Since construction of the estuarine barrage at the mouth of the Nakdong River, eutrophication and increased abundance of phytoplankton have occurred mainly due to the increased retention time in the reach. However, during the spring, there is a decrease in chlorophyll-a, as a result of an increase in zooplankton number, which preys upon phytoplankton and affects the value of chlorophyll-a. In order to emphasize the importance of zooplankton data in water quality simulation, zooplankton community data were used to simulate water quality and eutrophication at Mulgeum located in 27 km upstream from the barrage. WASP 7.2 was used as the water quality model for the river, using a monthly data set from 2003 to 2005 for model calibration and verification. The results showed that chlorophyll-a, DO, and total nitrogen in the river were simulated well during the verification period. The results of water quality simulation using zooplankton community data in the model were better than those with phytoplankton death rate, in terms of the absolute value of percent bias, root mean square error, and Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency. Those results indicate the use of zooplankton data provides more accurate simulation results for chlorophyll-a and eutrophication.

The marine algal flora and community structure were investigated at three sites in Ulsan on the southeast coast of Korea between August 2005 and July 2006. Ninety-one benthic algae species were identified, including 14 Chlorophyta, 21 Phaeophyta, and 56 Rhodophyta species. Of the 91 seaweeds, 19 species were found throughout the survey period. The wet weight biomass ranged from 310.8 to 2,960.4 g $m^{-2}$ during the study period. The maximum biomass was recorded at Sinri, and the minimum was recorded at Daesong. The R/P, C/P and (R+C)/P values reflecting flora characteristics were 2.67, 0.67, and 3.33, respectively. The flora investigated could be classified into six functional groups: coarsely branched (46.2%), thick leathery (22.0%), filamentous (16.5%), Sheet (7.7%), jointed calcareous (4.4%), and crustose (3.3%) forms. A cluster analysis produced two groups that differed meaningfully: one included the site Sinri-summer and the other included the sites Daesong and Jinha.

본 연구는 빅데이터 플랫폼을 이용해 만성질환유무에 따른 개인적 요인과 지역사회요인이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 2017년 지역사회건강조사 자료와 통계청 자료를 보건소 단위로 매칭하였다. 연구결과 남자의 경우 나이가 어릴수록, 도시지역에 거주하는 경우 학력이 높은수록, 월가구소득이 많을수록, 경제활동을 하는 경우, 배우자가 있는 경우 삶의 질이 높았다. 지역 사회 요인의 경우 인구밀도가 낮을수록, 고령인구비율이 낮을수록, 의료기관 종사의사주가 많을수록, 재정자주도가 높을수록 삶의 질이 높았다. 지역다음은 요약문 입니다.

This study conducted an analysis of importance levels and also an AHP analysis based on the results of the monitoring (from Aug 2011 through Feb 2012) carried out in the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju. By quantitatively eliciting the effects that the urban regeneration projects that use art programs have on the changes in the perception of community housings and by analyzing the results of objective verification, this study was able to ascertain that local resident festivals had the greatest impacts on the change in the perception of community housings in the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju. This is deemed to be attributable to the fact that programs such as local resident festivals, in which various age groups participated, - amidst the unmitigated circumstance of Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju (conflicts among the residents on account of redevelopment project) - exerted significant influences in the perceptional change of the community and in the resolution of conflicts.

본 논문에서는 실시간 상호작용이 요구되는 커뮤니티 TV 서비스를 위한 P2P 스트리밍 서비스를 설계하고 구현하였다. 대화 기반의 커뮤니티 TV 서비스는 짧은 지연시간의 스트리밍 서비스를 요구하기 때문에 지연시간이 짧은 트리 방식의 P2P 네트워크를 구축하고 종단간 지연 시간 한계 내에 사용자들이 원활한 커뮤니티 서비스를 받을 수 있게 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 P2P 네트워크는 지역성과 종단간 지연시간을 이용한 알고리즘을 사용하여 구성된다. 본 논문의 P2P 스트리밍 시스템은 웹서버와 애플리케이션으로 구성되며 각각 ASP.Net, C#.Net으로 구현되었다.

The Korean government has promoted rural development projects aimed at bridging the gap between cities and rural areas. However, prior research in assessing available rural projects was mainly focused on only part of the agricultural area, evaluation of project types and improvement measures, analysis of operating management policies, and measuring levels of importance by sub-project categories, and yet the study found a little study on residents' satisfaction of the project who is the direct and fundamental beneficiary. In particular, comparative studies on rural and fishing village residents were insufficient. Thus, the present study chose village residents from Chodo-ri where the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries held the Customized Capacity Empowerment Project from the Gangwon Fishing Village Specialized Support Center and Songgye-ri where was the project area for rural revitalization project to navigate changes on both perception and satisfaction of the village residents before and after the education.

병원 내 치료를 마치고 지역사회로 복귀하는 운동재활자가 운동재활을 위해 처음 접하게 되는 어려움은 운동재활자의 현재 건강상태를 기반으로 적절한 운동지도자와 함께 운동을 어디에서 진행해야 되는 지에 대한 선택의 어려움에 있다. 이에 병원의 임상데이터 연계를 통해 개인의 질환 정보에 따른 건강상태를 기반으로 지역사회에서 개인맞춤형 운동재활 서비스(AI based Rehabilitation Exercise Service system: 이하, ARES 시스템)의 제공이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ARES 시스템의 지역사회 운동재활을 위한 시설 및 코치와의 접근성 향상을 위하여 O2O(Online-to-Offline) 연계 코치 매칭을 위한 자원관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

현재 경증치매를 갖고 있는 노인은 노인장기요양보험법에 의해 치매안심센터나 지역의 주간보호센터에서 인지프로그램을 제공받을 수 있지만, 지역의 독거노인은 치매 고위험군이면서 장기요양제도의 혜택은 받지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 독거노인의 비율은 점차로 높아져 가고 있지만 자립생활을 위한 일상생활능력향상 프로그램이나 치매예방을 위한 인지프로그램의 제공은 상당히 미미한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 지역의 독거노인을 대상으로 ICT나 VR을 활용한 인지프로그램 개발의 필요성과 활용성을 조사, 분석하였다. 독거노인들은 새로운 기술에 대한 호감이 높았고, 기술활용에 대한 두려움과 호기심을 가지고 있었다. 다만, 새로운 기구나 기술을 접목할 때의 인간 관계와 유대감이 매우 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

Ultrasonic motors have an advantage over conventional electro-magnetic motors because of its excellent characteristics, such as high torque, low speed output, compact size, excellent controllability and, above of all, quite operation. The principle of operation of ultrasonic motors is to generate gross mechanical motion through the amplification and repetition of micro-deformations of active materials. A brief description of working principle and methods of analysis of dynamic behaviors of ultrasonic motors are given for the extended research and development activities anticipated in the mechanical engineering community.
