This study is a research for revitalized characteristics of compounded community center which is a complex aid facility with a key position of regional culture and welfare. Recent complex conditions of community center and public facility is studied on this research. The methods are searches in the Internet, telephone interviews, and documents of present local conditions. The results are as follow : The community center in Seoul City support 2 million people per a center in average and self-supporting financial rate came out low. The community center formed physical shape in one building with community facilities. A district complex community center type, which is a village office united to public facilities, expected to be increased. The community center compound 1 or 2 facilities, divided 15 types. Most of community center is complex type of community center with village office and the other types are complex type of community center with a hall for the aged, nursery, and library. Accordingly, the community center keeps up the complex type of community center with village office type as a physical shape in one building and the district complex community center type complexes with hall for the aged, nursery and library.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a space program of the new community center in multi-family housing. The community center defined in this study is a communal facility which integrate cultural and welfare facilities and activity programs into a complex. Through the analysis of the community programs and spaces for multi-family housing community, a new community center program is proposed. And basic area guidelines are proposed through the making of the space modelling of the important area of the center. According to the guidelines, more spaces compared to the present standards and conditions are needed for a new community center. However, the adjustment of area regulation is essential, considering the fast changing trend of resident's social needs. A new regulation system that controls the total area of function spaces of a community center, rather than controlling each function and area, is required. This kind of system makes it possible to decide programs freely within the limit of total floor area regulation by neighborhood's characteristics and residents'preference.

The Community Center is a location designated to enhance the spirit and unity of the residents in the community, through construction and promotion of entertainment, welfare of citizens, and cultural activity. Recently, the roles of the Community Center has become far more diverse, and multiple gadgets and apparatus to encourage the participation and usage of the programs offered at the Community Center. Therefore, the general consensus predicts that the Community Center will continue to encourage further interaction and cooperation, and perform its functions accordingly. The function of this plan is to enable the usage of the basic blueprint of the current Community Center, if in the near future, new buildings were to be constructed, by extracting and deducting the current innovations in the architectural blueprint of the Community Center and the comprising factors within. The specimen of this plan will be the case of Ansan City, and in order to activate this plan, we will contemplate about the functions and placement standards before we actually go through the process of interpreting and analyzing data of the case of Ansan City's Community Center, particularly its comprising factors and changes in their construction plan. We are planning to organize the programs that the Community Center is offering, and process information relating to the base of the edifice, in order to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of the process.

The elderly rate in South Korea in 2013 is over 12%. Especially, the elderly rate in rural area is 36%, i.e., in rural area, one of three is people aged 65 and over. Senior community project in rural that is being promoted by the government. This project is to improve the quality of life health and welfare services for the elderly in rural Area. This paper investigates cases used as living space by interview and remodeling senior centers (village community center) for the elders living alone in rural areas. In Gimje two the nation's first senior centers were remodeled in 2006 (for both the village community center) and were begun to use these as group homes. Evaluation was a success. Since then, these were increased by approximately 20 centers per year by year and are currently 108 centers at the end of 2011. In Chungcheongnam-do, a pilot project has been begun for communal living by remodeling the senior center (for both the village community center) and elderly housing. Municipalities are similar in their business (is mostly). Senior community center projects can proceed smoothly in the direction of some of the following tips and suggestions to promote. Senior community center should be expanded for 'private room type'. Government must support the operating costs. It will increase employment in rural areas. Senior community center should be 'Home Atmosphere'.

This study investigated sense of community influencing satisfaction with center teacher and service use evaluation and mediating effects of school adjustment involving sense of community, satisfaction with center teacher and service use evaluation among adolescents in community child center. Secondary data analysis from the 2nd Panel Survey on Service Satisfaction with Community Child Center was performed using data of 438 the first grade middle school aged student in 2017. Correlation coefficient and step-wise Regression using SPSS 18 program 18.0. and Sobel test showed that the higher of satisfaction with center teacher and center service use evaluation influenced the more enhanced sense of community, and school adjustment had partial mediating effect among them. Therefore, to promote low income adolescents' sense of community, this study suggested the need to persist the sustainable relationship between satisfaction with center teacher and adolescents and to improve quality of service and to develop and apply the community action program connecting community child care center and school system.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the utility of the community welfare center. for the purpose this study consisted of three main subjects(1) A analysis about the programs of the community welfare center (2) A analysis about the experience of the user and non-user on the community welfare center (3) A analysis about the demand for family welfare service program For the data set 398 married women living in Jeonju were chosen. The data were analyzed with the spss pc+ program. The major findings were as follows : (1) The program of community welfare center consisted of child adolescent elder family a disabled person community welfare program Among contents of this program family welfare program is limited to level of individual needs (2) The wives experienced of community welfare center did not satisfied about equipment location program of community welfare program The 44.0 portion of wives not experience of community wlfare center have no plan using of community welfare center (3) The wives hoped to establish diversed subjects such as parents-child communication conjugal communication sexuality education for child child care techniques health and nutrition of family member time managememt and lesuire and consumer's rights and damage relief.

With the rapid progress of urbanization today, communities among members of society have collapsed. For dealing with the collapse of communities, special laws regarding urban regeneration revitalization and support were enforced and each local government founded community centers to revitalize urban village communities. These community centers were built to play a pivotal role in communities, but they have difficulties managing and supervising. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data for community center planning and revitalization by examining and analyzing the present state of community center spaces for creation of communities among residents and the present state of use so the existing purpose of establishment as a base space of village community revitalization can be achieved in the future. For this study, first, in the literature review, the concepts of village community and community center were established, based on a theoretical consideration, and the need of research was identified through consideration of preceding studies. Second, in relation to the present state of use, the present state of community center spaces, programs, management and supervision, locations and populations was investigated and analyzed, and community center users' basic characteristics, satisfaction and consciousness of community centers were examined and analyzed. Based on this method and analysis, this study is focused on providing basic data for community center revitalization and planning.

The study was intended to suggest the design alternatives and guidelines of village community center as a common living space for the elderly in rural area. First, two design alternatives were derived from the previous research which examined the conditions and old persons' needs of village community center. Then, the design guidelines were proposed on the basis of the previous research and the elderly's evaluation for those two alternatives. The subjects were 85 old residents who were more than 60 years old and lived in rural area in Gyungnam. The interview was carried out using a questionnaire, models, and isometrics of two alternatives. The subjects evaluated positively both of two alternatives. The design guidelines of village community center were derived as follows: Both of two alternatives can be used as a model of village community center. The dining and living space in the center should be opened and large. Both of indoor and outdoor toilet should be arranged in village community center. Also, each toilet for man and woman should be separated.

As this study is the descriptive research study that tries to present the basic data aiming to establish a role of nurses for the Community Welfare Center, by surveying the role expectation and the degree of role performance towards nurses for the Community Welfare Center that nurses for the Community Welfare Center and social workers recognize, it carried out the Questionnaire research targeting nurses who are working for the Community Welfare Center located in Seoul and social workers of institutions where nurses are working, and then analyzed the results, and the study results are as follows. Both the group of nurses and the group of social workers were highly recognizing the necessity and the importance of nurses for the Community Welfare Center, and expected that more effective services will be possible to be offered by means of that nurses do work for the Community Welfare Center. However, compared to the degree that social workers recognize a nurses specialty, the nurses thought that their specialty is not acknowledged in the Community Welfare Center, and even in case of duty friction between groups being felt while social workers and nurses are working together, nurses were experiencing further friction of duties. While nurses are well recognizing their roles, they are statistically and significantly recognizing the degree of role performance lower than expected, thus the difference between the role expectation and the role performance could be seen. Also, the group of nurses showed the higher role expectation towards nurses than the group of social workers, and in relation to roles of a counselor, referral resource, an advocator, an educator, a case manager, a and a coordinator, the degree of role expectation by the group of nurses is statistically and significantly higher than the group of social workers, thus it could be seen that there is difference in the expectation degree between both groups, as to a role of nurses for the Community Welfare Center. In particular, as to a role of universally medical services, the expectations between nurses and social workers showed mutual agreement, but in relation to a role of nurses for community in the more expanded sphere, social workers did not show a receptive attitude, thus it was indicating that there exists an element of role conflict. In relation to the role performance of nurses for the Community Welfare Center, nurses were feeling the disorder degree more than social workers, in all items of disorder factors, and there was difference in recognition between nurses and social workers, as to the priority of disorder factors. Because of, through this study, having been found the difference in recognition of role expectation, the degree of role performance, and a disorder factor between nurses and social workers, as to the nurses for the Community Welfare Center, it is required a study with a more diversified method on a role of nurses for the Community Welfare Center.

The aim of this study is actual conditions to analyse of community center in Cheongweon-gun and propose operation method. In this study, I deduced some problems and proposed improvement planing corresponded to new needs through such as external appearance, inner space analysis, operating actual conditions analysis and etc., of existing community center in Cheongweon-gun. And I wish to present more efficient architectural space organization and operation method with these surveying results. The result of this study are as follows; Community center as representative community facilities is necessary to reflect of village characteristics on the exterior of buildings, and decision of scale and usage considered number of residents, visitors, and ages. For management of the community center, it is necessary of sustainable obtain of management cost, and provision against rebuilding and enlargement of building.
