In these studies the efficracy of plate, tube agglutination and agar-gel precipitin test were compared for the detection of pullorum infected chickens. From all the chickens showing positive reaction in agar-gel precipitin test, Salmonella pullorum organisms were isolated.

현대인들의 정신적 심리적 상처와 문제 등의 증가로 독서치료의 중요성과 필요성에 대한 인식이 점차 높아지고 있고, 이와 함께 독서치료 관련연구도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 독서치료 연구발전과 독서치료에 대한 인식 확립을 위해, 현 시점에서 독서치료 연구동향을 다양한 관점에서 분석할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 OECD가입국가 가운데 자살률 1, 2위 국가이자 1950~60년대 비슷한 시기에 독서치료를 도입한 한국과 일본을 연구대상으로 삼아 양국의 독서치료 연구동향을 비교 분석하였다. 연구는 한국과 일본에서 독서치료 연구논문이 최초로 발표된 시점부터 2016년까지 발행된 모든 학문분야의 독서치료 학술연구논문들을 중심으로 3개의 관점 - (1) 연구논문, (2) 용어활용, (3) 학문분야 및 연구방법 - 에서 조사 및 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 양국에서의 독서치료 연구의 전반적인 흐름을 비교하며 살펴볼 수 있었고, 동일한 영역 내에서의 공통점과 차이점을 확인할 수 있었다.

As unemployment rates and concerns about turnover keep growing, the need for information is also increasing. In these situations, the job reviews which share information about the company catch people's attention because they are usually created by people who worked at the company. The development of SNS and mobile environments has led to an increase in the web services that provide job reviews. For example, Jobplanet is a job review service in Korea, and Glassdoor.com offers a similar service in the US. Despite this attention, however, research utilizing job reviews is insufficient. This paper asks whether there are differences in ratios of job satisfaction factors by industry, using LDA topic modeling and co-occurrence analysis to explore the differences. Through the results of LDA, we find that the ratios of job satisfaction factors are similar by industry. At the same time, the results of co-occurrence analysis show that the co-occurrence frequency of some job satisfaction factors appears high: pay and welfare, balance of work and life, company culture. We expect that the result of this research will be helpful in comparative analysis of job satisfaction factors by industry. Furthermore, in this paper we suggest how to use the job review data in organizational behavior research.

Euclid's Elements has been considered as the stereotype of logical and deductive approach to mathematics in the history of mathematics. Nonetheless, it has been criticized by its dryness and difficulties for learning. It is worthwhile to noticing mathematicians' struggle for providing some alternatives to Euclid's Elements. One of these alternatives was written by a French scientist, Pardies who called it 'Elemens de Geometrie ou par une methode courte & aisee l'on peut apprendre ce qu'il faut scavoir d'Euclide, d'Archimede, d'Apllonius & les plus belles inventions des anciens & des nouveaux Geometres.' A precedent research presented its historical meaning in traditional mathematics of China and Joseon as well as its didactical meaning in mathematics education with the overview of this book. However, it has a limitation that there isn't elaborate comparison between Euclid's and Pardies'in the aspects of contents as well as the approaching method. This evokes the curiosity enough to encourage this research. So, this research aims to compare Pardies' Elements and Euclid's Elements. Which propositions Pardies selected from Euclid's Elements? How were they restructured in Pardies' Elements? Responding these questions, the researcher confirmed his easy method of learning geometry intended by Pardies.

Rice blast fungus, Magnaporthe oryzae, inflicts serious damage to global rice production. Due to high variability of this fungal pathogen, resistance of newly-released rice cultivars is easily broken down. To understand the population structure of M. oryzae, we analyzed the genetic diversity of the Korean population using multilocus microsatellite typing. Eleven microsatellite markers were applied to the population of 190 rice isolates which had been collected in Korea for two decades since the 1980's. Average values of gene diversity and allele frequency were 0.412 and 6.5, respectively. Comparative analysis of the digitized allele information revealed that the Korean population exhibited a similar level of allele diversity to the integrated diversity of the world populations, suggesting a particularly high diversity of the Korean population. Therefore, these microsatellite markers and the comprehensive collection of field isolates will be useful genetic resources to identify the genetic diversity of M. oryzae population.
