The article reveals the essence of the concept of "pedagogical innovation" and identifies trends in the development of a modern educational institution. A qualitative analysis of the scientific literature in the field of innovation science has been carried out. The essence of the concept of "pedagogical innovation" is revealed. The modern classification of pedagogical innovations is given. The factors of the success of the introduction of pedagogical innovations are determined. The main trends in the development of modern educational institutions are outlined.

Purpose: This study proposes methods and procedures for evaluating imaging security systems quality of cabinet x-ray screening system to enhance performance certification technology. Also, conducted a comparative analysis of the literature of test-kit for imaging security quality evaluation. Methods: Comparative analysis of the test-kits and related documents for image quality assessment of cabinet x-ray screening equipment. This allows assessment items were selected and the methods for each assessment item were proposed. In addition, the configuration method of the assessment team was established by applying the technology readiness assessment(TRA). Results: Four of the assessment items were selected when estimate image quality by a comparative analysis of literature. For each assessment item, the evaluation method and minimum level of availability were determined. Finally, this paper proposes an imaging quality assessment of cabinet X-ray imaging security systems. Conclusion: Development of imaging security systems evaluation procedures for cabinet X-ray screening systems can be help improve performance certification of aviation security equipment.

The main concern of the study is the playwrights' perspectives toward the relationship between society and individuals rather than specific cultural or social circumstances. This study is justified in that the similarities of both playwrights not only provide an opportunity to bridge two different cultures, but they also help readers understand another culture and deepen the understanding of their own culture in the map of international literature. In their plays, both Miller and Cha express an individual's or a family's frustration, conflict, pleasure, and hope as reflected in the social circumstances. The characters take ideas and values from their social world and thrive or fail. Specifically, I have focused on three elements--obsession, generational value systems, and alienation. With three common features, I examine how closely Miller and Cha deal with ordinary people's tragedies.

This study aims at reviewing the manual searching and the on-line Searching one of literature at the library or the information center, based on the comparative cost-effectiveness analysis. For this purpose, the two literature searching modes, the MEDLINE database and the corresponding Index Medicos one were used at the Medical school library of the‘s’university under same conditions of using six requests.

Comparison the literature of Korean Shroud with Current Shroud are as follows. 1. The Mo(冒) and m were not included in current shroud. Onang(五囊), Ch'im(枕), Kum(衾) and Kyo(絞) were included in current shroud. 2. Terms of the current shroud were various than the literature of korean shroud. 3. The cloths of the literature of korean shroud were Chu, Chung, P'o(布), Ch'o and Kyon, etc. But the cloths in the current shroud were Myongchu, Sambe and Kongdan. The color of the literature of korean shroud were various, but in the current shroud was light color center upon the white color. 4. The shape of the current shroud was various.

Objectives : The aim of this study is reviewing the literature to extracting the key parameter and finding the calibration parameter for the clinical study with economical assessment protocol on atopic dermatitis. Methods : Literature search is performed using PUBMED for literature published from Janurary 2000 to December 2016. We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) with economic assessment in which human participants. Results : Among the articles published from January 2000 to December 2016, The 1464 articles were found. After reviewing the title, abstract and full text, the five articles were selected. Selected articles are classified 3 CEA(cost effective analysis)study, 1 CMA(cost minimizing analysis)study and 1 cost analysis study. Conclusions : We found highly reliable key parameters and calibration parameters, which might be necessary factors for developing research protocol of economic evaluation alongside clinical trial about atopic dermatitis patients.

This paper reports a comparative study for performance evaluation guidelines for bridge bearings. Guidelines for bridge bearings such as KS, EN1337, AASHTO LRFD, and Japanese code were analyzed. In addition, fatigue tests of elastomeric bearing are being conducted for allowable shear deformation and compressive stress. Based on literature survey and tests, the innovative concept of performance evaluation guidelines for bridge bearings is suggested.

In this paper, we try to explore the nature of open source software development process. The process involves peculiar characteristics which seem to defy the traditional economic reasoning for technology policy. Based upon the comparative case study of open source software development process with the two innovation processes adopted from literature on economic history, we argue that technology policy should strike the balance between provision of innovation incentives and voluntary disclosure of information.

It is aimed to examine the effect of literary therapy program on the improvement of friendship among elementary school students using various media and activities of literature. After the literature therapy program was conducted for elementary students, post-test was conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the comparative group in the post-test immediately after the end of the program, but in the follow-up test performed 5 weeks after the counseling, the average of the peer relations of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the comparative group. Second, in the post-test, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the comparative group in the "intimacy" sub-area of the peer relationship, but in the follow- up test, the "intimacy" sub-region average of the experimental group was significantly higher than the comparative group. Third, the level of 'interest' among the peer relationship sub-domains of the experimental group showed a significant difference in the follow-up test. As a result, literature therapy had no immediate effect on the improvement of friendship among adolescents, but it was effective after a long time.

Oral literature can largely be categorized into myth, legend, and folktales, which are stories orally transmitted from the prehistoric times. The purpose of this study is to compare the discourse on the oral literature of the East and the West from a cultural studies viewpoint by focusing on its "symbolic systems," particularly "figures of speech," or "tropic traits", in order to utilize this oral literature as a resource in the study of Northeast Asian culture. Undergoing modernization, the symbolic meaning of oral literature has been demythologized both in the West and in Northeast Asia. Of course, oral literature, verbally transmitted over a long period of time, has naturally been changed over time and even "contaminated" in a sense by losing its original archaic archetype while it was textualized with letters during the early period of the modernization process. Nevertheless, the principle of "resemblance" and "similarity" between nature/universe and human/humanity, which has been stripped away in modernity, can still be found in oral literature with its mythic power. For this reason, the study of oral literature in the West has attempted to restore the lost magical power within it, particularly in myth. As such, this study delves into the symbolism of the mythic thought of Northeast Asian countries, namely Korea, China, and Japan, which has been lost in the course of their compressed modernization, in relation to the tropic figures of their oral literatures.
