  • Marketing ventilation fan 3 kinds been using in kitchen of apartment house into compensation discharge performance of contaminant measure. When propane gas burns by gas table, did waste heat into measurement compensation with carbon dioxide that it happens. In measured all type of exhaust fan, discharge performance of carbon dioxide and waste heat was high there are been much displacement. Among A, B, C three types, performance of A type exhaust fan was most superior and performance of C type exhaust fan was most poor

금속 마이크로 와이어의 단조-굽힘 성형에서 스프링백에 관한 해석적 연구 (Finite Element Analysis on the Springback in the Forging-Bending of Metal Micro-Wire)

  • Springback is one of factors affecting precision in metal forming. Its effect is particularly prominent in bending process. In this study, bending and forging process are used in order to manufacture a micro spring with two bending region from $60{\mu}m$ diameter wire. Springback in the process lowers the precision of the micro spring. Overbending for springback compensation has wide usage in a general way. However, this method requires repeated modifications of press dies until the tolerance is allowable, which causes that production cost and time increase. In this paper, we analyzed the mechanism of springback in the forming process of the micro spring using finite element method. In addition, a simple method to control springback without modifying dies was proposed by performing numerical analysis with various parameters.

페레니얼 라이그라스 위주 초지에서 목초, 잡초 식생 군락간 상호작용 (The Interaction Index Between Grasses and Weeds in the Grassland Composed with Mainly Perennial Ryegrass)

  • 본 시험은 페레니얼라이그라스 위주 초지에서 목초 및 잡초의 건물중의 분포와 기능 및 목초와 잡초간 경합에 의한 상호작용을 조사하였다. 페레니얼라이그라스 위주 초지를 조파조성 및 조파 조성후 보파 관리하여 연 3회 예취와 방목이용하고 이 초지에서 발생량이 많은 잡초인 냉이, 바랭이와 피에 대하여 조파 및 보파한 채초지와 방목지에서 목초와 각 잡초간 상호작용을 측정하였다. 목초와 잡초간 상호작용의 측정을 위해 기대수량(expected yield : P), 상대지수(relative yield total : RYT), 보상지수(compensation index: CI) 및 형태지수 (morphological index: MI) 등 지수(Index)를 도입하였다. 도입된 이들 지수의 측정은 봄, 여름 및 가을의 각 예취 직전에 이루어졌는데 측정된 각 지수는 각 처리구별 예취 시기별 및 잡초 종류 따른 차이와 변화가 인정되었다. 기대수량의 경우 가을 이용시기에 보파에 의해 약간 증가하였으나 상대수량에 있어 0.17에서 0.41 범위에 있어 크게 개선되지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 보상지수는 -0.3에서 -0.6 범위로 모두 과소보상(+, --)으로 나타나 잡초에 의한 수량감소가 크게 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 페레니얼라이그라스 위주 초지에서 보상지수를 감소시키는 주요 잡초인 바랭이, 피의 경우 방목이용에 따른 페레니얼 위주 초지의 개선효과 보다 조파 및 조파 후 보파관리에 의한 개선효과는 크지 않았다.

추가 이동 질량을 이용한 선형 모터용 반발력 보상 기구 (A Passive Reaction Force Compensation Mechanism for a Linear Motor Motion Stage using an Additional Movable Mass)

  • Reaction force compensation (RFC) mechanism can relieve the vibration of base system caused by acceleration and deceleration of mover. In this paper, we propose a new passive RFC mechanism with a movable additional mass to reduce vibration of the system base as well as displacement of the magnet track. First, equation of motion for the new passive RFC mechanism is derived and simulated to tune design parameters such as masses and spring coefficients. Simulation results show that the vibration of the system base of the stage with the new RFC mechanism.

  • This paper analyzes the characteristics of pre-sliding friction of an X-Y table of CNC machining center at velocity reversal, and presents a simple and effective method of friction compensation based on this characteristics. At velocity reversal, a large position tracking error occurs because of the discontinuous change of friction. The relationship between the occurrence time of maximum position tracking error and the acceleration at zero velocity is analyzed by using the spring-like friction model. Furthermore, the experimental observation verifies this relation. From this, the state transition tine from pre-sliding regime into sliding regime can be predicted. Using the predicted transition time, the friction can be effectively compensated and table experimental results show its effectiveness.

동력저장장치가 적용된 복합발전시스템의 개발 (Development of combined generation systems that power storage apparatus is applied)

  • The developments of the solar and the wind power energy are neccessary since the future alternative energies that have no pollution and no limitation are restricted. Currently power generation system of existing problems, combined generation system of photovoltaic(400W) and wind power generation system(400W) was suggested. It combines wind power and solar energy to have the supporting effect from each other. However, weather condition, power compensation device that uses elastic energy of spiral spring to combined generation system was also added for the present study. In an experiment, when output of system gets lower than 12V(charging voltage), power was continuously supplied to load through the inverter by charging energy obtained from generating rotary energy of spiral spring operates in small scale generator.

수직다관절 로봇의 중력보상장치 개발 및 성능 분석 (A Passive Gravity-Compensation System for Articulated Robots)

  • This paper presents a new passive gravity -compensating system for articulated robot manipulators. The system, which consists of linear zero- free -length springs, achieves exact counterbalancing o f the gravitational loads throughout the entire range of the manipulator workspace, A basic concept is to design springs such that the total potential energy of the system including the manipulator and the springs should be maintained constant. A prototype has been developed for a direct-drive five-bar manipulator and its performances have been investigated. Results show that the gravity-induced motor torques have been reduced to less than 5% of those of uncompensated robots. Also, the gravity-compensating system simplifies the position control algorithm while maintaining the trajectory-tracking errors in a satisfactory level. In conclusion, the proposed system efficiently improves the manipulator performances by reducing the driving motor size and the energy consumption as well as by simplifying the control systems.

무금형 다점 펀치를 사용한 선체외판의 분할 성형 가공 정보 계산 시스템 개발 (Mechanical Bending Process and Application for a Large Curved Shell Plate by Multiple Point Press Machine)

  • As a forming method for curved hull plates more efficient than the flame bending, mechanical bending using multi point press forming and die-less forming is discussed in this paper. the mechanical forming is a flexible manufacturing system for automatically forming of hull parts. It is especially suited to varied curved parts. This paper discusses a multiple point pressing machine composed of a pair of reconfigurable punches in order to achieve the rapid forming of curved hull plates using division forming and presents how forming information is obtained from the given design surface. Although the mechanical forming can be efficient in the metal forming, spring back after pressing is a phenomenon which must be carefully considered when quantifying the process variables. If the spring back is not accurately controlled, the fabricated shell plate cannot meet assembly tolerance. This paper describes the principles to calculate the proper stroke of each punch at the divided areas. the strokes are determined by an iterative process of sequential pressing and spring back compensation from an unfolded flat shape to its given design surface. FEA(finite element analysis) is used to simulate the spring back of the plate and the IDA(iterative displacement adjustment) method adjusts the offset of pressing punches from the deformation results and the design surface. The shape deviations of two surfaces due to spring back are compensated by integrated system using FEA and IDA method. For the practical application, It is aimed to develop an integrated system that can automatically perform the compensation process and calculate strokes of punches of the double sides' reconfigurable multiple-press machine and some experimental results obtained with mechanical bending are presented.

XY 선형 모션 스테이지 시스템의 반발력 보상 기구와 제어 (Mechanism and Control of Reaction Force Compensation of XY Linear Motion Stage System)

  • 본 논문에서는 별도의 외부 격리 구조물이나 추가 모터가 필요 없는 XY 선형 모션 스테이지를 위한 반발력 보상 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 이동 가능한 마그넷 트랙, 스프링, 추가 질량을 포함한 자체 반발력 보상 구조를 가지고 있으며 이송용 모터 코일과 마그넷 트랙의 상대 위치를 검출할 수 있는 전용 센서를 개발하여 고정밀 추력 및 위치를 제어에 적용하였다. 먼저 반발력 보상 시스템을 모델링하고 모의 시험을 통해 이동 거리, 가속도, 하중, 허용 가능한 장비 크기와 같은 설계 요소를 최적화 하였다. 반발력 보상 시스템이 구비된 XY 모션 스테이지를 제작하였으며, 해당 시스템의 성능을 실험적으로 검증하였다. 실험결과 10m/$s^2$ 가감속 시에 85%의 반발력이 반발력 보상 시스템에 의해 흡수되었다.
