항공사 신뢰와 서비스제공자 신뢰 및 충성도의 영향관계 연구 (Effects of Company Trust and FLSE's Trust on Loyalty in Airline Industry)

  • 고객에게 최고의 서비스를 제공하며 고객을 안전하게 목적지까지 운송하는 항공 서비스의 경우 고객과의 신뢰형성은 충성 고객 확보를 위해 필수적이다. 기존의 항공사 신뢰 연구는 제한 된 변수를 통해 이루어졌으며 본 연구에서는 제품에서와 마찬가지로 서비스에도 서비스제공자와 신뢰가 형성될 수 있음을 고려하여 신뢰의 선행차원들이 신뢰(항공사 신뢰, 서비스제공자 신뢰)와 충성도에 미치는 영향관계를 연구해 보고자 하였다. 이에 이론적 고찰을 통해 신뢰의 선행 차원을 '역량', '호의', '문제해결능력'으로 구분하였으며, 신뢰의 대상은 항공사 신뢰와 서비스제공자 신뢰로 구분하였다. 편의표본추출을 통하여 298부의 설문지를 항공 서비스 이용객을 대상으로 회수하였으며 결측치가 있는 자료를 제외하고 286부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 먼저 항공사 신뢰의 선행차원인 역량, 호의, 문제해결능력 모두 항공사 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스제공자 신뢰의 선행차원에서는 역량과 문제해결능력만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 호의는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신뢰의 대상 간 영향관계는 항공사 신뢰와 서비스제공자 신뢰가 상호 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 항공사 신뢰가 서비스제공자 신뢰에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 항공사 신뢰와 서비스제공자 신뢰는 모두 고객의 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 신뢰경영이 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 위해 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore the experience of cross-cultural communication adaptation between local and expatriate employees at PT. XX Organizational culture in the company is the most important factor to helpemployees in the company to work efficiently and effectively in order to achieve company goals. Research design, data and methodology: The analysis methods used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. From this collaboration, the cultural adaptations arouse due to the challenges for workers who have to work together with different cultural backgrounds. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection methods used is employee interviews at PT. XX with triangulation conducted on 2 expatriates and 2 local employees. Results: Studies show that successful management is highly dependent on employees adapting to local culture and work situations. This process rarely runs smoothly because the persons in intercultural interaction do not use the same language and the lack of adaptation.. Conclusions: . In order to maintain its existence, the company strives to expand its wings in the global market and establish partnerships to expand cooperation. PT. 급식 대상 유형과 위탁급식전문업체 규모별 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 속성의 규명 (Identifying the Effect of Service Quality Attributes on an Overall Customer Satisfaction by the Foodservice Type and the Contract Management Company(CMC) Scale)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the service quality attributes of foodservice type such as school foodservice, hospital foodservice and business & industry(B&I) foodservice, managed by contract management company(CMC), b) compare with service quality attributes by CMC scale, c) analyze overall customer satisfaction(CS) by the foodservice type and the CMC scale, and d) identify the effect of service quality attributes on an overall CS by the foodservice type and the CMC scale. The questionnaires were handed out to 6,620 customers of 207 school, 38 hospital, and 86 B&I foodservices in 108 CMCs. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, reliability analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. From an analysis on service quality attributes, 'proper arrangement of table and chair at hall distribution(3.53)', 'operation of nutrition education(3.50)' were highly perceived to student, 'correctable serving(4.08)', 'serve at fixed distribution time(4.08)', 'kindness of serving employee(4.04)' were highly perceived to patient, 'employee's kindness(3.84)' were highly perceived to customer of B&I. In comparison of service quality attributes by CMC scale, most scores of large enterprise(LE) were significantly higher than small and medium sized enterprise(SME) in school foodservice, hospital foodservice and B&I foodservice. Overall CS levels were 3.53 out of a maximum 5 on B&I, 3.46 on school, and 3.44 on hospital and were evaluated differently CS score by CMC scale. Finally, regression results for the effects of service quality attributes on overall CS by each of foodservice type were identified significantly different service quality attributes by foodservice type such as school, hospital, B&I(p<.001) and by CMC scale. For considering the goal of enterprise on profit-making through CS and the needs of customer on CS at moment of truth(MOT), the findings should be applied to the CMC and the foodservice industry.

  • 뿌리산업은 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 기술적 중요성이 증가하고, 지속적으로 성장하고 있지만, 내국인 전문인력 확보가 현실적으로 어려워, 외국인 근로자가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 뿌리기업에서 근무하는 외국인과 내국인의 역할내 성과 향상을 위한 조직 몰입 방안을 제시하고, 집단간 비교를 통한 차별화 지원 방안을 찾고자 한다. 연구대상은 뿌리기업의 외국인과 내국인이며, 설문을 통하여 유효샘플 393개를 수집하였다. 연구가설 검증은 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 결과는 외국인의 경우 균형잡힌 정보처리가 조직몰입을 통해 역할 내 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내국인의 경우 관계적 투명성, 균형잡힌 정보처리과정, 내재화된 도덕적 관점이 조직몰입을 통해 역할 내 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과는 집단별 역할 내 성과 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 방향을 제시한다.

기업혁신 수단으로서 사원제안제도의 영향요인에 관한 연구: 제조업과 비제조업 비교 (A Study on the Factors of Employee Suggestion Systems: Comparing manufacturing and non-manufacturing firms)

  • 본 연구는 사원 개인을 분석단위로 사원제안제도의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 또한 사원제안제도가 지금까지 제조업 중심으로 이루어져 왔지만 최근 서비스업을 중심으로 비제조업에도 사원제안제도가 확산됨에 따라 업종별 차이도 분석하였다. 연구 가설은 Unsworth(2001)의 개인 창의성 분류와 Frese et al.(1999)의 사원제안제도 일반 모형에서 도출하였다. 자동차 조립업체와 은행을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 PLS로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 보면 Frese et al.(1999)의 일반모형은 대체로 지지되었으며 업종간 유의한 차이를 발견하지는 못하였다. 그러나 모형 내부 변수들의 상관관계의 정도는 유의한 통계적 차이를 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 비제조업의 사원제안제도 활용에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

서울 시내 호텔 기업의 경력 개발 제도의 지향성이 개인 만족과 조직 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Directions of Career Development on Individual & Organizational Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is finding the right direction to make the best career development systems for the employees in hotel industry in Korea. The condition of the best career development system is satisfaction from companies and employees each other. However, making that condition is not easy for every industry as well as for hotel industry over the world. In this respect, we can find the three directions of career development for applying the systems to the employees like strategy direction oriented, development direction oriented and employee satisfaction oriented. Among those directions, we have to find the best direction for individual satisfaction and organizational company satisfaction. This study will help to make and execute the plan for career development in real hotel industry fields, especially for the policy of human resources management. In this study, we can see the importance of employees' satisfaction for managing a hotel. The increasing productivity of the hotel eventually will be made from career development through employee satisfaction.

서비스 기업의 고객지향적 품질분임조 활동이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Customer-Oriented Quality Circle Activities on Business Performance for Service Firms)

  • Purpose: The paper analyzes empirically the causal relationship between customer-oriented Quality circle activities and Business Performance for Korean service firms. We compare the operational characteristic behavior of the service firms and business performance. Methods: In this study, we used 3 variables, QC activities, Employee commitment and business performance. Especially, Service SME's QC Circle activities were analyzed in related with growth of company on the basis activities such as Leadership(team), improvement activity, Organizational learning, customer-focus activity and employee suggestion. Results: The result of analysis showed that employee commitment affected significantly on financial performance and non-financial performance and in turn, improvement activities, Organizational learning and customer-focus activity affected significantly on business performance (financial and non-financial). Conclusion: In the summary of the characteristics of this study based on the research results, first, segmenting the QCC activities in the service business into 5 elements can be considered to be differentiated from the existing researches in the aspect of utilizing the organization's objective-oriented variables differently from the researches utilized the variables related personal characteristics. Second, this study suggested the recent research results that suggested the problems of the QCC clearly, through which what new QC story approach was suggested has working level value in the aspect of activating the service QCC.

공식적 의사소통과 종업원의 안전참여 및 안전순응이 산업재해빈도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Organizational Communication and Employee Safety Participation and Safety Compliance on Frequency of Industrial Accidents)

  • 본 연구는 충청도와 경기도 지역에 소재한 중소기업에 재직 중인 직원 220명을 대상으로 조직의 안전에 대한 공식적 의사소통이 직원의 안전 준수 및 안전 참여, 산업재해 빈도에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 연구 분석 결과 연구에서 제안된 가설이 모두 채택되었다. 즉, 안전에 대한 조직의 공식적인 의사소통으로 인해 직원들이 안전규칙을 더 준수하고 안전 활동에 더욱 적극적으로 참여하여 궁극적으로 산업재해빈도를 낮아질 수 있었다.

  • Keeping good, talented people is one of the most significant factors in a company's success. HR analytics is an important area for applying big data analysis techniques to human resources. It provides organizational insight that enables effective management of employees, allowing management to reach their business goals quickly and efficiently. Job satisfaction and employee turnover analysis are the keys to HR analytics. Job review web services have been becoming popular. Because people exchange information about job satisfaction and turnover through these web services, useful information about HR Analytics is accumulated on the job review web sites. In this paper, we identified factors of employee retention by analyzing a Job Satisfaction/Retention group, and the factors of employee turnover by analyzing a Job Unsatisfaction/Turnover group. In order to do this, we first classified employees according to whether their self-reported job satisfaction or turnover was true. We collected and analyzed data from Jobplanet, a popular job review site. Through dominance analysis and LDA topic modeling, we found major factors, topics, and keywords of the classified groups by IT, service, and manufacturing domains. Our approach is a novel model to apply the analysis of reviews and text mining to the HR domain, and it will be practically helpful for setting new strategies that improve job satisfaction.

기업윤리의 인식수준과 실천수준 사이의 관계 연구;외식산업체 종사원을 중심으로 (A Canonical Correlation between Employee's Business Ethics Awareness and the Business Ethics Practice in Foodservice Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure employee ‘awareness’ and ‘practice’ of business ethics in the foodservice industry, and to determine possible correlations between these two variables. Self administrated questionnaires were completed by 1003 employees and data were analysed to ascertain frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and canonical correlation. Two factors were obtained from factor analysis of business ethics(BE) awareness; “Organizational awareness”, and “Individual awareness”. Similarly, two factors were also obtained for business ethics practice; “Systematic practice”, and “Compensatory practice”. Canonical correlation analysis produced two significant functions. For canonical function 1, it was found that organizational awareness of BE was positively correlated with systematic practice. For canonical function 2, it was found that individual awareness of BE was negatively correlated with the compensatory practices of BE. The findings of this study demonstrate that higher organizational awareness of business ethics in the foodservice industry led to higher systematic practices of BE, while higher individual awareness of BE led to lower compensatory practices of BE. In conclusion, higher organizational awareness of BE places a higher priority on building an external system from an institutional perspective, while higher employees awareness of BE leads to higher expectation from the company, resulting in relatively low compensatory practices.
