study depends on the consultation of concerned references and social survey by questionnaire to explore the homemaker's consciousness. Homemakers with children over six years old were selected as object and stratified, considering each age of them and variety of socio-economic status. 450 homemakers among 600 selected with collecting the data. But only 353 samples are helpful for this analysis. They were calculated by frequency, percentage and the mean value for general characteristics of the families, and the noteworthy degree applied the Chi-square(x2) was measured to investigate the correlation between the related variables and each of items. The data was treated by the SPSS program of Computer Center, Korea Science Institute. The conclusions of this study are as follows; 1) The majority of homemakers have had affirmative consciousness on the household production as well as strong sense of responsibility in doing their duties. But the higher educational background or the standard of living are, the more want they to have a job also have a tendency to have leave the household production to others. 2)The reason that housemaker does not have a job is for being faithful to home life. But the higher educational background she have, the more weight is given to the management such as to husband or to children card, than to household affairs. 3) Homemaker's educational background and experiences in job affect on her spirit of inquiry for rationalization of the household production and social compensation mentality, by having more strong needs of learning for the household production or of socially proper compensation for casualty. 4) Homemakers mostly have affirmative consciousness on division of household affairs, that they think in need to feel the family as one body among themselves and to cultivate co-operative mind.

Compensation of the Error Rate for the Non-invasive Sphygmomanometer System Using a Tactile Sensor

  • The Purpose Of This Paper Is To Use A Tactile Sensor To Compensate The Error Rate. Most Automated Sphygmomanometers Use The Oscillometric Method And Characteristic Ratio To Estimate Systolic And Diastolic Blood Pressure. However, Based On The Fact That Maximum Amplitude Of The Oscillometric Waveform And Characteristic Ratio Are Affected By Compliance Of The Aorta And Large Arteries, A Method To Measure The Artery Stiffness By Using A Tactile Sensor Was Chosen In Order To Integrate It With The Sphygmomanometer In The Future Instead Of Using Photoplethysmography. Since Tactile Sensors Have Very Weak Movements, Efforts Were Made To Maintain The Subject's Arm In A Fixed Position, And A 40hz Low Pass Filter Was Used To Eliminate Noise From The Power Source As Well As High Frequency Noise. An Analyzing Program Was Made To Get Time Delay Between The First And Second Peak Of The Averaged Digital Volume Pulse(${\Delta}t_{dvp}$), And The Subject's Height Was Divided By ${\Delta}t_{dvp}$ To Calculate The Stiffness Index Of The Arteries($Si_{dvp}$). Regression Equations Of Systolic And Diastolic Pressure Using $Si_{dvp}$ And Mean Arterial Pressure(Map) Were Computed From The Test Group (60 Subjects) Among A Total Of 121 Subjects(Age: $44.9{\pm}16.5$, Male: Female=40:81) And Were Tested In 61 Subjects To Compensate The Error Rate. Error Rates Considering All Subjects Were Systolic $4.62{\pm}9.39mmhg$, And Diastolic $14.40{\pm}9.62mmhg$, And Those In The Test Set Were $3.48{\pm}9.32mmhg,\;And\;14.34{\pm}9.67mmhg$ Each. Consequently, Error Rates Were Compensated Especially In Diastolic Pressure Using $Si_{dvp}$, Various Slopes From Digital Volume Pulse And Map To Systolic-$1.91{\pm}7.57mmhg$ And Diastolic $0.05{\pm}7.49mmhg$.

  • This paper presents the determination method of the hybrid energy storage capacity for compensating the output of wind power when disconnecting from the grid. In the wind power output compensation, a lot of charging and discharging time with lithium-ion battery will be deteriorated the life time. And also, this fluctuation will cause some problems of the power quality and power system stability. To solve these kind of problems, many researchers in the world have been studied with BESS(Battery Energy Storage System) in the wind farm. But, BESS has the limitation of its output during very short term period, this means that it is difficult to compensate the very short term output of wind farm. Using the EDLC (Electric Double Layer Capacitor), it is possible to solve the problem. Installing the battery system in the wind farm, it will be possible to decrease the total capacity of BESS consisting of HESS (Hybrid Energy Storage System). This paper shows simulation results when not only BESS is connected to wind farm but also to HESS. To verify the proposed system, results of computer simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC program with actual output data of wind farms of Jeju Island will be presented.

산업재해로 발생한 외상성 허리손상에 대한 새로운 재활치료프로그램의 효과 비교 (Comparison of Rehabilitation Programs in Traumatic Low Back Injuries with Industrial Accident)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of intensive rehabilitation programs on pain, range of motion (ROM), lumbar muscle strength, core muscle endurance, disability, and depression in patients with traumatic low back injuries and to compare the efficacy of this therapy with that of conventional rehabilitation therapy. Methods: The study was performed with a retrospective medical chart review of patients with traumatic low back injury referred to the rehabilitation center at the Daegu Hospital of the Korean Workers Compensation and Welfare Service. Forty-four patients were allocated to either the conventional rehabilitation group (CRG; n = 22) or the intensive rehabilitation group (IRG; n = 22). The CRG group patients, who received 30-min therapist-supervised physical therapy and modality therapy five times per week for four weeks, were compared with the IRG group patients, who received 60-min therapist-supervised physical therapy, 30-min therapist-patient 1:1 matching rehabilitation therapy, and modality therapy five times per week for four weeks. Outcome measures were a numerical rating scale, ROM, lumbar muscle strength, lumbar core muscle endurance, thickness of lumbar deep focal core muscle (transverse abdominis and lumbar multifidus), Oswestry disability index (ODI), and depression (Korean version patient health questionnaire-9). Results: There were statistically significant improvements after treatment in all outcome measures in both groups (p < 0.05). In the intergroup comparison, NRS scores on the activity and thickness of lumbar deep focal core muscles increased significantly more in the IRG than in the CRG (p < 0.05). There were no statistically significant intergroup differences in NRS scores on resting, ROM except left lateral bending, lumbar muscle strength, core muscle endurance, ODI, and depression. Conclusions: We could confirm the superior effectiveness of an intensive rehabilitation program compared to conventional rehabilitation therapy in patients with traumatic low back injuries.

노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 SOC전략 중재프로그램의 효과: A Pilot Study (The SOC Strategy Intervention Program for Successful Aging of the Elderly: A Pilot Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 Selection-Optimization-Compensation(SOC)전략을 접목한 성공적 노화 중재프로그램이 노인의 SOC전략 및 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 연구대상자는 강원도 W에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 3명을 대상으로 하였으며, SOC전략을 이용한 성공적 노화 프로그램을 6회기에 걸쳐 1주일에 2번씩 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 한국형 SOC 척도와 성공적 노화 척도를 사용하였다. 분석은 일반적 특성은 기술통계를 실시하였으며, 성공적 노화 및 SOC전략에 대해서는 Wilcoxon signed rank 검정을 사용하였다. 결과 : 3주간 총 6회의 성공적 노화 프로그램 후, 연구대상자들의 SOC전략 수준은 평균 12.7점에서 14.3점으로 향상되었다. 또한, 성공적 노화 점수는 평균점수가 11.4점 증가하였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 SOC전략을 사용한 성공적 노화 프로그램은 대상자의 SOC 전략 수준과 성공적 노화 수준을 향상시킨 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해서 SOC전략 및 성공적인 노화를 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램 또는 작업치료사를 위한 가이드라인 개발을 하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

CNC 공작기계 상에서 접촉식 측정 프로브를 이용한 홀 측정 프로그램 개발 (Development of Hole Inspection Program using Touch Trigger Probe on CNC Machine Tools)

  • 다양한 소비자의 요구에 따라 가공된 제품을 좀더 신속하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 공작기계 내 자동계측장치를 적용하는 사례가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 자동 계측으로 가장 많이 활용되는 접촉식 측정 프로브는 주로 공작물의 가공 원점을 설정하고, 정확한 치수 검사를 통한 불량유무 판정 및 보상가공에 많이 활용된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기기상 자동계측장치인 접촉식 측정 프로브를 활용하여 가공된 형상을 신속하고 정확하게 측정하는 방법을 연구하였으며 이를 위하여 가장 많이 활용되는 홀 측정 사이클에 대한 매크로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 측정 시 홀의 진원도 오차에 따라 발생할 수 있는 편심량을 시뮬레이션하여 분석하였으며 본 연구의 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 기기상에서 개발된 홀 측정 매크로 프로그램을 이용하여 홀플레이트에 대한 측정이 이루어졌으며, 진원도 오차에 따른 편심량을 검증하였다.

대형조선소 천장크레인 운전원의 용접흄 노출 실태 (Exposure status of welding fumes for operators of overhead traveling crane in a shipyard)

  • Objectives: Operators of overhead traveling crane in a ship assembly factory perform work to transmit large vessel blocks to an appropriate working process. Hazardous matters such as metal dusts, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ozone, loud noise and fine particles are generated by variable working activities in the factory. The operators could be exposed to the hazardous matters during the work. In particular, welding fumes comprised of ultra fine particles and heavy metals is extremely hazardous for humans when exposing a pulmonary through respiratory pathway. Occupational lung diseases related to welding fumes are increasingly on an upward tendency. Therefore, the objective of this study is to assess properly unknown occupational exposure to the welding fumes among the operators. Methods: This study intended to clearly determine an equivalence check whether or not chemical constituents and composition of the dusts, which existed in the driver's cab, matched up with generally known welding fumes. Furthermore, computational fluid dynamics program(CFD) was used to identify a ventilation assessment in respect of a contamination distribution of welding fumes in the air. The operators were investigated to assess personal exposure levels of welding fumes and respirable particulate. Results: The dust in an operation room were the same constituents and composition as welding fumes. Welding fumes, which caused by the welding in a floor of the factory, arose with an ascending air current up to a roof and then stayed for a long time. They were considered to be exposed to the welding fumes in the operation room. The personal exposure levels of welding fumes and respirable particulate were 0.159(n=8, range=0.073-0.410) $mg/m^3$ and 0.138(n=8, range=0.087-0.178) $mg/m^3$, respectively. They were lower than a threshold limit value level($5mg/m^3$) of welding fumes. Conclusions: These findings indicate that an occupational exposure to welding fumes can exist among the operators. Consequently, we need to be keeping the operators under a constant assessment in the operator process of overhead traveling crane.

딜레이 보상 기법을 적용한 바이너리-트리 구조의 CMOS 16:1 멀티플렉서 (A CMOS 16:1 Binary-Tree Multiplexer applying Delay Compensation Techniques)

  • 본 논문에서는 CMOS $0.18-{\mu}m$ 공정을 이용한 16:1 바이너리-트리 멀티플렉서(MUX)를 기술한다. 본 MUX는 넓은 동작속도 범위와 공정-온도 변화에서도 둔감하게 동작할 수 있도록 여러 딜레이 보상 기법들을 적용하였다. 제안하는 MUX는 넓은 동작속도 범위와 공정-온도 변화에서도 셋업 마진과 홀드 마진이 최적 값인 0.5UI를 약 0.05UI의 표준편차 내에서 유지할 수 있음을 모의실험을 통하여 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 CMOS 로직 회로의 특성이 민감하게 변화함에도 불구하고 제안된 딜레이 보상 기법이 효과적으로 적용되었으며, 따라서 회로의 신뢰성이 매우 향상되었음을 나타낸다. 본 MUX는 $0.18-{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작되었으며, 테스트 보드로 검증되었다. 전원 전압이 1.8-V인 환경에서, MUX의 최대 data-rate과 면적은 각각 1.65-Gb/s와 0.858 $mm^2$이고, 24.12 mW의 전력을 소모하며, 출력 eye opening은 1.65-Gb/s의 동작 환경에서 272.53 mV, 266.55 ps으로 측정되었다.

계약학과 학생의 장기근속 유도를 위한 방안 (피부미용 전공) (A Study on the Long-term Work Guidance of Contract Students (Skin Care Major))

  • 본 연구는 피부미용 계약학과 학생의 직무 만족 및 이직 의도에 대한 요인을 분석하고 장기근속을 유도할 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 피부미용 계약학과 학생 260명에 대한 설문조사 자료를 토대로 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석과 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계약학과 학생들은 인턴십 기간 충분한 실무훈련을 통해 업무에 대한 자신감을 느끼고 본인의 포지션에서 직무수행의 권한위임을 받음으로써 직무만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 계약학과 학생들에게 직무 향상을 위한 정기적인 기술교육은 직무수행에 대한 자신감과 직업에 대한 확신을 주었고 이는 장기근속을 유도했다. 셋째, 계약학과 학생들에게 계약기간 업무능력에 따라 공정하게 성과급, 포상, 승진 기회 등 보상 제도를 적용해 업무능력 향상의 동기부여를 줌으로써 이직 의도를 줄였다. 이에 본 연구는 피부미용 계약학과 학생들에게 직무수행의 권한 위임, 직무수행에 대한 확신, 그리고 능력에 따른 보상 제도를 적용함으로써 직무 만족 및 이직률 감소와 장기근속까지 끌어낼 수 있음을 시사한다.
